ISLE DE ARNTÉ
"The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears, or the sea."
AQUA HQ
An isle located far to the north of Bosky is where Team Aqua has made their home in Nue. Once inhabited, Aqua has brought in ships full of refugees to colonize the island and to better themselves. The refugees, with the help of Team Aqua, have created a new place to call home. Polar Point. Here the citizens live in harmony with nature and all that is around them, refusing to waste the precious resourses they have available to them by being 100% eco-friendly. While it may be a hard task, the people of Polar Point have found it well worth it.
Team Aqua, however, doesn't reside in the town of Polar Point, but rather in a hidden place far in the mountains. Here, the leader of Aqua resides with her members and works on their mission to continue to clean the world of the disgusting pollution that the human race has left out. GOVERNED BY
REGENT OLIVIA MAHGADEN
A woman full of passion, Olivia has become the defacto leader of Aqua and is therefore the leader of Polar Point. The people who are extremely grateful for her kindness and generosity hail her as a Queen of sorts. Olivia, not one to draw negative attention to herself, changed the title to Reagent. She is a fearless leader who will do everything for her Team, Pokemon, and now, her people.LOCATION
Located in the Northern Sea above Bosky lies a once uncharted island that has now been colonized and named Isle de Arnté. It is nearly impossible to fly to, as the storms and chilled winds blowing above the frozen sea causes trouble for most Dragon and Flying pokemon. Travelling via sea is the preferred choice, as the ocean may be rough, but it is tolerable in a large ship or large pokemon such as a Wailord.
The climate of the island is similar to Russia or Alaska, frozen seasons with a very small, about three week period, of more bearable temperatures. Going out without a heavy jacket, no matter what time of the year, is suicide.

POLAR POINT
Upon entry to Polar Point, you are greeted with a wooden sign that has half of its message coated in snow. It reads: "Welcome to Polar Point, also known as the chip on Mother Nature's cold shoulder. Town Hall is straight ahead."
Escape sharp, biting sting of the arctic winds at Polar Point; the product of Team Aqua's attempts to relieve the pressures of crowding and pollution in Nue's largest cities by introducing a self-efficient lifestyle to people in need of jobs and homes. The town itself is currently a work in progress due to inefficient funds and a lack of public support, but progress has the redolence of freshly carved wood as the efforts of Team Aqua grunts combine forces to help build eco-friendly houses with specially hired architects. The town thrives on fishing, mining, and on occasion, bird hunting, as the town is often bombarded by aerial dung assaults from the swarming Wingull and Pelipper that compete for the best fishing spots.
Standing at the edge of the sparsely populated town is the town hall, otherwise known as Aqua's Headquarters. Townsfolk are able to submit requests, suggestions, and complaints regarding Polar Point here, and likewise, Aqua is able to hold public events here in order to secure public morale.
Zooming into the particular details of Polar Point's architecture, while most buildings are in the works, all of the currently standing houses and buildings have energy-efficient windows that help to reduce heat loss. Rooms are kept snug and warm through individual space heaters, which might be small at first glance, but most of Polar Point's living quarters are just small enough to get by, making these heaters ideal for clean and economical heating. Other heat conserving methods can vary with each household, but Aqua provides the affordable basics and lets each paying family figure out the rest.
The outskirts of Polar Point are known to the locals as "Glacier Trail", and if you're caught walking down that way unprepared, you'll surely be warned to watch your step on the way out. Fishermen and their assisting Pokemon have cracked and shattered the ice so much in search of fish, that the ice coated ocean remains slippery and unstable. Heavier Pokemon are warned to stay in their Pokeballs lest they trigger the large chunks of ice to separate and spread out, leaving a bitter bath trap for unsuspecting travelers to plunge into.
CRYSTAL CAVERN
Hidden below the surface of the island is an underground cavern the stretches for miles with enormous and beautiful crystals growing inside of it, promptly named the Crystal Cavern. In order to reach the mysterious cave, one must find the appropriate stream on the island that travels underground. Be wary though, when travelling underground via the stream, people and pokemon will be submerged underwater for at least ten minutes if going with the river's natural current. Of course, a person can try to swim but that would only waste precious oxygen. A clever solution would be needed to make it to the cavern without drowning or catching hypothermia.
The treasures found within the cave, however, are well worth the risk. Countless gems, jewels, and even some precious minerals can be found deep in the cave. Mining these hidden treasures is dangerous, however, and should be done with caution. Mighty pokemon protect their homes, and food sources, and will go to many measures to keep intruders out.
While the cave may seem empty at fist glance, with only the sound of the rushing subterranean river echoing throughout it, there are indeed pokemon to be found. Clamperl can be found in the bed of the river, their beautiful pearls reflecting the light given off by the glowing gems. The calm and collected Clamperl are not the only mollusk that share the riverbed, as there are nasty Shellder and Cloyster who enjoy to harass the kindhearted pearl pokemon. Swimming through the river are schools of Finneon and Luimeon, their scales reflecting the light of the crystals. Other parts of the stream contain Staryu and Starmie that dart back and forth, apparently racing against each other eternally.
Travelling along the river may reveal a pack of Slowpoke following along after a Slowking. It should be noted that the other variation of Slowpoke, Slowbro, are never found in these caves. Some speculate it is due to the crystals attaching onto the Shellder which bite onto the Slowpoke that causes the evolution to begin, but who knows?
Away from the water, other pokemon can be found as well. Scurrying through the shadows, Sabeleye live and occasionally their gem like eyes can be seen staring at people. The trickster pokemon hurries along the cave swiping the crystals for later when its hungry.
AËRBOR
Hidden in the large mountain range that covers the northern part of Isle de Arnté, sits the ruins of what was most likely a beautiful and extravagant castle. The ruins were discovered near what appeared other smaller forts and bastions, abandoned in the mountains. The reasons being unknown, but some Aqua grunts have theorized it had to do with the chilling winds that blast the mountain tops or the constant threat of rock slides. However, these ancient ruins have necessarily been tied to the ghost town that Polar Point has been built on top of, seeing as the town was not under the same threats.
With the ruins found, Team Aqua has been hard at work rebuilding them with any materials available. Stone being too heavy to transport up the mountains, another resource had to be found, and that was an accident all its own. When investigating the grounds surrounding the ruined castle, the earth gave way underneath and revealed a sparkling cavern of crystals. As hard and tough as diamonds, but with the endurance and strength of stone, the crystals are the perfect material to rebuild the castle with.
This sudden discovery also gave Team Aqua the fund to tackle this large project. Not only does the cavern provide enormous crystals capable of withstanding the weather and surroundings of the mountain top, but it also contains priceless gems and jewels that many people would pay a pretty price for.
With the money and resources to actually build the building, all that is left is the labor and design. An architect has been found and presented an idea, which has been approved, and they are just waiting for the workers to start laboring away. Enough hard work, determination, and of course the help of pokemon, the completed castle could be done within the year!
