It seems that he would have to make one final stop in his native land of Hoenn, the man would gently touch the sole of his boots upon the solid ground that would place him right outside of the famed Granite Cave, his crimson eyes would raise from the ground focusing upon the caves mouth that served as its entrance deep down all he could see was the looming darkness that rested within the cave. The last time he, and Izumi had taken part in a mission that involved them venturing into a cave they were welcomed by a phantom trainer, and the odd smells of the cave just the thought of that potent stench made his nostrils flare on instinct. Standing there in silence he remained still as he patiently waited for the woman to arrive, both he and Azi had recently shared an interesting evening together where they pretty much went out on a little date together, so to say that he had not missed her would be a lie since then he had been looking for a reason to get together with her again. The man with the crimson eyes had begun to have a new outlook on life, his attitude had begun to change, and the cold exterior that once shelled his true self had begun to slowly melt away revealing the old him from the distant past the him that he had forgotten.
Focusing upon the entrance of the cave the mans mind would dive into a series of memories the many people he had met in his travels from when he left Hoenn, to when he was arrested, Kooga, Claire, everyone he had come across in his travels, and all the old faces he had reintroduced himself to everyone meant something. All tem held a purpose in his life, he just had to figure out his own purpose little by little however it seemed that he was starting to do just that, he was starting to realize that perhaps just maybe he was going about this the wrong way. ”I must seek you out again, Kooga” he whispered to himself as his mind flashbacked to the familiar face of the towering giant whom he once fought back to back with, Kooga Kingseye was a man he considered a comrade even now. Perhaps the two could come to a civil ending to this dispute, it was then that he would be torn from his thoughts at the sound of a twig snapping turning Bunji’s eyes blinked a few times before he gave a genuine smile.
”Azi! You’re here” he said welcoming her with a much more cheery tone than usual.
Description: Bryson has been hearing complaints about some pokemon throwing pointy gems at trainers who enter granite cave. Apparently these pokemon have collected quite the horde and want everyone to stay away. He put up a job request for anyone willing to deal with these pokemon, or take their horde of gems so they have no more ammo. Either solution may work

Wondering just how exactly she’d managed to get herself caught in this mess, she decided to roll along with the party anyway—since Bunji was the one who was calling the shots. Now they were headed to one of the little-explored caves in the Hoenn region; because there were a rumor going around that the cave was either haunted, or just possessed by some very malignant spirits that were causing a lot of havoc for the other inhabitants of the island. She then made sure that she was wearing the appropriate gear for this mission; and had recently swapped o toe of her core ’mons for someone much newer—and she also needed to test the viability of the new addition to the team.
Yes I am most certainly building around Momo and Riku… so it doesn’t hurt to help to have additional backup… she thought as she made her way to where the “assigned meeting place” was.
After traversing through the area, she saw the familiar figure, and she almost had to pinch herself—did he call her by her old nickname, just now? You have got to be kidding… unless I’m not dreaming… she thought, quickly pinching herself and almost crying out of surprise and shock. “Heya Bun, so what are we going to be doing, exactly? Catching? Getting rid of unwanted guests? Investigating? Exploring? Or is it all of the above…?” she dared ask, hoping that at least one of her answers had hit the mark.
His eyes would settle upon her features, taking them in as he had been doing since he saw her dressed up so well girly the other day but even now the girl was dressed in her usual attire yet Bunji could not deny her amber eyes always struck him as stunning despite what she was wearing, with that he would listen to her many question, it seemed she was either anxious or excited with this mission. Either or the male would chuckle first out of amusement for the girls reactions to the mission, ”Well we are going to go into this cave, investigate what has been torturing the trainers who dare explore it, and put a stop to it. Hopefully we don’t find ourselves battling another phantom trainer” he said to the girl giving her a nod before turning his attention to the cave. The man would take a Pokeball from his waist enlarging it in his palm, the man would toss the Pokeball upward into the air causing it to spin clockwise before it forced itself open releasing a dazzling blast of light that curved into a shapeless arc. The light would soon bend, and form into a bright silhouette that came into clear view once the light faded, a warm glow replaced it opening her eyes the Typhlosion would let out a mighty cry “TY!” the flames on her back intensifying as the light from her flames lit up the surrounding area. With the darkness being pushed away by the vibrant light of the Typhlosions fire, the male would step forward until he was standing right next to the fire Pokemon.
