inter is soon coming to an end, and for the population of Polar Point, which resides in the previously uncharted island now named Arnté, a few miles off the northernmost coasts of Bosky Hamlet, it signals the advent of a massive festival, the first to be held in their town ever since they settled in. While a festival may bring to mind the thrill and excitement of a theme park, Polar Point has to balance that clean, economical theme with their celebration, making their festival a bit lackluster compared to those that can afford to waste valuable resources. Of course, that didn't stop Polar Point's human and inhuman inhabitants from doing their best to make the work-in-progress town to look as presentable as possible for the upcoming events. Letter and electronic invitations have been sent out to important figures in the environmentalist scene, and word about them has been spreading in social media networks, whispers in the cybernetic seas for all who care to hear about Team Aqua's new eco-friendly project in the north.Aqua is ready. Polar Point is ready. It is time.
DAY 1. OPENING CEREMONY
On the first day, a ferry and an opening ceremony. Aqua's most recently acquired watercraft waits for its tripulation to come on board by a port in Bosky. For those interested in attending but unable to cross the arctic seas on their own, this will be the preferred way into Arnté. Once in Polar Point, team leader Olivia Mahgaden will offer a speech to welcome her guests for the next couple of days, to explain the purpose of the town, and to introduce a couple of new additions to the team she's leading.
DAY 2. TOWN EVENTS
PP Bingo starts early in the morning the following day. Attendants may explore the town in groups, or perhaps do it alone if they so desire, to try to visit and photograph the different locations set as goals on their bingo cards. A few hours later, two other events will be started: a fishing contest in the outskirts of town, and an ice sculpture one a bit farther away. At night, a grand feast will be held in honour of all who have come.
DAY 3. THE JOURNEY BACK HOME
All good things must come to an end, and it is no different with the festivities in Polar Point. While the town's residents prepare to continue with their normal lifestyle and the construction work put on hold due to the events, guests are welcome to either stay around and experience and learn more of the rising ecotopia, or board Aqua's ferry back to Bosky.
*Thread will be updated to edit in the links to each event as they are posted up.
