”Now, Abra, I know you don’t like mimes, but Mr. Mime is not that bad a guy, serious- oh, fiddlesticks!” Cried out the Breeder in frustration. This was the fourth time today the Abra had teleported away from Elizabeth when she was trying to talk to it. She didn’t understand at all – why were all these breedings going wrong? She had done well with all the other ones, even the rare breeding! What could be happening this time? Was the Abra really that afraid of the Mr. Mime? Was he an uncouth meanieface? Goodness knew that Elizabeth had gotten her fair share of those in her time.
Luckily, most luckily, Abra was just an Abra, and thus was able to teleport only a small distance away. Quickly, her Phantump coursed through the area and “coerced” the Psi Pokemon to come back to the barn. She was being thrown money at at this point – she really had no option. She had to get this to work somehow. Maybe some incense. Or candles. A romantic berry dinner? She was willing to try anything, if it meant delivering to a client who believed so much in her.
”Now, little old me will just gander and wander out of here, so you two mosey on over.” Muttered Elizabeth, annoyance seeping into her normally motherly tone.

(sorry if this feels rushed)
Yumi yawned and stretched her arms above her head, each one carrying an incubator by the handle in each of her hands. Ko-ken behind her carrying a spare as they all walked up to the ranch that had done their latest breeding batch for them.
Stepping right up to the counter, seemingly without a moment to waste, she placed the incubators and the dots before the girl who apparently ran the ranch, a cheerful grin on her face. "I'll be taking those eggs please.~"

She had finally delivered the order of the Abra Eggs that Miss Yumi had asked for, which made Elizabeth much happier than she had been in a while. She hated not delivering when she was asked, and especially for such a simple breeding. It truly seemed that luck had been against her that day, and she really didn’t understand why. Poekmon were truly strange creatures. Still, it was with a lazy stretch and a sip of Moo Moo Milk that she approached he computer, typing in the username and password for her Farm’s e-mail and storage system. She was deleting most of the spam when she saw a message.
Apparently, someone by the name of William Rosenbach had requested a breeding for a Krabby. She wasn’t very experienced with Breeding Water-Types, but it should not be so difficult. It would be a good day, she thought, a day for Breeding. Releasing one of her newer Pokemon, her Ariados, she nodded to the Bug-Type, who looked up at the Breeder expectantly. It knew that she was more of a mother than a Trainer, something it was not used to, but it would grow into it – it was a comfortable life
”Come, Ariados,” she began. ”It’s high time we get you used to the farm – your silk-weaving skills will be quite useful.”

Drats. It really did seem like something was messing her Breedings up. What could possibly be going wrong? Was she not providing a nice-enough environments? Was she not giving them quality food to induce well-formed breeding patterns? Was the moon not in the right quadrant? She checked and double-checked the waters of the lake, having her Lotad give her explanations and evaluations of the waters, looking for the best spot to breed the two Pokemon. In all honesty, her specialty was more in the field of Grass-Types and Bug-Types, so this was a new concept for her, but she was going at it well enough.
”Marble! Bring the two over, If you would – I think we’re ready to try the breeding again, if they are.” Called out Elizabeth to her Miltank, the Normal-Type bringing the Poke Balls of the two Water-Types over. Hopefully, she wouldn’t have to go on a Mushroom spree like she did with that Abra.
With this one, it was only two – two left, only two! There was a wide smile in the Golden Knight’s eyes as he walked towards Aselia Farms, pep to his step that was often there when he was happy. Well, most didn’t describe it as a pep, but rather an elegance, a fluid movement that was sourced, more than likely, from a mixture of his early life and his career as a Coordinator. It was something that happened when he his focus and attention were elsewhere, which, considering the activities and event that had been occurring lately, was more often than not.
”Lady Elizabeth! I’ve come for the Krabby Egg, as you requested!” Incubator in hand, the Golden Knight entered the building, denoting his arrival to his old friend. It had been by a stroke of luck that he had met Lady Elizabeth previously, and so it was delightful to be working with her again. William always loved working with friends.