With both hands stuffed in his pockets he would turn over his shoulder towards Azi, ”Come on Azi, we have to venture further in, stay close I don’t want you getting lost” he said to her with a soft chuckle those crimson eyes of his giving her a warm stare before taking them from her. He could feel the warm heat coming from Typhlosion embrace him as he stood within such close proximity of her, motioning for the Pokemon to move the trainer with the crimson eyes began his venture into the cave, the Pokemon walking alongside him. ”They save this cave is full of gems, I wonder if such is true…maybe I can steal you away a gem to make into a necklace for you…would you like that?” he asked her as his eyes removed themselves from the surroundings, and focused upon the girl with amber eyes.

“You know I hate phantom trainers,” she said, referencing their previous mission with a grin, which quickly turned upside-down and transformed into a cringe, worthy of the stench of noxious fumes. “So we go in, make a mess, find the culprit, and haul them out of the cave… or did I miss a few details along the way…” she trailed off, watching as he quickly sent out his Typhlosion. She, on the other hand, quickly reached for the newest Pokeball inside her jacket pocket—and with another burst of red light, another human-shaped ‘mon appeared… but it wasn’t Momo, it was Yukiya; the Froslass she’d acquired some time ago. Well technically she was a Snorunt but… she thought with a grin on her face; remembering the hardships she’d faced with this ‘mon before she let it “grow up” when she let it hold a Dawn Stone.
“Froslass?” she heard her companion inquire, before floating forward and following the red-headed individual as they began their trek inside the dark cave; Izumi knew that normally it would be impossible to get through this area without some sort of light source—but her companion was, for lack of a better term, a genius when it came to using “natural light”. She then followed him in silence before retorting, “Hey, you think I’m going to get lost if you’re around? All I have to do is follow your red hair and I’m fine,” she said with a grin, watching as Yukiya floated along beside her (and on her opposite side). They continued to walk along in silence for a while—until he turned to face her with a question.
“W-what?” she began, feeling the hint of coloration cross her face—why would she suddenly turn this shade of red once again; what was it with this guy that made her blush so hard?! “Err… unless whatever’s inside doesn’t mind… then…” she trailed off, evidently unable to continue; because she was getting flustered all over again!
He took notice of the dazzling light that soon went from a shapeless beam to a Pokemon he had never seen before, the male blinked his crimson eyes a few times trying to figure out what he was starring at, to be quite honest he was unable to successfully identify the Pokemon until it spoke in its native tongue uttering its name as most Pokemon did. ”Frosslas” he echoed in an audible tone, he had to admit the Pokemon looked pretty cool turning his eyes from it he would shift his focus over to the mission at hand, ”We should move ahead” he said back to the girl as he started his forward march making his way deeper into the cave with Typhlosion as their light source. The man would take notice of the girls tone after he had posed his question earlier, he had to admit the tone of her question was somewhat amusing so much so that he could not help but have a smile tug at his cheeks as he glanced back over his shoulder at Azi he would stop his walk. ”Why are you so flustered? Would it be bad if I gave a cherished friend a gift for everything she’s done for me, I mean it is a thank you coming from me to you…I really do appreciate it Azi” he would say giving her a teasing, and what could arguably be a flirtatious wink of his eye before turning from her. With that aside the man would adjust his cloak, finding himself to have found this overall reaction from Azi to be quite interesting he would begin to walk when he suddenly caught the sound of what seemed to be some shuffling just nearby, both his crimson eyes as well as the well trained eyes of Typhlosion focused in the direction of the sounds source.
