We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.

Hyperion is Zernebog’s first pokemon. He was given to him as a baby Charmander by his father, Ulrich Pendragon, before he left Sinnoh for Kanto years ago. He is easily his most loyal companion and best friend. In fact, they’re more like brothers than his actual half-brothers or cousins ever would be.
Like Zernebog, Hyperion keeps up a façade of a cocky and arrogant son-of-a-gun who loves competing and wininng. Unlike his trainer though, he hasn’t toned it down at all. In fact, he ramped it up a little in order to make up for the former toning it down. While the arrogant façade is true to some extent, his true personality is much more serious, intelligent and ruthless. Instead of the blazing fire he breathes and pretends to be, he’s as cold and cutting as the icy mountain gales that he and his partner used to experience all the time. In most respects, he really is like his partner, just more open about his feelings and more obedient to his only superior (since he’s considered the leader of Zernebog’s pokemon by default) in general.
Erebus is special to Zernebog because he is the first pokemon he had caught after over six years of sticking to only two pokemon. Erebus evolved to Gengar after a mysterious event in Dragonspiral tower involving curses, a lot of death, and an evil Electrfree. Incident that lead to his color change and constant energy surrounding his eyes and hands is classified for now.
In the simplest of terms, Erebus is a sadistic, borderline sociopathic monster who has only become worse with evolution. He’s a wicked creature that only cares about three things- Zernebog, himself, and food. Everything else is simply a toy for his amusement or food to feed his hunger, and everything he does is always related to one of those three things, one way or another. The fact that these tendencies were encouraged for over a year didn’t help in the least. He serves as Zernebog’s figurative shoulder devil, always encouraging him to wreak havoc or kill whenever he’s around, and as such he absolutely despises goody two-shoe spoil sports that ruin their fun with their morals and ethics.

Diomedes was obtained as an egg from his former organization’s breeder. It didn’t take long before he evolved into a Lucario after a lot of training in the mountains.
Diomedes may be young, but he’s quite charismatic already. Always the charmer, he is easily the one that most people and pokemon get along with. He’s also kind and noble, almost to a fault, and will usually help someone in need. He’s not perfect though, as attested by his bouts of childishness and immaturity. Sometimes he doesn’t notice when he accidentally says something that can be interpreted as flirting, which happens a lot more often than one would think. The ladies aren’t complaining. He also tends to look to Zernebog and Prometheus for guidance more than most of Zerne’s other pokemon, especially as he views the man as his father.

Achilles was the result of an egg trade between Ramona and Zernebog. Surprisingly, he hatched right after he was obtained. He evolved into a Gabite after beating Gwyneth’s Pawniard during a Gym Challenge. He then evolved to Garchomp after beating a Ditto in the Safari Zone.

Cross was bought from a redhead named Toma during a brief return visit to Sinnoh. Given its unique appearance, Zernebog decided to deviate from his norm and gave it a name not inspired by mythology. It evolved to Metang after a few weeks of training with Zernebog’s main team and into Metagross after helping to fight off a Gligar swarm.
Iris was an egg purchased from an independent breeder in the region he worked in for a year. An important fact to remember about her is that she’s Hyperion’s daughter. She evolved into Dragonair during a battle with Ricki’s Pidgeotto for donuts. She later evolved into Dragonite after much training with her father and Zernebog’s main team.

Hydros was the result of Zernebog’s first true foray into planned breedings, with the help of a blond breeder and some shifty people. He evolved to Wartortle after helping to fend off a huge Gligar swarm at Mt. Mortar and to Blastoise after two consecutive battles at the Pewter Gym.
Like the water, he always goes with the flow. It’s because he was raised this way since birth, though Zernebog does allow him to be his own person when he wants to be. Despite being a chill pokemon most of the time, he’s as steadfast and stubborn as a rock when he wants to be, and like water he tends to overwhelm things when he has too though he prefers the more subtle approach. Unfortunately his youth tends to make him a bit naïve despite his above average intelligence, and thus tends to get suckered by the more mischievous and experienced of Zerne’s pokemon from time to time.
She was obtained from The Gardens of Babylon as a gift for the seven Smeargle he gave them and evolved into an Ivysaur after facing down a large swarm of Pichu that was headed by one of Zerne’s old pokemon and evolved into Venusaur after exiting the ruins Zerne was investigating in Wizen.

