Axel moved around the watering hole inside of the breeding building, his feet dipping into the water. Sawyer, his Magikarp, and Aurora, his Feebas circled around in the pool. He was aware of a contest that was coming up for baby Pokemon that had originated in Hoenn, and he figured a baby Feebas would be a great entry. If only he could get the two stubborn fish Pokemon to breed. He'd gone through massive amounts of coaxing, but they seemed to be avoiding the subject all together.
Sighing heavily, and feeling defeated, Axel pushed himself to his feet, turning and walking into the other room. Maybe if he left them together overnight something would happen, but he couldn't be sure. It wasn't Sawyer that was being difficult, it was Aurora. He went about his work on the ranch, checking on the Pokemon that they housed within their acres of land.
Silently Axel prayed that he might come back to an egg or two in the morning.

It had become a weekly habit of Amber's to go through the breeder's listing. She still had some Pokemon to obtain and had to start thinking about Christmas gifts. As she was scrolling through the breeders, Amber noticed that there was a new face. After taking a closer look at the breeder's information, she decided to write up an email.
"Hi there, Axel Vogt.
I noticed that you're pretty new and your breeder business was just set up recently. To help you get started, I'd like to be listed as an affiliate! But some of my Pokemon are unbreedable, so if you have any questions or concerns about them feel free to give me a call at < insert number here >.
[attr="class","letitscroll2"]Requesting (M) Joltik x (F) Yanma breeding and Interpol and Vogt Farms Affiliation
[attr="class","letitscroll"]Inspecting the comparison between base stage and first stage Pokémon in those that featured evolutionary lines, Engel couldn’t argue the logic that evolving a Pokémon was almost always the best means of improving and becoming a force to reckon with. However the more he looked at it, allowing his little Joltik to evolve would back fire in a number of ways. Ever since he’d been a part of Interpol, he’d had the little golden tick crawling around just under his shirt, sending out a shock to paralyze any potential threat to his person, sometimes without him even having to say anything. That’s how their teamwork had always worked, but if Tik evolved they’d have to make a lot of changes to their strategy. One in particular being the fact the Pokémon would be far too big to simply hide on his person, and it was just a lot of details that was leading to his decision it may just be best to get prepared for when Tik would evolve.
Thus why he had come to the Vogt Farms today. Typically he’d head to the Aselia Farms, but Elizabeth was busy getting ready for the Golden Egg Society Convention, he didn’t want to impose with this back up plan of his. Plus, he’d be able to kill two birds with one stone as it seemed one of the Officers had mentioned being interested in getting affiliated with this new breeder as well. Wandering his way into the breeder’s building, he scanned the place quietly before stepping up to the front desk and waiting for the breeder to come out and approach him. Once Axel made his appearance, Engel gave a simple smile before looking down and whistling, cueing the Joltik’s head to poke out from under his collar.
“Good afternoon, I hope you’re not too busy because I just needed to set this guy up with...” he paused to pull a pokéball from his belt, a Yanma he had checked out of the Interpol’s stock. Setting it on the counter as the Joltik scurried down his arm and onto the counter beside it, Engel looked back up to Axel. “… this Yanma. I just need one of the eggs so do with the others whatever you want” he instructed with a shrug before pulling a business card from his pocket with his contact information on it so Axel could contact him once the breeding was done. “Also, if you were interested, Interpol was considering the possibility of being affiliated with your branch. This will only mean that when our agents or techs are in need of Pokémon, their requests will be possibly directed to you. You’re by no means barred from breeding Pokémon for other trainers, coordinators, and the like as well for profit or out of kindness. We just simply wish to know if we ever need it your farm can be contacted to supply our agents with whatever Pokémon they may need. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to ask.”
Axel had spent his morning working in the field, exercising the farm Pokemon with games and activities that they could all get in on and have fun with. Tag always seemed like one of the favorite games to be played in the grass and around the edge of the ponds. The young breeder ran and played with all of the Pokemon, effectively wearing them out before feeding them all their lunches and then coming back inside. He was sure that most of them would go to nap in the barns or in the warm sun that seemed to heat up the chilly air until it was a pleasant temperature. Unseasonably warm, yes, but Axel and the Pokemon didn't mind it.
He went back to his office, checking his email, seeing one from a Pokemon League lady who offered her Pokemon for breeding when and if he needed it. He shot her and email in return, starting to check on the finances for the farm. They weren't doing poorly, but they certainly could use more business.
Axel's mother was at the counter when Engel walked in, and when the woman spotted him she instantly turned tail and went to hunt her son down. Axel poked his head out the door from the back room, "O-one moment!"
He wiped the sweat off his brow and neck, hoping he didn't look extremely messy, though the urge for a shower was burning on his skin. He stepped up to the counter, just in time for Lola, his Skiddo, to run right into him, tripping him. He hit the floor with a squeak before scrambling to his feet and bringing the Skiddo with him. "G-G-Goodness, Lo-Lola," he said with a laugh, the Pokemon's excitement clear on her features. He set her on the counter, lifting an eyebrow as she sat obediently, looking very interested in the... very cute Interpol Officer...
What was he doing again? Oh right. Working.
He nodded slowly at the introduction, smiling when the Joltik was lead the the counter, followed by the officer's Pokeball. "R-Right. I-I-I'd be ha-happy to br-breed the-them for y-you, s-s-s-sir. I-I'm A-Axel, by-by th-the w-way," he said in a stuttering rush, flushing with embarrassment at the antics of his Skiddo and his absolute fail in walking properly. He reached for one of the pens in the pen cup, grabbing a piece of paper to write on. As soon as the tip touched paper, the pen started to glowing and then morphed back into the farms Ditto. Axel stood wide eyed, mouth agape, absolutely confused as the Ditto took off running and hopped off the counter, running through the open back door and into the fields.
"Uhm... We-well. I-I'm so-so-sorry a-about th-that," he said with a sheepish smile, grabbing a real pen and writing his information down. He slid the paper toward Engel, a very friendly and very kind smile on his features. "We-we'd be honored t-to d-d-do b-b-business wi-with Interpol. I'll just get r-r-right to th-these t-two," he said with another sheepish grin, holding his hand out for the Joltik and grabbing the Pokeball. Lola jumped up and then down onto the floor, trotting next to Axel as he headed to the back room.
Axel's mother returned with some snacks, giving a small smile, "If you'd like to stay and wait, I could give you a tour of our facilities, Sir."
Meanwhile, Axel got to work with the Joltik and Yanma, slipping into the next room to check on the other pair he was attempting to breed, a Amaura and his friend Rhafiel's Snover...
Attempting to breed: Engel's Joltik Male Interpol's Yanma Female
and
Rhafiel's Snover Female Brook Styles's Amarua Male **With Permission * Breeders Rare Permit has been purcahsed.
These were stubborn little Pokemon, weren't they? Axel sighed, feeling a little exasperated as he moved between rooms to check on the pairs. Well, that had failed miserably. Well, time to try something else. He had a few things in mind to get the Pokemon a little more comfortable with one another. The Yanma looked a little apologetic, as it seemed that the Joltik was being stubborn. Humming to himself, he pet the Yanma, "Just keep trying, okay?" He smiled as he got a sudden idea, moving them into a different room which was covered in a lot of high grass... a greenhouse like area. Maybe a change of location would set a better mood.
He did the same for the other pairing, moving the Amaura and the Snover into a colder room, leaving them with some encouraging words. Happy with the prospect of maybe getting some eggs this time, he busied himself with other word for the time being.

