Cris didn't go inside, instead lounging in the passenger's seat of the car as his handler went in to meet the new Interpol breeder and pick up the egg. Flann was happy to follow, hopping up from where she had been asleep in the backseat and crawling up into the driver's side to slip out before the door could be closed. Cris kept an eye on the pair out of the corner of his eye, the measured gate of his handler and Flann's jaunty trot an oddly cheerful sight.
The Snover was supposed to a be a two birds, one stone kind of deal. Apparently Christmas needed company and none of the current pokemon, even Mozzie were cutting it, and another ice type, especially with the grass proficiency would be an asset in an upcoming arctic mission up north. There was no arguing with that, and he didn't feel the need to anyway, so Cris had gone along with the plan.
They came back out with the egg in a protective carrier a few minutes later. "You'll have to think of a name," his handler reminded politely, letting Flann back into to the back seat. "Once he - or she - hatches, of course."
"Of course," Cris echoed dryly, and Flann gave a soft bark, curling up next to the egg carrier to keep it safe.

Normally, Arietta really wanted nothing to do with breeders. They worked on a mindset that Arietta just didn't understand. The problem was exaggerated since Mawile would hiss and act so angry whenever she was even around one. However she couldn't ignore that a Pokemon on her Wanted List had shown up at such a place, looking for a home.
A home is exactly what Arietta wanted to provide. So she arrived, looking clean and proper and was professional. Personal opinions aside, she wanted this egg. She was actually pretty excited too, so the girl that walked in look pretty happy and excited. "Hello? I'm.. I'm here regarding the Pokemon I said I would pick up before? The Smoochum Egg?"
When she got it in her hands her face would light up. The egg was already shaking so much! She could tell it was so close to hatching already! "I'm glad I can be around when you enter the world. I promise you'll be the happiest baby in the whole world." she was so sweet, and held the egg so tenderly in her arms. She even gave it a kiss. It was pretty mushy really.
You don't know them like I do
Here to pick up the leftover Smoochum Egg. Agreed to be free, so sweet.
NOTES. Claim the egg of a Snover and Turtwig's matrimony! Woot woot!
I dare to try. Dare to face the challenge.
can you?
"Herro?" said the pursed lips of Xue Yi.
She walked on in with curious eyes wandering about the lobby. It had been quite some time since the young trainer came across a nursery for Pokemon, and even longer since she pondered on picking up something from there. The reasons weren't quite so clear, but Xue always had a strange vibe coming to these establishments. Not entirely pleasant, nor repulsive. Just, existent.
As the attendants came and asked for what she was looking for today, Xue replied that this trip was mainly going to be window-shopping. She was going to be faithful to that call, until a wiggling little egg caught the trainer's purple eyes off to the left. That familiar twinge could never be ignored; for Xue was an impulsive person and the moment was just right!
"Change of plans! I'll be taking this green egg here! Please and thank you for the paperwork!" she excitedly said.

A Ditto-based Breeding... Something she had been hoping to perform sooner than later. In fact, she needed her own Ditto for the farm - the species simply unlocked so much potential within a Breeder's hands that it was nearly staple for all major Breeders to have their own Dittos. But while she didn't own one, she knew someone who did. That Professor, who had dropped off those Pokemon when she first opened her farm, had given her permission to use his Ditto every so often, and of course, while she was on that spree to Breed Madeline her Pokemon, she needed to be able to Breed the Rotom. One day, she'd have her own Ditto and Genderless species would never again be an issue.
But that day was not today, and so she was trying to deal with borrowed Pokemon. Favors paid, favors owed. She had called her parents, who were now not sick anymore, to ask if this was common. They replied with four words, chuckles in their response.

Vesta walked into the main area of Elizabeth Maxwell’s farm, wiping her feet off before so, of course, and looked around at the quaint, homey place. A charming farm in a charming area... Bosky was quite a picturesque place, she had to made a not to explore this place sometime. But, that wasn’t why she was here.
Approaching the counter, she rang the bell to call Elizabeth’s attention. “Hello, Miss Maxwell, I’m here to pick up Victor’s egg.” After being handed the egg, she paused for a moment, thinking before looking back at the breeder. “Hey, since I’m going to keep his kid, why don’t you keep Victor? He’s a good Pokémon, and you’ll give him a good home, and I can train his kid to be a good battler.”
Waving goodbye, she started to walk out, saying, “Happy Holidays, Miss Maxwell.”
(OOC: Paying for the Skorupi egg with Victor. Thank you for your business and happy holidays.)

