She knew that this was the “now or never” part of the Run—much like when she found the seventh thing out in the Kalosian Badlands, it was do or die. She then turned her flash light down to the ground; before finally deciding to drop down on all fours and start poking around on the lower level of rubble—she focused too much on the upper levels of rubble and upturned junk. “I don’t know about that, but it’s as if they can hear us grumbling or something. The last three runs were all good, why’s this one all junk and bad things now?” she continued, before looking up at his mention of the surroundings slowly turning to darkness. “Crap, we better hurry and get out of here before things get nasty,” she continued, and after pawing around the ground for a few minutes, felt her fingers brush against something—which she quickly pulled out and examined in the fading light. It was…a slab of rock. But… the lines that were seemingly embedded in it looked vaguely familiar to her. “Hmm… this is an interesting final find…” she began, before raising it up completely and showing it to Josh. “Hey, look, I got another fossil… looks like this isn’t too bad a haul…” she remarked, before quickly whipping out her mobile phone and taking a few pictures of it; before tucking it carefully under her arm. He chuckled a bit. "Jinkies, don't be so selfish Izumi. You never know who's it could have been" He joked cheekily. "It could have been the reading glasses for that buxom professor girl in Nue or something" He joked again, laughing as they went through the ruins filled with junk in hopes of finding treasure. "We need to find something good. And fast" He said. It was there that Josh would notice that Izumi had been lucky enough to find something interesting. A Fossil. Josh would walk over, leaning over Izumi's shoulder to take a peek, pressing his cheek to hers as he peered over her. "Hmm..." He said as he studied it, smirking as he recognized it. "Congrats, this ones yours" He joked with a laugh. "I already own the Pokemon that this can be revived from, even if the gender is... Well, not what I intended. Oh well"

It was there that Josh noticed something sparkle atop a ledge. But it was too high for him to reach! "Hmm..." He said. "Go, Gustave!" He said as he took out a Pokeball, bringing out a very young Bulbasaur. "Alright, I want you to use Power Whip as a means for me to get up there" He instructed the hatchling Bulbasaur. "Bulba!" The cute little plant dinosaur let out as he would unleash Power Whip, acting as a bridge for Josh to walk across. He would nod and begin walking across the vines carefully, until he reached the top of the ledge. "Hey, something's up here!" He called as he would grab what seemed to be a Mega Stone from a stone pedestal, jumping down and showing Izumi. "Let's head out. For dinner, perhaps?" He teased as he pocketed the stone, patting Gustave on the head as he would start heading out, with the others behind him.

He had no idea how ironic this mega stone was.
