The email came in promptly, from an odd business name - it might have seemed like a really random contact, in fact, but the email writer was just someone who was eager to get one a hand on one of those eggs. The email read as follows.
"TO MISTER KOUJI SAKARUBA,
It has come to our attention that you have obtained some Tyrogue eggs. If you will kindly deliver an egg to this attatched address, the following amount of dots will be wired into your account. We thank you kindly for this business, and will come to you for future endeavors.
Just as he was contemplating on what to do with the eggs he’d acquired from the successful breeding (hell he was sorely tempted to try out one of the candies on something that had a definite gender) he heard a pinging come from his computer. Wondering what it was, he opened up his email and saw that there was a message—from a very random contact. Did word really get out that fast? He could only scratch his head in wonder and imagine the size of the Breeding grapevine (and rumor mill) as he considered the offer—and then consented to it anyway, quickly sitting himself down and typing a reply, and then eventually hitting “Send” and watched as the message disappeared off into the wild blue yonder.
“Okay then,” he said to himself, quickly heading into the storehouse first, and retrieving an empty incubator. He then set a pillow within it, and then rushed back to the nursery, and then picked up one of the two Tyrogue eggs very carefully, and nested it inside; before calling the delivery service that would eventually show up fifteen minutes later, to which he gave the Incubator, and gave it one final tap. “You’re going on a journey… be careful out there, okay?” he said, before the deliveryman asked for the address—and he gave it to him, scrawled on a piece of paper. He was quite surprised that this one would be making a journey to a land far away—now he could only hope that it didn’t hatch before it arrived to its destination!
“Heh, off to a good start,” he whistled to himself, deciding to keep the other Tyrogue egg for himself—just in case people had ideas of getting their own ‘lee, ‘chan, or ‘top. As a matter of fact I already have a plan for you… he thought with a grin, resisting the urge to dip into his candy storage and use one of the three precious that he already had!
Now that he was back again from his trip home to Vermillion, Kouji was not surprised to see that right away, there were 2 orders waiting for him—and one of them was quite surprising, as one of his affiliates, Izumi, had somehow managed to procure a Ditto for general breeding use. now that he was going to actually see “the D” (as it was called in the Breeding Circles) in action, he then quickly started up his computer, along with the receptacle that could take and receive Trainer’s Pokeballs containing their precious ‘mons. Once it started up, there was a sudden clinking and thudding, and two balls made their appearance. While he was busy wiping down the counter, his computer went off, carrying not one, but 2 messages in his e-mail.
Ah shit, really, both of them are from her? What could she want now… he thought as he wiped down the chair and then began reading through the emails that were sent to him. He was surprised to see that they were pretty recent, and that the ‘mons would be going to her; but if there were any extras that resulted from the attempts, then he could either keep them or sell them at his leisure. There was a bit of a problem though… what the hell she wants me to breed Alexander and Elizabeth?! That’s incest! But… ah hell whatever, if that’s what she wants… he thought with a huff as he scooped up the two Pokeballs and then went out to the well-maintained Ranch in the back; where everyone was galloping, running, or swimming around.
He then decided to get rid of the easier one first; going over to a certain area, he then sent out his trusty Duskull and Misdreavus, and then braced himself to tell the bad news, “Well guys… I’ll need your cooperation, okay? Try to give me a good number of eggs. Get busy now. I know it’s uncomfortable, but we got no choice… Fire Lady wants a Misdreavus egg…” he said to the two Ghost-types that were looking at him inquiringly, then proceeded to levitate off to a secluded corner to get the nasty done. He then sighed and went towards another isolated part of the Ranch, and then sent out the two occupants—one of them emerged and was a pink, shapeless mass that had a randomly-sketched face drawn on it, and he could only chuckle at its nickname, ‘Gloop’. As for the other one, he gently tapped the ball and released it, showing that there was a bunch of twirling gears.