A hovering motorcycle would pull up at Vogt Farms. Yet, it was obviously a little bit different from the ones seen in Orre. Custom made, perhaps? Regardless, a blonde haired man would hop off the bike as he cut the engine, pulling off his helmet to gaze out at the landscape. A Pikachu, who was sitting in the passenger seat on the side of the bike, would hold his little hands up to be helped out of the bike, and for his Trainer to help get his helmet off. The man would throw his own helmet in the storage compartment before helping the Pikachu get his helmet off and helping him out of the bike.
Once the two went inside, Josh would approach an assistant. "I was told you're selling certain eggs" he mentioned. "Is the Amaura egg still available?" he would ask. Soon enough, he would hand the dots (Please Skype or PM me the amount you want!) to the assistant and take the egg, saying thanks before the two would be off.

"Woke farms? No? . . . Say it one more time, you're breaking up."
The young woman, dressed better for a board meeting in the big city than running around looking for a breeding farm in Bosky, bowed her head down against the breeze and held the phone tighter to her ear, as though it would help. The reception out here was horrible. If she had said it once, she had said it a thousand times - she needed a new carrier.
"Vogt? Is that foreign? . . . No, no- Sorry, yes, I've got it. . . . No, I'm right outside, I was just making sure. Alright . . . Yes, thank you. Tell Mr. Courtwater that I'll be back by this evening, in case I can't call . . . Yes. Thank you."
She hung up, dropped the phone back into her purse. She wondered how much of the job consisted of this. Running around, buying presents for a man she had never met. Well, Christmas was coming up, so it made sense, at least.
And, well, it wasn't like she wasn't getting paid well for it. She just needed to remember to bring walking shoes next time.
Shuffling into Vogt Farms, she sigh, patted her hair down, and pushed her glasses up before heading up to the counter. "Hello, I'm here for an Amaura egg, purchased by a Mr. Courtwater? Thank you so much."

Ah, Vogt Farms. He was an affiliate here, and Axel often used some of his Pokemon to breed with. This time, he'd asked to use Rhafiel's Snover, and he'd happily obliged, under the pretense that he could snag one of the resulting Amaura eggs from the breeding. And so here he was, making his way into the farm and through the main building to the counter. He was greeted with Axel's mother, a very sweet lady who always made him deserts that he could eat and not die from, who brought out his egg for him.
He laid down the dots for his new egg, grinning happily at the prospect of his new Pokemon. Ice Pokemon ranked up there with Dark typed for Rhafiel, and the thought of having a new ice-type was exciting. Especially an ice type as rare as this one was. Axel's mother took the money with a smile, giving him a wave and a sweet goodbye before the man turned and excited the building, ready to get his new egg back home.
Ahhhh. The day was bright and Axel was ready to get down to business. The only breeding he really had on the list for today was his brand new Wailmer, Rolo, and little Lola, his Skiddo. To be honest, the Skiddo had taken a liking to the Wailmer as soon as he had come onto the farm. Thus, the bright idea had come that maybe Axel could use their relationship to his advantage. To be able to sell a couple of Wailmer and Skiddo eggs would be a great thing for the farm, especially with the growing stock of Pokemon who resided there.
With that thought in mind, Axel lead Lola into onto the outside secluded areas of the farm, purposely locking the two away together while he got to work watering the gardens. His heart was hopeful and his mind absolutely giddy. He loved Pokemon and he really loved his job. He only hoped that his Wailmer and Skiddo would cooperate now that they were very much alone.

So it was that that time of year again. Scrambling around to get Christmas presents somehow. But this year, Amber knew exactly what to get. She picked up her phone and sent a quick email to her chosen breeder.
"Hey, Axel. I'm emailing asking for a simple breeding. I'd like you to breed Fang (M Mightyena) and my female Mareep together. You can keep any spare eggs if you want to. I'll send them over whenever. Thank you!"
ooc: Requesting that any spare eggs don't have Fang's egg moves passed onto them.
