elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.
RULES
Understand We're All Human. Respect the staffers as well as your fellow members and guests. We all have flaws, tempers and quirks. Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.

Sex; When you get under the clothes, fade to black.
Violence; Do not go into extreme nauseating detail.
Cursing; This is so fucking allowed, but don't go overboard.
Suggestive Content; In avatars, signatures and templates can attract the wrong kind of attention. So be careful.

"YES OUR TEETH AND AMBITIONS ARE BARED! BE PREPARED!"
"Okay, we're gonna try something new..."
Yumi stood with her hands on her hips before 2 of her strongest pokemon, Tequill the Blaziken, and Ko-ken the sawk, and a third that was essentially one of the playmates for her younger pokemon, a ditto by the name of matt, who's blue body was currently trying to take a more solid form as it noticed everyone was standing to attention, as if something very serious was going on, and in fact, it was.
Yumi believed she may have just cracked a serious issue that limited all trainers, ever those who had achieved the knowledge of mega evolution like her. If she was correct, she'd be the first, to her knowlege, to have achieved it.
The ability to control two mega evolved pokemon at once.
"Now...we've tried to control two mega evolutions at once. We could achieve it yes, but we all know what happened seconds later." I blacked out...."But, if I'm right, this should be doable, and it wont drain me anymore than a natural mega evolution will. If it does do that though, Ko-ken, protect Matt, Tequill, take me to the nearest Hospital." The two pokemon nodded, and Matt lowered his head, slightly saddened by the fact he clearly wouldn't be useful if this whole thing turned into a mess. Of course, he was actually the most vital part of the plan.
"Now, let's get started. Tequill, got your mega stone?" The Blaziken nodded, pointing back at the hairband she used to keep her hair in a ponytail. Yumi and her had realized a while back that anything holding the megastone was absorbed and regenerated upon Evolution and reversion, so it saved her removing the hairband now that they'd locked it into the piece of fabric. "Good, lets begin."
Lifting her wrist up beside her face, yumi placed her other hand over the bracelt, the keystone within and the mega stone of the Blaziken glowing brightly, until the burning bird was engulfed in a sphere of flames, emerging as her more commonly used mega form, letting out a small puff of flames, clearly more used to the transformation, and not making such a big deal out of it like her original transformations.
"And now to see if we can bend the rules." She looked to Matt, a mixture of nervous thought and confidence etched onto her face, swallowing any last minute regret and giving him a small nod. "Matt, use transform on Tequill."
The ditto, glad to finally be put to use, looked to Tequill with a determined expression, or as determined as a ditto could probably get. He read her DNA structure, her moves, and her ability, all through his power. It was complex, but he felt he could manage it. Slowly, his body began to shift and bulge, growing larger by the second, his blue body shifting ro reds and blacks, and finally, with the cry of a mega blaziken, Matt had become the powerful fire fighting type he was challenged to transform into.
For a moment, there was silence, once Matt had taken in his new form, all eyes turned to Yumi. She seemed in awe herself, waiting for the moment her bracelet kicked her in the teeth for being so daring to have come up with this plan, but nothing came. She was perfectly fine...and slowly a huge grin formed on her face.

Once they had spent some time ensuring that the ditto's new form would not be puttin some form of strain on Yumi, the two pokemon, Matt and Tequill, began to train. Even having the same body as the blaziken did not mean he had the same experiences, so step by step Ko-ken and Tequill would be teaching him how to use such a strong, powerful form to its full potential.
As time whent on Yumi would watch curiously as she believed Matt was doing quite well learning some basic motions. He could manage Tequill's main moves, and perform them nearly as fast as the original, but that was all, the moves were held strong but they were single motions. It wasnt as fluid as Tequill made it look, and the red head could clearly tell that Matt would not be so effective in a battle. With a look to Ko-ken, she could tell the Sawk was getting the same vibe, sighing softly and standing from the rock she was using as a seat to watch.
"Alright guys, time to move on to some action training. Tequill, you'd be too much for Matt, same for yoy Ko-ken. How about we move this to battling some wilds?"
Matt lowered his head a little as Yumi set out straight away that the he was nowehere near as strong as the pokemon he was meant to be copying, but the idea of finally getting in a fight with something was something her enjoyed, rubbing his talons together with a smile on his beak. With a short walk, Yumi pointed to the sky, a rufflet flying overhead. "Your new legs should be able to get you up there, so lets see if you can manage that."
Matt gave a quick nod, walking up and stretching out a little, feeling the muscles in his legs tighten, and then, BOOM, he skyrocketed much like any blaziken could, but with the huge exception that he clearly had no control over his body, flailing his arms out in every direction as he actually went far higher than the Ruffelt, leaving a sighing Yumi on the path below. Spotting the minor dissapointment, Matt seemed even more determined to make this work. Getting a feel for the falling sensation that had just began after reaching the apex of his jump, he spun his body around to bring a blazing kick above his head, flames burning from his talons before slamming down on the surprised rufflet beneath him, striking it in the back and forcing the two to fall the rest of the way as Matt tried his best to re-organize himself once more, putting his legs beneath him and landing with a hard thud, the impact absorbed by his strong legs, while the rufflet just flailed and fell into a ditch beside him, leaving a rather smug looking matt now standing proudly, arms crossed over his chest.
"Well....your certainly getting a hand for it.~" Walking over, she tossed a pokeball to the rufflet, not wanting to leave it burned and struggling, while patting matt on the shoulder. "Ya did good matt."

"Alright, that rufflet wasn't too hard, but, I think Ko-ken may have found something a bit more challenging for you."
Matt listened carefully, still dusting himself off from the near crash, looking over to the Sawk as he nodded in response to Yumi's statement. Having gone off on his own for a short while after the Rufflet battle, he now had a Timburr beside him. Through a short explanation with Matt, it had seemed Ko-ken had convinced the Timburr to be his next opponent. The smaller fighting type looked psyched to be taking on such a large challenger, plonking down his wood beside him, and beating his chest like some form of silent battle cry. Looking between tequill, Yumi and Ko-ken, Matt was only given a gesture as if to say "the floor is yours."
Wondering if this Timburr would indeed be all that, Matt cracked his neck left and right, loosening up as the Timbuur lifted his wood over his shoulder. Without any warning from the Timbirr, it leapt right up to Matt's face, catching him off guard, and the ditto responding with only a step back as the the thick wood was struck accross his beak. For a moment his whole form de-stabilized, his face becoming blue jelly before quickly reforming as he shook his head, growling in a low tone. The Timburr would only take the succesful hit and grow more confident, rushing in and trying to make a swing for the temporary blaziken's knees, swiping accross and forcing the ditto to dance as it dodged. Tequill herself couldn't help but chuckle as she watched, but even then she felt a bit dissapointed that such a poor performance was being given with her form.
Staggering back after a sudden thump to the chest with Chip away, Matt decided that there wasn't any time to joke around anymore. Another strike came from the Timburr, and Matt leapt back onto his hands, avoiding the attack and suddenly spinning, surprising even Ko-ken as the Ditto seemed to show a sudden mastery of his current form. A blaze kick hit the side of the timburr's face with a "phwoosh" of flames. The fighting type spun as it was launched, digging it's wooden pole into the earth and halting its momentum, darting right back and leaving his wood behind.
Back on his feet, Matt reared his head back and blasted out a torrent of flame, using Tequill's flamethrower and roasting the timburr in his assault. The fighter was blasted back and left covered in black scorch marks on the floor, groaning from the battle. Ko-ken gave a nod to Yumi, and the Timburr was caught. Afterall, if he was up for fighting Matt, he'd LOVE the rest of her team.
