Ziggy mirrors Ace in some ways. However, she has more brains than him. They have been together since he was ten, there's a bond that can't be broken between them. They would do anything for each other because they know the other would do the same.
For the most part, Ziggy is pretty chill and calm. Unlike other Zigzagoon that Ace had met on previous adventures. She warmed up to him quite easily since he saved her from the Purrloin. They both share a love for food and a hatred of feline Pokemon. She can normally be found on Ace's shoulder or beside his feet. Normally, she is outside her Pokeball but is recalled when things get dangerous.

Big Bertha
Chlorophyll
Bertha was caught when Ace decided to leave Unova for another region. She was found being under attack from a clan of Purrloin. Before that, she was rejected by her own herd of Tropius and distanced herself from everyone. However, Ace came along and delayed his ship for a full week simply to gain her trust.
Since then, Bertha has been very jealous of any females that Ace talks to. Even if they're staring at them, this large Tropius will shoot daggers at them and make them back off. She always lets Ace take off a fruit from her neck but won't let anyone else get close to there. She feels somewhat bad for getting Ace another scar, but he tells her not to worry about it. After all, they are friends.

Bugger
Flame Body
Bugger is a Pokemon one would think wouldn't be hanging around with Ace. However, he spotted the little guy in a Trainer's shop and just had to buy him. Since then, Bugger has been a pretty serious type Pokemon. He gets along with Ziggy and Bertha though, and has a soft spot for Ace it seems.
Even though he is one of the serious nature, Bugger has been shown to lighten up at times. He's like the father of the team in some ways, making sure that no one (namely Ace) hurts themselves too much. Bugger is best known for his bandages made of String Shot. He's like the nurse and father of the team.

Artress was a Pokemon that Ace picked up from a garage sale somewhere, he can't remember where. Ever since he picked her up though, she's been extremely friendly and adores everyone on Ace's team. She's extremely kind and lovable, despite being a bug type.
The Spinarak apparently has a thing for Engel's Joltik. During the day, Artress usually pops out of her own Pokeball and scatters off to find Tik. They simply hang around each other and play until it's time to go home, much to the disappointment of both Pokemon.

Moxie
Ace met Crocol on a trip to Skarn Town's mine. He had gotten his tail crushed under a large rock slide that had happened inside the cave. Ace stayed with the Sandile until he felt that Ace was trustworthy. Bertha managed to life the rocks away but the tail was too badly damaged. Bugger had wrapped Crocol's tail in a String Shot bandage and he changes it every day. It will probably stay deformed for the rest of his life, but he is quite content with Ace.
Crocol is quite the cry baby. He's a fairly young Pokemon after all. If he's in any arms that isn't Ace he'll burst out bawling. He's an extremely sweet and fragile Sandile and Ace treats him like a baby, which doesn't help his case out much.

Rundel is a Pokemon that Ace has picked up through another sale. However, he doesn't seem to trust Ace all that much. He cowers away from Ace whenever he tries to approach him. However, he's not giving up so easily on his new found friend and intends to bring Rundel out of his shell.

Another Pokemon that Ace has bought from the same garage sale that Artress came from. However, he regrets this decision. A lot. Red has brought him a lot of trouble, he simply REFUSES to listen to Ace because he sees him as stupid. Time and time again, he has forced his way out of his Pokeball and rampaged through the office. From then on out, Red has been stuck in Ace's PC until he can tame him. Which could possibly be never until Ace earns Red's respect.
