Linden is bound to make many friends in his position as Gym Leader. He's the kind of person who prefers to take things gently, giving relationships plenty of time to bloom. He genuinely enjoys the company of others and will typically go out of his way to learn more about an individual's past. Most people would say Linden possesses a wonderful aura which slowly but surely, draws in all those around him, leaving them with a strong sense of belonging.

Just as he is destined to make many friends, Linden is also going to end up bumping heads now and then. He is not a particularly hateful young man, however, he is still a Gym Leader who must maintain at least some feeling of pride. Therefore, he'll willingly engage in a Pokémon battle and there's no telling what he'll do to gain the upper hand (he does not, however, resort to playing dirty and he finds cheating truly despicable). The general consensus is that he's a man of the heart and he stands firmly alongside justice-- so if you willingly seek to make life a living hell for others, then you're no better than dirt in his books.

Love is not something Linden knows firsthand (although he has been called an excellent kisser). While he's had a few "girlfriends" in his short twenty-two years, Linden has yet to experience love as it should be. He's a wonderfully charismatic, kind, and sweet young man-- he simply does not know how to carry himself under such a circumstance.
Some flirtatious tendencies aside, Linden is overall inexperienced in the ways of seduction. He's also the kind of guy who'd need to be taken passionately by the front of his shirt, and then shown a thing or two about how it's done (coughcoughcough). If you can pull of that, you've probably just scored yourself the sweetest, most adorkable boyfriend in the whole wide world.

First and foremost-- some distinguishing facts about Linden:
1. Basically, he has a habit of spoiling people but is adamantly against being spoiled himself. Go figure.
2. He's prone to the occasional fainting spell-- a lingering side effect courtesy of his poor childhood health.
3. Linden would sooner light himself on fire than hurt one of his friends.
4. His love for beauty is an appreciation of fleeting, delicate things, and he seeks perfection in that just like everything else in his life.
5. Beneath it all, he's essentially a major drama queen. A good one-word summation of Linden's overall personality would probably be "emotional". He displays a very wide range of feelings, and each one is expressed fully and passionately. Be it happiness, sadness, anger, or anything in between, Linden expresses it to an almost childlike extreme.
