rapped in the winter furs that she had began to become accustomed to in the chilly climate that was known to be on the isle, Olivia led the way to the geysers of Polar Point, a natural beauty that was hard to find in other parts of Nue. The waters that exploded from underneath the ground were known to be well above boiling temperatures, and were hot enough to cook raw meat with. They were even used to help heat some of the homes of Polar Point and as a clean source of energy. However, an educational tour was not why Olivia had brought a group of people with her to the geysers. Stopping in front of one of the exploding fountains of water, the brunette enchantress turned to face the small gathering of people and smiled as she saw their eyes lock onto her. "Thank you, again, for coming to our little event, and let me welcome you to another one of Polar Point's lovely features; the geysers. These streams of water that come from deep beneath the ground are hot enough to cook any food you may have, and perhaps burn a finger off, but that isn't why we're here. All of you have showed interest in participating in our first annual ice sculpting contest!" Olivia said, a friendly smile glued on her face.
The group muttered and nodded, a few wooting in response, and she continued, saying, "The rules are simple; Freeze one of the many geysers that are exploding from the ground using an ice type pokemon and then have them and yourself sculpt it into the best image you can imagine. Our judges for the day include myself, Luella B. Mynn, and @valentine. All three of us will be walking around to inspect how you create your sculpture, how you and your pokemon interact with each other, and just how the sculpture looks in the end. Prizes will be announced once the winners have been chosen." Clasping her hands together, Olivia added, "And as they say in Ever Grande City, may the odds be ever in your favor!"
THE CHALLENGE It's ice carving time! But, wait— you'll need ice to carve first. Use an ice-type move to freeze one of the many geysers put at your disposal by Team Aqua, either in this thread or by creating another in this same board if you want to cooperate with others, move your Pokémon-made glacier to a place where you'll be comfortable working, and get carving.
