After his rather ironic find, Kouji then decided to continue traversing through the wreck of the room; attempting to look for a way out of the place where he’d been warped to by his Psychic-type. He could only sigh, before starting to climb over the fallen pieces of rubble, looking around very carefully. He didn’t want to trigger any more traps than he meant to, having set several unexpected surprises on himself in the very recent past. It was a long, slow process—after what felt like an eternity (but was only fifteen to twenty minutes) he’d finally found the exit that he was searching for. “Shit. Why’s it blocked…” he muttered to himself, before finally getting an idea.
He then reached into his jacket before popping up a certain containment unit and sending out its occupant, watching as the Gallade unfurled himself from the flash of red light. “Hello again, Rymi. S-sorry I’ve not called you out. I was traveling with Casey. Apparently, all that Teleporting got me into this fix,” he began sheepishly, pointing to the huge boulder that was blocking most of where he intended to make a getaway through. “Can you cleave this out of the way for me, please?” he asked with a hopeful tone. He then watched as the Gallade regarded the fallen boulder with some curiosity—before suddenly slashing through the rock with the blades that extended from his limbs in a swift, sudden moving motion.
As the boulder was reduced to nothing but fine powder, he then cracked a grin in the Gallade’s direction; before bowing in his direction and making his way down and out. “Come on, Rymi. We have to get out of here…” he trailed off; and the rather surprised Pokémon then followed his master, looking around rather curiously at their surroundings.

Once they’d managed to get out of the room that had apparently crumbled itself into ruin, Kouji and his companion then began to traverse the long, deserted corridor that smelled rather strongly of mold. “Crap, that’s never a good sign,” he began, looking around as best as he could—because the place had little to say in terms of illumination, it was taking a while for his eyesight to adjust to the darkness. His Gallade had gone on ahead of him, and he caught sight of a moving blur that had scooted past him, the better to scout ahead of him.
“Hey, Rymi, wait for me,” he remarked, before sighing and then searching his pockets, hoping that he’d brought a source of fire with him. It didn’t take too long for him to realize that he actually had a possible source of light; and he rummaged around his pockets before pulling out a certain containment unit and sending its occupant out the moment he’d realized that he had a Fire-type with him. As the Charmander hit the ground in a flash of red light, the flame on the tip of its tail then gave off a bright light, illuminating the passageway.
“Hello, Char,” he began, watching as the Charmander looked around rather curiously before tackling his legs. “Hey there,” he continued with a sheepish grin on his face, before letting his eyes adjust to the flickering light that Char’s tail was giving him, allowing him to look around a bit further than normal.
Eventually, the two continued to traverse down the passageway, passing by the ruins of a crown that had been carelessly tossed aside into a dark corner…
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found INTRIGUING STONE! Not a Mega Stone but it's still a beautiful stone. It can be sold for a high price to a collector.

Now that the Charmander was walking alongside him and sniffing around rather curiously, Kouji couldn’t help but look rather affectionately at the Fire-type that was now walking with him, looking around and just trying to comprehend the…weirdness of the place. Yes, Char, I know that it’s your first time out, so… enjoy, was all he could think of as he continued to examine the corridor that they were currently traversing. He knew that his Gallade had gone on further ahead; the better to be able to look for something that would catch his eye. As the faster Pokémon continued to zip through the place, slashing and hacking away at overhanging vines that were blocking the view, the Gallade then came upon something that he thought was sparkling and glimmering…
…but upon closer inspection, it looked nothing like the marble that he’d found some time ago. shrugging, the Gallade then kicked the weird not-marble aside and continued to search deeper within the Ruins; trying to find a room that had a guardian statue in it—those rooms usually held some sort of a secret that would eventually end up having his owner screaming his head off once the traps within had been triggered. Back at where Kouji and his Charmander were walking, he then caught whiff of something that smelled… smoky. Wondering if there was something on fire deeper within the place, he then looked down at his Charmander, who then proceeded to stare back at him rather curiously.
“Char?” he heard the Fire-type remark, to which he chuckled rather nervously before responding, “Oh, no. it’s nothing. I thought I could hear something…” he trailed off before continuing the long walk down the corridor.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found a RELIC BAND! A bracelet made in a civilization about 3,000 years ago. A maniac will buy it for a high price.

It didn’t take too long for Kouji and his companion to spot something; but what they saw wasn’t something he exactly wanted to bring home. “Aw, no,” he began with this crestfallen expression on his face. The Charmander then followed his owner’ line of vision before finally seeing the object that had caused his rather shocked outburst—there was a rather old looking, antique bracelet that had been carelessly tossed off to one side not too far away from where they were headed. “I hope that Rymi’s having better luck. I mean, this is our last attempt at finding good treasure for the month…” he trailed off, just wondering where his Gallade had gotten off to.
It was times like this that he’d wished he’d invested in Teleport on his Gallade; but since he was all the way out here, there was no way he could possibly get to that right now, can he? The Charmander then continued to look up at the upset-looking visage of his owner, before quickly hugging his leg—or whatever part of his owner he could reach. “Aww, Char. No need to feel sad for me. It’s just that my luck is the absolute worst right now. I hope we can make a turnaround… either us or Rymi. Either one’s good,” he remarked, before giving his Charmander a pat on the head before the two continued to walk forward, searching for that faint glimmer of hope—that glittering visage of a marble…
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found WISE GLASSES! Looks like another digger lost their glasses in the dig. Lucky you these are just for show, so you can probably sell them off or keep them for yourself to make yourself look smart?

He had no idea that his Gallade was about to run into something—and that the something wasn’t the good kind, either. As the Fighting-type then sliced his way through another patch of stubborn overgrown vines, it then caught sight of… what appeared to be something he’d seen his owner wear a few times, but only out of necessity. Wondering what it was, the Gallade then walked over and very carefully scooped up the pair of wrecked glasses, before zipping back as fast as he could manage—without losing the grip on the thing he had in his ‘hand’, so to speak.
Put it down to a Gallade to have thoughts of not having an actual set of digits; but soon enough, it had rendezvoused with the Breeder and tossed the pair of glasses that came to a clattering stop at his feet. “Oh, ugh. Seriously? That’s all you found?” he began, nodding in greeting at his Gallade’s reappearance, before the taller Pokémon then shrugged in his direction. “Ah, hell. That sucks, but whatever. Let’s get what we can,” he said, before crouching down and scooping up the pair of trashed eye wear in his hands and cringing at the condition—it looked utterly destroyed.