Breeding was a business, yes. This was something that couldn't be denied - the many corporations, companies, and livelihoods based on the Breeding of Pokemon proved it undeniably. But to people like Elizabeth, it was more than a way to make money. She didn't need to Breed, really. She had enough food and supplies in her ranch, thanks to it being a farm as well, and she could pay her expenses from pure agriculture if she wanted. If she wanted to, she could go into textile businesses or such. She had no monetary, economical, or otherwise non-frugal needs to continue breeding.
But the concept of Breeding was something Elizabeth loved. Not only was she raised with it, but it was something she enjoyed. She felt like she was spreading her family, each one Breeding being a sort of spread of joy. As such, it was with delight that she began her next Breeding. The Field Egg Group was one that she had much experience in, not only because of Marble and Crescendo, but because it was the most common Egg Group with which she had contact in her early life. As such, she had a smile on her face as she moved to the Breeding room.

Are you feeling it now, Mr. Krabs?
Are you feeling it NOW, Mr. Krabs?
Are you feelingth it nowth, Mr. Krabs?
For some reason, old memories of a show Josh watched as a kid went through his head as the customized, dark blue, red flame decals and all, motorcycle pulled up to the ranch. Pulling off the helmet, the long blonde hair fell down his face. He casually blew the bangs from his face as he looked around, taking a breath of the ranch air. He looked over at the side-seat, to look at the Pikachu staring up at him, also wearing a helmet.
The call had already been made. Slipping the helmet into the bag on the side of the bike, Josh would hop off. As the seatbelt in Lightning's seat retracted, the Pikachu with the little flame helmet and blue bandana on his neck would hop out, following his Trainer as he headed into the nearest building.
Finding an assistant, it wasn't long before Josh had mentioned the order made, slipping the 20 dot payment and taking the egg for Krabby before he headed back after bidding thanks. And just like that, the duo were back on the bike and riding off.

[attr="class","cols"]Nayru had received word of a Dedenne and Ratatta egg being sold at the Breeder's Bazaar, and the silver haired female couldn't resist such an opportunity. She hoped and prayed that this egg would hatch into a Dedenne, for she believed that the Electric/Fairy type would make a good addition to her team. Having just arrived at Aselia Farms, her heart began to race in anticipation, a smile creasing the girl's lips as she took the first few steps inside. There were so many Pokémon, she noticed, walking around with her gray eyes scanning her surroundings. She was lucky to have raised enough funds for being able to buy the Pokémon egg, and her excitement grew.
Reaching the counter where the eggs were being sold, Nayru took a deep breath and released it slowly, smiling towards the young woman who stood before her. "Excuse me," She spoke, taking out ten Pokédots. "I had heard there was a Dedenne egg for sale, and if I may, I would very much like to buy it. I'm willing to pay you this amount of Pokédots for it."

She had spent much time outside of the farms - luckily for her, she had her Pokemon take care of the grounds in general while she worked on increasing her skills as an Interpol agent. She needed to - after the event with the "Magma" and the "Mega Evolution," she couldn't simply stand there, mediocre, while people like this ravaged the world she so cared for. The Interpol was harsh, there wasn't any denying that - she was completely unprepared for the training that they had given her. But she felt more competent now, if anything, and that's all that mattered. Her children would be safe, and that's all that was important.
And even with such an absence and a importance of responsibility, she was still a Breeder at heart, and getting this order from the G.E.S. was quite a delightful bit of news for Elizabeth. Plus, she had an idea for a gift for one of her agent friends - luckily, this would be a simple Breeding, or so she hoped.
"Maaaarble! We're setting up a breeding again, darling! Get the Pokemon!"

The Kalosian days were getting colder, and with the cold came the changes to the farm. The lake's water became chillier, so the water-bound Pokemon stayed closer to the river that ran across the ground, for the moving waters were warmer. The forests had already shed their leaves, and only the conifers maintained their greenery, leaving the normally dense and calming forest seeming desolate. Even the farmland had changed, most of the crop having to be changed for Berries better suited for cold climates. Being a Hoenn-born farmer, such weather change was uncommon, but Elizabeth did her best to adapt. It was part of being a farmer, after all.
And there were some good things to winter as well. Many of the winter-based Berries and herbs were her favorite, and nothing matched a nice batch of freshly made cookies and warm Moo Moo Milk after a hard day in the fields. There was beauty in the changing of the seasons, something Elizabeth appreciated calmly, with a solemn smile. She was currently baking a batch of cookies to take to her co-workers in the Interpol station, so she had to finish the Breedings of the day early.
"Marble, darling!" Called out the Breeder, gathering her tools, "We have work to do! Bring the Pokemon along, if you would!"
