Oh no, BUGGER'S EVOLUTION failed!This took a while to debate and grade, but ultimately just tying up with grunts isn't enough to fully qualify for friendship, and once that was removed there just wasn't quite enough to justify the evolution. |

Oh no, EVOLUTIONS failed!(While both battles are perfectly fine displays of successful cooperative battling, the performances of Charmander and Froakie in them simply do not show enough battle proficiency for evolution. I recommend one or two more battles to actually showcase each one's capabilities.) |
