Cris is career Interpol, on the law enforcement fast track since he graduated high school. He's lived in Kalos, Kanto, Unova, and Nue for varying amounts of time, and has at least visited most other regions. Though he had lustrous beginnings in the society scene with his parents as a child, most of his interactions since have been with fellow law enforcement or criminals. Very little in between. It doesn't really improve matters that he's been almost entirely off the radar for the last two to three years, either. However, with his impending arrival in Wizen, he may have a little more time for something other than work.

He has a handful that he's still in contact with, and most all of them are Interpol or somehow connected to it. His handler, a couple of agents and consultants that have over time evolved from resources and contacts to actual trusted friends. That said you're more likely to be considered an acquaintance for quite a while. He doesn't have trust issues exactly, but it's more an issue of not having any particular motivation to make social connections in most cases. From years of networking - a practice that admittedly irritates him to no known end - he knows the importance of working relationships at least. He's just not going to be chatting around the water cooler any time soon.

Well. Every criminal he ever put away, and their associates. A list of Interpol officers and agents he's run afoul of one way or another could easily be considered adversaries. He hates the mafia. He has a general dislike of people in general, if you ask him. Not individuals, but people. He doesn't exactly go out of his way to make enemies, though. He's more likely to at least tolerate and be tolerable.

There has been precisely one of these, kind of, and it didn't exactly end well. Cris isn't a romantic, and isn't pursuing this kind of relationship. His demeanor and hours wouldn't exactly make one easy, anyhow. Of course that hasn't stopped the formation of an office fan club once he turns up at the Wizen office.

Anyway, things happen. There might be a sort-of-kind-of-romance on the horizon.