Prometheus is Zernebog’s second pokemon and the first one he had ever captured for himself after he had repeatedly beaten him in pokemon battles and befriended him. He was originally a female Ralts before an adventure in Kanto gone horribly wrong changed him to his current gender. He finally evolved into Gardevoir after annihilating a Ditto when it tried to copy his form.
Prometheus, or Theus for short, is always calm and collected. He serves as the voice of reason and logic for both Zernebog and his team. As an emphatic psychic pokemon, he doesn’t like seeing others hurt or even sad. However, being with Zernebog for so long has allowed him to ignore others’ feelings when needed. He almost never gets angry –not even if you bring up his original gender- but when you push him to the limit he explodes like a volcano.

His color changed recently after stumbling through some cursed artifacts that Zernebog was examining, and his evolution to Combusken followed soon after some rigorous training and an exorcism. He finally evolved to Blaziken after helping fend off some angry water types.

Icarus was originally a Bagon that Zernebog caught after promising to help him gain enough power to evolve and fly. He has since evolved into a Shelgon after much training and is much closer to reaching his goals of flight. After a couple of encounters on the Sevii Islands, he finally evolved into a Salamence.
Icarus is a very adamant creature. He is completely set in his opinions and ways to the point that only Zernebog can even try to convince him to change them, anyone else probably shouldn’t even bother trying. He’s also extremely determined and persevering even though he has already achieved his goal of flight. His stubbornness aside though, he’s actually very nice and friendly and likes to welcome new members of the team as long as they don’t try to change him. In battle he’s also very level-headed and calm, not prone to temperamental rages like Ares or Perses even though it’s in his blood to be violent.

Kybele was the second real attempt of Zernebog’s in planned breeding, this time with the help of his half-brother Aeon. She evolved after helping beat a horde of sea serpents in Kalos.
Hera was an orphaned Elekid living in the streets of Goldenrod before Zernebog found and caught him. Or rather her, since the candy she snuck from him turned him into his current gender, forcing Zernebog to rename him in the process. She evolved after beating on a Piplup in a fit of hormonally-induced rage brought about by her new body. After beating a gym, Zernebog evolved her into her current form as a reward.

Kratos literally charged into Zernebog’s life and showed himself that he was worthy of being caught and trained. Zernebog hasn’t regretted the decision to catch him back in that region since. He evolved after much training, with a Torchic beating being the catalyst.
He is very brash and headstrong as well as not nearly as intelligent or cunning as the others but he makes up for the lack of intelligence with sheer determination, unfaltering loyalty and battle experience, the first of which is unrivalled even within Zernebog’s other pokemon. It’s partially because he doesn’t have the time for doubts or feeling weak. However, evolution has granted Kratos a boon in a larger bipedal frame and more intelligence, making him become far more formidable than before.

He evolved to Togetic after playing a major role in dousing a huge fire in the Safari Zone and evolved to Togekiss after Zernebog decided to evolve him in order to celebrate the upcoming day where he was first given to him.

He was caught in the Safari Zone after thrashing Apollo and subsequently getting beaten by Hyperion.
Like his namesake, Ares is a creature of war and violence. He lives for the fight and for the thrills and will accept nothing less. He doesn’t care if he fights the sick, the elderly, or even the young; everyone is an acceptable target as long as he gets a good fight out of it. He’ll only listen to those who are strong enough to make him bend to their wills, but he’ll only obey those who earn his respect and help him get stronger. It’s why he eventually warmed up to Zernebog being his trainer. He’s terribly short-tempered, arrogant and temperamental, making it a challenge for Zernebog to train and even more challenging to pair up in the rare double and triple battles. To this day, he bears a huge grudge against Hyperion for his quick and humiliating defeat and views him as his greatest rival even though Hyperion doesn’t think of him that way.