”Huh…seems this place isn’t haunted, it may just be some mischievous Pokemon…” he said as he walked over, his eyes focused on the ground just after a few steps he would allow himself to kneel down his eyes carefully inspecting the very ground over which his hand hovered. Bunji was focusing on some fresh tracks that left their obvious mark upon the surface of the ground, ”Hm…from what I see here, it’s an Aron that left these tracks, we should be much more careful now during my time in exile I once ventured into one of the caves in Dewford, and found myself face to face with a pair of Aggron parents that were not too happy to see me….” he paused allowing himself time to stand upright once more. Knowing well from experience how violent Aggron’s could be the male would proceed to walk down the narrow path that seemed to be littered with more tracks, it would be wise not to venture in, but then again they were on a mission to figure out what was causing such a ruckus. This may lead them to their culprit…

She watched him in amusement as he began looking around, before finally looking towards the ground; and then seeing that there were several tracks—and they continued deeper into the cave; wondering what was waiting for them. of course, she noticed that there were a lot of sparkling, beautiful rocks; and she wondered if the actual stones were worth something outside of the area—when a scuffling sound caught their attention. Not too long after he’d said what had caused the tracks, she then noticed something appear near where she stood, and then burst out into a chuckling fit—for what he said was a load of crap. “Well, you sad an Aron made these tracks, but that’s no Aron, at least to me… I want it,” she ended with a hiss, before her lips broke out into a grin; for she knew what an Aron looked like, because she had one.
“Well, Yukiya. Show me what you can do. Double Team first, and then begin the show with Signal Beam,” she directed; having full intention of acquiring this one, just in case she ended up going against someone who had Dark types on their team—she’d been taking Leon’s advice to heart and was studying about the known Types that existed in the world. She then watched as her Froslass floated in front of her, almost defensively, and then seemingly made a copy of itself. She knew that this tactic was to make herself more…elusive, and then she watched as the Froslass raised its hands high, befoe a sinister ball of energy gathered in it. She then watched as the beam went flying its way—and saw that the little one was apparently gathering itself in order to unleash whatever attacks it could land on her—what had it done?
It was apparent as to what the little one was planning—as it took the full blast of the attack—it immediately retaliated with approximately the same power, and it pushed the Froslass over backward. She then followed it up with the next set of commands, “Us your Powder Snow on it, and if it’s still standing, retaliate with Bite!” and watched as the madness unfolded—Yukiya took a deep breath and the wind suddenly dropped to a colder temperature, before a hail of snow attacked the incoming 'mon that was attempting to slap her silly—an it stopped for a moment, confused by the drizzle—and then it quickly resumed running before giving it something that resembled a slap across the face! The Froslass quickly opened its mouth, bearing a row of particularly nasty teeth and then sank its fangs into the incoming arm—just as it was about to slap her again.
It recoiled in pain, and then quickly unleashed the power that it had taken on—it looked like a Reversal attack, and her next command was to scream this, “Dodge that as much as you can!” and then continued to witness the madness as the Froslass barely escaped the onslaught from the small creature; and then as it smacked into the wall of the cave, there was an ominous trembling coming from above—yet the cave held fast and stood its ground, so to speak. The resulting impact of the small creature against the wall made it swirly-eyed; as it was not expecting to get hit against a surface much harder than itself. Realizing that this was it, she quickly took out another Pokeball and then tossed it at the creature; watching as it vanished in a flash of red light… before looking over to where Bunji was; and then grinning sheepishly. “Sorry,” she began. “I need more type coverage. To be fair,” she added, waiting as the ball shuddered and shook on the cave floor…
The sound of the Pokeball clicking shut was the universal signal that all trainers recognized as the sound of their capture being a success, the male with the crimson eyes would nod in approval as the girl walked over with her sheepish grin ”Nicely done” he said to her with a chuckle, approving of her skills in battle. He was also glad he got to see the Frosslass in battle that thing was only proving to be more of a bad ass than he originally thought it to be, with the battle having reached a conclusion that was in their favor the male raised a fist wit newfound morale fueling him. ”Alright! One down, let’s keep moving see if we find anything further down!” he exclaimed as he began his march down the path again, this time Typhlosion walked in front becoming the guiding light for the team. The group would venture further into the cave until coming to a vast opening, however when they reached it Typhlosion quickly reacted to a presence nearby lowering her head, and growling deeply. Bunji stepped out from behind the Pokemon his eyes focused upon the distant darkness wondering what was there, he narrowed his eyes prepared to come face to face with the Aggron that he suspect was in here.