After this order, Ms. Madeline's orders would be complete. Of course, Madeline had no idea the quantity of Eggs that were actually being to be given to her - she thought she was only giving her two or three Eggs, when in reality, she was going to complete that list she had found. Gym Leaders had a thing where they were free to put up requests to the League for any Pokemon they might want for the League, but those lists were often thrown to the G.E.S. in order to get them filled, instead of actually hiring the Breeders themselves. Of course, the moment Elizabeth heard that her old friend had put up some request, she had begun calling in as many favors and requests as she could so the Breedings would go through.
She had always seen Gym Leaders as a sort of "first line of defense" against lawbreakers in cities, and Nue wasn't any different. The local police could only handle so much, the Rangers had the Wilds to take care of, the Interpol had to deal with Wizen, and so it was up to the Gym Leaders to sort-of take up that position of "local protector" when big threats showed up. Liz was the only one of the Interpol, as far as she knew, that lived outside of Wizen, and she couldn't take care of the giant Bosky area by herself, so she wanted to help the Gym Leaders out as much as possible, not only to make her own job easier, but to make theirs easier too.
"Maaaaarble! We're almost done! Come, honey, bring the Pokemon!" Announced Elizabeth as she finished preparing for the breeding.
I have a surprise for you, she said. It'll be fun, she said. You'll really enjoy my surprise, she said. Well, Madeline made the short trip from her house to Aselia Farms, wondering what Elizabeth had cooked up for her this time. The Breeder and the Gym Leader often spent some time together, sharing some cookies or giggling about Pokemon or something. Madeline liked Elizabeth - she could be a bit ditzy, sure, she was a klutz, and she knew no one more stubborn, but she reminded her of her own mother, and that's part of the reason why Madeline and Elizabeth were so close.
So when Madeline got to the farm, and saw the five Eggs she was expected to get home, she didn't drop her jaw, nor did she scream in glee or something. Don't get her wrong, she was quite happy. But the ridiculousness of the situation was a little bit too much. She pulled out her PokeNav, and quickly began taking a picture.
"What are you doing, Maddy?"
"Taking a picture of this. Otherwise Brook wouldn't believe me. I don't know how I'm even going to manage fitting all of these into my house, Liz."
"Oooh, I could help you raise them, if you'd like!"
"...You've done too many a good thing, Elizabeth, darling. I'll take care of it." Madeline swiftly responded, before things got worse. Okay, so technically better. Still, worse.

One more Egg, that’s all she needed - she hadn’t felt more successful in a very long time, and that included the time she punched that Luxury monster in the face. Boy, that had felt good – no one touched her Marble-Warble-Cuddly-Poo and didn’t get an earful (or in his case, a fistful), from the Breeder. But now she was one Egg away from completing her friend Madeline’s list of desired Pokemon, and one strong Gym Leader meant one more able person to take care of the region along with the Interpol, safe and strong. This might not be her specialty, what with the amount of ice and water Madeline was used to, but it didn’t deter Elizabeth from trying.
The green-haired maiden quickly ran over to the still-frozen lake, bringing the Poke Balls with her. Behind her walked Colette, her new Chansey, and Marble, the Miltank, ready to assist with anything and everything. Now it was just a matter of getting the Breeding to work. The farm girl had her “get things done” face on.
”Now, you two, I’m just going to mosey on over and we’re going to make an egg now, nice and dandy.” She mused on as she finished preparations.
And there it was – the last egg of the Elizabeth Egg Fiasco, ready for the taking. In all honesty, she was just happy it was all over. She already felt bad enough that she couldn’t pay Elizabeth back for all the hard work that she had put in. So instead, she just invited Elizabeth over for tea, on a date where all the Pokemon she had bred for her were ready and hatched, prepared to meet aunty Bess. Aunty Bess. That had some ring to it. The Breeder should look into that.
With that, the Gym Leader picked up the Egg, taking it home. This was another Water-Type to deal with.

Were Egg moves that important? Sure , they brought in business for her, and more importnantly, they provided Pokemon with different strategies to employ. It might be that she wasn’t that much into battle, or that she felt like all Pokemon were fine, but she didn’t care that much for Egg Moves. Sure, she sometimes bred Pokemon with them, but very few of her own Pokemon had Egg Moves. Most of them because a friend had gifted them to her in such a manner.
But now she stood at the edge of her lake – she needed to get better at Breeding Water-Types. She was a little afraid of releasing Mr. Rosenbach’s Wailord. The species was simply so… big. So big. It would be a miracle if it fit in the lake. Sooooo big. Why were they so big?