Castor is the elder of the twins that Zernebog bought from a breeder in one of his excursions into planned breedings. Polydeuces, or Pollux, is his younger brother.
Unlike his elder Prometheus and most Psychic types in general, Castor is a very fiery pokemon. He is passionate and serious about anything and everything and aims to be the very best of Zernebog’s pokemon. He wishes to be the epitome of a great soldier and knight, and as such he strives to be as strong, brave and noble as he can be despite his trainer’s dubious nature. He tries to steer people towards the good and make them see things his way, but his youth and naivety tend to get into the way and sabotage him. He also has this tendency of taking everything way too seriously, forcing his brother Polydeuces/Pollux to step in and make him relax and chill out.

Polydeuces, more affectionately known as Pollux, is the younger of the twins that Zernebog bought from a breeder during an excursion into planned breeding. Castor is his older brother.
The blue oni to Castor’s red oni, he is easily one of the calmest and most level-headed of Zernebog’s pokemon despite his youth, often acting as the voice of reason alongside Prometheus when he actually makes the effort to interfere. This is due to his relaxed and easy-going nature, which is in contrast with his brother’s overly-serious and determined one. This same nature is also what makes it hard for him to actually take battles seriously unless something serious is at stake or when he is properly reprimanded by his trainer or his brother.

Nemesis was originally an injured Snorunt that Zernebog met and took care of many years ago, before he got Hyperion. She was going to be his starter pokemon out of gratefulness before his father gave him a Charmander, ruining her plans. She tried to invade his home with an army years later in revenge, but got beaten and caught instead. After having things explained to her, she’s much more amicable about her situation now. She evolved after beating a Tyrunt into the dirt.
Nemesis is very possessive by nature. She doesn’t like anyone going near anything that is hers and she isn’t hesitant to make it known, much to Zernebog’s consternation as she views him as her most precious thing. Her possessive nature makes her staunchly loyal to him though, which is one of the reasons why he tolerates it, the other being that she was one of his first friends. She tends to act like a haughty noblewoman as she claims that she is descended from a long line of snow spirits who have watched over Mt. Coronet for ages, though many are skeptical of this fact. Underneath the aristocratic mask though is a lonely lady who just wants things a little too much and just wants to be loved.

Perses was caught in a very polluted lake. His survival and persistence convinced Zernebog to catch what would seem to anyone else as a useless pokemon. His decision proved to be correct when Perses helped him win a gym battle, and it was even more vindicated when he evolved into his current form, Gyarados.
Perses is a wise and stubborn pokemon. Kind of like your typical wise master in those remote temples, only he’s younger and much more prone to violence. The calm and thoughtful attitude he had cultivated as a Magikarp has greatly lessened due to most of his willpower being used to restrain his new form’s sadistic and bloodthirsty urges. As such, he has become more temperamental and impatient, and a bit twitchy and trigger-happy as well. As such, he tends to come off across as bipolar, which makes most creatures leery of him due to his supposed instability. He’s not borderline insane like Erebus though.

He had thought that the Mudkip died in that fatal mission long ago, but he turned up in the ocean near Kalos a few months later after searching for his trainer and now they’re reunited. He finally evolved into Marshtomp after beating on some pokemon in the Safari Zone.

Szczerbiec was wired to him by his grandfather, though in actuality it was a present from his father that the man had asked his grandfather to arrange. The name came from his grandfather by accident when the pokemon hatched and it was the first name he had heard. It refused to respond to anything else, so he stuck with the name. However, he often uses Bietz instead of his real name since other people were bound to mangle pronouncing something that sounds like Schterbietz. He evolved into a Doublade after beating up some pokemon at his trainer’s behest.