“Okay. I know you’re only borrowed, but please behave and do your best, okay?” he said to the Klink as well as the Ditto, and just to set the mood, he quickly brought out one of the Incense containers and set it in the middle—and then last saw the Ditto suddenly transform into a perfect image of the Klink. He then made way back outside, and then closed the door behind him—this was going to be a long day…

It had been some time since Vesta had dealt with a breeder directly. She still looked up offered eggs from time to time, but after the massive expanding of her team during the holidays, she had very little need to even think about it, but still she looked up breeders occasionally in the possibility that there would be something that could be of use to her or to one of her comrades.
This time was more fruitful than most. She found a Klink egg being offered. She had no personal interest herself, however, she knew that Saber had some interest. With that in mind, she immediately began writing up an email to the breeder:
“I will purchase your Klink egg for 20 dots, as well as give you 30 dots for the rare tax if this is an acceptable price.”
Along with the message, Vesta instructions on where to send the egg and similar pertinent information, without, of course, giving too much of her own information away. After that, she sent the message.

She’d received an e-mail message from the self-proclaimed ‘Pretty Boy” that the eggs she’d requested for were ready; and she was secretly surprised that the ‘common’ pairing she’d requested to be bred had actually spat out not one, not two, but three eggs. Two of the eggs were hers, and since the breeder already had the ‘mons themselves for his own use, why would he make more for himself anyway? She then suddenly slapped a hand to her forehead, remembering that she was now in Hoenn, and he was in Unova. Secretly praying that there was a fast-enough courier service that oculd deliver the three eggs (and one ‘mon) back to her, she quickly sat herself down at the nearest terminal and typed out,
“Hey Pretty Boy,
I heard that the breeding requests that I’ve asked for you were successful; and is it okay if you ship them to me in Hoenn? That’s where I am at the moment, taking care of family business and other things. If I see anything that would interest you, I’ll let you know right away. Here’s the address to where the eggs (and the Ditto) would go to, enclosed here.
Thanks a load,
Zu”
The message also included the coordinates for where the eggs would be sent; along with specific instructions on how to handle the shipment of the Ditto, as she’d discovered that Gloop was quite a wily fellow, always looking for ways to escape from his mistress’ sight. She didn’t know how to utilize him in actual combat, but for breeding he did have his own uses… she then kicked back as she tapped the “Enter” key on the board and watched as the message winked out of her inbox.
He was just busy and had just finished returning the Klink to the person he’d borrowed it from when his computer pinged off once again; this time with two messages. One he was expecting, but the other came as a bit of a surprise—someone wanted to grab one of the Klink eggs that had come from the union—because really, was there such a thing as a Ditto egg, it was completely ridiculous—and then he quickly read through the message. No sooner did he finish reading said message, he heard the doorbell rang, and he then leapt up and over the counter just to answer the insistent ringing of the doorbell. “Alright, geez, hold your underwear, I’m coming…” he said in an exasperated tone, finally unbolting the door to reveal the local deliveryman; who then handed him an envelope with the usual tipping of his hat.
“Got your Dots here, now if you’ll just sign…” he heard the local face trail off, and he grabbed the proffered pen and scrawled his untidy signature; and then the deliveryman was about to trot away when he called out, “Wait a second! Can you call the truck driver over? I have some deliveries to make. Please?” he added with a pleading look on his face. “Alright, he’ll be here in thirty minutes,” the delivery man said a few moments later after making a few phone calls. “Get those eggs ready quickly,” he added with a wink as he disappeared out into the sprawling Resort City. Kouji then sprang into action, quickly making headway towards the nursery so that he could pick out the required number of incubators along with the eggs that were going to go on a journey.
To the first Klink egg, he patted it gently, before saying, “Eh, I can get another one of you in the future; I’ll borrow you from her. As for you, little one… you’re going to this place…” he trailed off as he nestled it in and then gently covered it, and placed a note stating where it should be sent. To the other three eggs, he then gave them all a shifty look as well, before saying, “Well then, you’re all going to the Fire Lady,” he chuckled, his private nickname for Izumi. The three eggs (the other Klink egg as well as two of the three ghostly eggs) went into their respective incubators, and then left the far-off address written on individual sheets of paper along with the message that the three were to be sent as a group and not separately.