However he was surprised to see not an Aggron but instead two Salbeye emerge from the shadows, the two Pokemon hissed at Bunji ready to battle it seemed, ”Typhlosion! Deal with the, Flamethrower!” he called out with the fire Pokemon understanding her command she would stand on her hind legs then lean forward releasing a direct stream of fire at the two. The two ghost Pokemon would jump up avoiding the attack, but instead of coming down to attack they clung to the ceiling then crawled into a single space disappearing from sight. ”It seems I was right, the cave is full of mischievous Pokemon…the report did say trainers were being hit by gems, Salbeye eat gems….so it seems these things were trying to scare us off, we are getting closer to something” he said to the girl looking over at her from his shoulder. ”Maybe we should prepare for a swarm of Salbeye on equal level to the Ghost Pokemon we faced in Lavender” he said to her with a smirk as he took his eyes from her, and began to walk forward Typhlosion at his side.

Once the Pokeball she’d tossed stopped shaking, she then walked over to it, watching it for the briefest of moments before it disappeared; and then she looked around just in time to see something that apparently had jewels for eyes, and actual feet attack her companion! “Oh, seriously, you have to be kidding me,” she growled, while Yukiya was levitating beside her. “Well, Kiya, better get your evasive maneuvers ready with Double Team, because I just have this bad feeling about what’s going to happen…” she trailed off, and watched as her ‘mon responded with a “Froslass,” before making another copy of itself to boost its evasion rate. After some time, they came across a large open space… and then she thought she saw something flickering in the darkness. “What the hell is that,” she began, quickly pointing towards where the glimmering light was coming from.
“Froslass,” she heard her companion mutter, before quickly floating in front of her; as if in a protective stance. “Fros, froslass.” She heard it growl once more, as if it could sense the unseen danger that was lurking in the blackness up ahead. “You know, I hope that this time, these guys are much easier to take down… I’m not taking any chances, to be on the safe side,” she muttered, and quickly sent out another ‘mon. watching as the flash of red light coalesced, it then turned into Momo; who looked over at Izumi out of confusion; and then regarded her new companion with some benevolence, before seeing that Bunji was around. “Voir, gardevoir!” she heard Momo chant, and watched as the Embrace ‘mon rushed over and hugged the “father” from behind, before poking him. “Voir?” she heard it ask him, and she just had to chuckle at the sight.
“Well then. Let’s get this over wi—“ she trailed off, before she heard the sound of clattering—and then it became a pelting, if somewhat crunching, noise. “Ah dang it, seriously?! We’re under attack!” she shouted, before skidding over to one side as several gemstones came hurtling down from the ceiling. “Feisty little knockers, aren’t they?!” she shouted again, as Yukiya and Momo quickly moved into position, and then she issued the first set of orders. “Momo, use Calm Mind now, and then light up the entire area with Thunderbolt! After that, Yukiya, follow it up with your Signal Beam attack, go!”
The two human-shape ‘mons nodded, before one of them centered their focus; as the other one raised its arms and then a sinister-looking ball of light appeared, before shooting into the darkness at the exact same time that the huge bolt of electricity dropped down, briefly lighting up the area—and then there were seemingly hundreds of the glittering eyes—which then began lobbing stones at the intruders!
The feeling of arms wrapping around him from behind caught him off guard, even Typhlosion looked back with an expression of wonder in her eyes as she noticed the pale arms wrapped around her trainers torso, looking over his shoulder at the familiar face that was Momo the crimson eyed male would only smile. However the warm reunion between adoptive father, and daughter would be abruptly interrupted when Typhlosion jumped in front of Bunji, standing on her hind legs the Pokemon would let out a powerful stream of fire from her open mandibles. The powerful flame would collide with the gems that were aimed at Bunji causing them to literally shatter from the intense heat breaking them apart, Bunji would watch feeling Momo release him from her loving embrace as she too prepared for battle, he would have summoned another Pokemon but he felt Typlhosion would handle this. ”Typhlosion, focus on the incoming enemies, and take them each out!” he ordered with that the Pokeon braced herself, from the darkness three Salbeye emerged each with their mouths split open ready to chomp down on the fire type. A smirk would spread across Bunji’s facial features as he watched Typhlosion react on her own to the incoming attack, the fire that blazed from her back would erupt violently as it wrapped her in a tight outline of her body creating a blazing silhouette.
