elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.
RULES
Understand We're All Human. Respect the staffers as well as your fellow members and guests. We all have flaws, tempers and quirks. Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.

Sex; When you get under the clothes, fade to black.
Violence; Do not go into extreme nauseating detail.
Cursing; This is so fucking allowed, but don't go overboard.
Suggestive Content; In avatars, signatures and templates can attract the wrong kind of attention. So be careful.

Usually when it came to finding something worthwhile like what they’d just found, there were things that were bound to happen. Little did Izumi know that the room that they were in was trapped; the moment she’d lifted the weird marble off its dais, the room began shaking. “Oh crap,” was all she had time for as the room’s ceiling began to crumble and fall down on them; another trap to bury them under rubble!
Kamisama no haa what the actual fuck?! She screeched in the back of her head as she then quickly plucked out a battered Love Ball and sent out its occupant. As the flash of red light transformed into her shiny Gardevoir, who then proceeded to look around and was surprised to see the room caving in, she then shouted in Momiji’s direction, over the noise and cavalcade of rubble, “Get us out of here!” while the room shook worse than ever.
Without thinking, she then quickly reached for his hand and held on to it, before quickly leaving her other hand free for her Gardevoir to loop its own limb around it, and once she’d made contact with the Embrace ‘mon, the Gardevoir concentrated on getting them out of the crumbling, imploding room—a loud popping noise then snapped through the place; as the three then vanished; while the rest of the room then continued to crumble on the spot.
It wasn’t until several seconds later that Izumi felt her legs getting tingly; before roughly slamming down onto the ground; who knew that they were going to be in for a rough landing?! “Ouch…” she muttered as she then found herself in a…rather interesting position; the Gardevoir had landed on her own two feet; but she was sprawled flat on the floor. As she made an attempt to stand up, she felt her head collide with what she presumed was Josh’s body, that then made her own face blush… because it was completely and honestly embarrassing!

"You know, Izumi..." Josh began as the room would start shaking. "This place has already been proven to be booby trapped. So why the hell would you, y'know... Take something off of a booby trapped pedestal like that? At least when I did it, I didn't realize these things were booby trapped" He would remark, shaking his head with a sigh. And then of course, the ceiling would begin to cave in on them. Just great and peachy, right? "Any ideas?" Josh would inquire as he would watch the way they came in be caved in. Oh. Fuck.
Izumi seemed to have an idea, bringing out her oddly colored Gardevoir. Before long, he would feel the Embrace Pokemon take a hold of him, before teleporting. He would feel his body hit the ground. And then another body hit him. He would open his eyes and feel Izumi was.. On top of him?
Their eyes would meet after Izumi would accidentally headbutt him. ".... Izumi, Valentines Day is Saturday" he would snark, before managing to get up. "Where in the world are we?" He would ask.

Of course, her first reaction was to react—violently. “Oh, hell, how’d you end up on top of…” she trailed off, before feeling her own face heat up with an unrehearsed blush; before quickly squirming away and standing up on her own, still feeling rather hot. She knew that her ears were now in the ‘oh Arceus why’ territory of blush-red; otherwise she then began to pat her hand against the spot where she’d accidentally crashed into Josh, either way.
“Ouch… and they say walls hurt,” she began, finally managing to shake off most of the grit that had stuck to her clothes. It looked like they were still in the Ruins; at some rate. The musty, damp smell still hung in the air either way; but from the coloration of the rocks that comprised the walls, she could only guess that they’d been taken to another part of the crazy plce altogether.
“Heh, at least we’re now out of the place… thanks, Momiji,” she continued, nodding in the shiny Gardevoir’s direction, who then bowed, before following her as she walked forward, still trying to gain sense of where the hell they’d ended up due to the unrehearsed Teleporting maneuver. “Well, that’s odd… does the place have a second floor or something?” she mused out loud as she began to walk forward—when she felt her balance suddenly trip over due to having stepped on something round.
It caused her to pitch forward; but thankfully she’d managed to lean against the wall in order to stop falling. “Eh…?” she began, crouching down and then finding the culprit—it looked like a marble. “What in hell…” she trailed off, before plucking it up and showing it to Josh. “Uhh, hey doesn’t this look familiar, to you at least?” she inquired, showing him the little thing she’d picked up.
Little did she know that the place that they’d ended up in was also rigged; and she heard a rumbling noise from not too far away. “Oh, fuck. Even the corridors are…” she trailed off as the rumbling noise was replaced with a lapping noise—was that…water she could hear?! “COME ON!” she screeched, looking over his shoulder and seeing that indeed, there was a sudden rush of water headed their way!
She then dropped the marble into a secured pocket before quickly recalling her Gardevoir and popping the pink containment unit down to a smaller size and making a break for it, because there was no way in hell she was going to drown out here!

Josh would take a breath and get up once Izumi decided to get off him. He would stare down at the floor. His ears were red, but his hair was luckily a nice cover for that. "Yeah... Uh... That was... Different" Josh said as he would look around. Izumi was going on about something-something, something... But Josh's focus had gone to a stone that he noticed on the ground.
"Huh... I recognize this stone" Josh said as he would pick it up. "Hey Izumi? You never did tell me how to pinpoint what Mega Stone went to what Pokemon" He said, looking over at her, just as Izumi had discovered something. She would hold it up to him, and he smirked a bit. "Aye, I remember finding one of those a long time ago" Josh said. "I still wonder what Pokemon it's for though-"
And with that, the water would come crashing down toward them. Josh's eyes widened as he would pocket the stone he was holding, and with Izumi, make a break for it!