“Alright then, time to get hunting again…” he said to himself, whistling as he made his way back out into the storage area and digging around to make sure that he had enough materials to go on another hunt. 50 dots from Vesta - 30 for Rare tax for Klink Egg = 20 dots for Jiji 2 Duskull / Misdreavus eggs and the other Klink egg go to Zuzu.
It was high time to start once more—and he had received another request for a breeding. This time though, it would be involving a certain hot-headed individual’s Shinx, and another ‘mon that was apparently from the same person that had the Klink he’d used quite recently. Hoping that his streak was still hot he looked over the email message he’d gotten from an anonymous sender, who wanted a Shinx egg; and was requesting for the breeding of these two ‘mons that were being sent over for him to use. Since I don’t have a Sandile yet, might as well get one for myself since they’re quite powerful when trained right… he thought to himself as he saw the two Pokeballs appear in the transporter that was set up not too far from his computer.
He then went over to said transporter and plucked out the two balls that had arrived, and then went outside to one of the grassier areas, and then sent out the occupants of the respective Pokeballs, and then watched as a brown-hued crocodile (or was it an alligator?) appeared from the red light; as well as an extremely cute-looking cat-like creature that had a spark of yellow attached to its tufted tail. “Okay, so this time it looks to be a reverse breeding. Can you please do your best for me? Apparently your owner,” he broke off, looking at the Sandile, “…wants one of the other with him. That one,” he broke off again, referring to the Shinx that was now chasing its tail.
“Well, have fun okay…” he said, giving the two a bow before quickly backing away—and then scampering of, leaving the two alone for some privacy. God knows he didn’t want to see the two having a go at each other…

Arriving at the ranch, Tommy looked around. He remembered it from the time he lent the breeder his Klink. So it wasn't hard to find. He walked up to the desk banged on the table, not bothering to check for any bells.
"I am here for my Sandile," he called out. He thought about asking for a share in the profits. After all, it was his pokemon that was getting his sales done. He dismissed the thought however, deciding it was best to get his own money. "My Sandile was used to breed with a Shinx, if I remember correctly. Would you happen to have an egg on you by any chance?"
He missed his Shinx and regretted letting his sister have it. Along with his Luna, who was now a Gardevoir, they could have been powerhouses. "I'll pay no more than 20 dots. However, less would be ideal." He was hoping for a bargain with that last comment.
He was secretly relieved to find out that his breeding attempt had gone off without a hitch—even if he got less than the number of eggs he was secretly vying for, at least it was a big success on his part. He decided that he was going to keep the other one, come as that may, and the continue building up his team from that point. Realizing that ‘Fire Lady’ had a Shinx, he then secretly wished that the other egg would hatch into a Sandile, and then he could get started from there as well. While he was busy loading up the other egg into an incubator, he heard the ding of the bell out front—to find that the owner of the Sandile he borrowed had showed up and paid a personal visit.
I like that, he thought to himself, before coming out to the front, balancing an incubator within his grasp. “Sorry,” he began, finally placing the incubator gently atop the counter, “here’s your breeding request, fulfilled. Give me a moment to grab your Sandile from out back,” he added, giving his customer a quick bow before going back out and looking for the Sandile, where it was apparently sunbathing on the beach, half-buried in the sand. “Oh, come on, your master’s here,” he said, holding out its Pokeball and watching as it vanished back inside its residence. He then gave it a careful tap, before making his way back to the ‘front’.
After the door opened again, briefly showing a view of the outside pasture, he closed it behind him, and then said, “Here you go. He was sunbathing on the beach. 20 dots a fair deal for the egg?”, also placing the Sandile's Pokeball next to said incubator.