This fiery monster charged at the trio of Salbeye hitting the group all at once releasing the fiery embrace that surrounded her resulting in a mighty blaze that engulfed the three Salbeye two took the bulk of the attack resulting in their bodies being badly burned, but one survives however before it would even have a chance to stand it was pinned by a potent stream of fire that engulfed its body causing the Pokemon to cry out in pain. Once it was done the Typhlosion would stop feeding energy into the flame, standing upright she huffed at the three defeated opponents but not for long, a sphere of dark energy slammed into her knocking the Pokemon almost off her feet. Luckily she was able to regain her footing just in time for her trainer to take over, ”Dodge the incoming attack, and counter with Flamethrower!” he called out from the sidelines, obeying the command the Pokemon would jump off her feet avoiding the two Shadow Balls, shooting a stream of fire from her mouth she found herself striking her target dead on. Figuring she was going to need help the male prepared his Pokeball, which held another Pokemon within it then it happened from above the Salbeye launched another swarm of gems, but this time Bunji was ready! ”Poliwrath! Hydro Pump on the incoming shower of gems” he called out opening the sphere, in a dazzle of light Poliwrath emerged, “WRATH!” he cried out before firing the high pressure blast of water.
The burst of water collided with the gems knocking them away, this prompted the Salbeye to rain down from the ceiling of the cave landing in front of the Poliwrath, and Typhlosion the Pokemon charged at the two each prepared themselves for the incoming duo of Salbeye. Bunji smirked as he stepped forward, ”Poliwrath take the lead, Typhlosion you hang back. It’s all you Poliwrath!” he said with that the blue Pokemon charged forward happily welcoming the incoming attackers head on. Watching as the two jumped at him he would split into four Poliwraths that moved at high speeds, each Salbeye hit a fake using this chance the Pokemon would launch his counter attack a steaming hot blat of water was fired from his mouth crashing into one of them forcing it off its feet, and into the ground. Having sued Scald, Poliwrath would burn the Salbeye hopefully hurting it with the burning hot of water however it was far from over seeing where his opponent was now the other Salbeye would vanish into a dark shadow, with an expression of confusion only to be caught off guard when the Salbeye emerged from a blind spot. Slashing at the Poliwraths side with a dark energy charged claw causing the Pokemon to flinch, then allowing for the Salbeye to follow up with what seemed like another Shadow Ball, but it was interrupted by a blast of fire from Typhlosion.
Watching as the battle progressed his Pokemon seemed fine, turning over his shoulder towards Azi the male would raise a hand to get her attention, ”How you girls holding up?” he asked rather casually not alarmed by this situation.

The “gems” were coming down hard and fast, and seemingly from all directions as well—another burst of red light from his direction revealed that he’d decided to call out his Poliwrath; and then chaos inevitably attacked them. At first the gemstone hail wasn’t that much; but after a while it became pretty obvious that they were surrounded—what with the Typhlosion breathing fire off in all directions, followed by a torrential blast of water coming from the humanoid water frog. She then watched as Yukiya raised its hands again and fired off another beam made up of sinister-looking energy; ad at that same moment, Momo had dropped a bolt of electricity from what appeared to be the cave’s ceiling—and the size of the cave was revealed momentarily due to the resulting flash of light.
There were hundreds of glittering eyes glowering at them; before it abruptly faded; and even more gemstones were being pelted their way! “Seriously? They weren’t kidding when they said there was something in this cave!” she shouted, reissuing the commands for her two human-shaped ‘mons to continue firing off Signal beam and Thunderbolt, respectively. Much as she wanted to take a chance and fire off a wide-scale Psychic attack, she had a suspicion that it wouldn’t work, because all Psychic attacks were nullified whenever they were directed at a ‘mon that was of the Dark typing. After a while, she noticed that the two ‘mons were staggering; and the hailstorm still wasn’t stopping. “Ah crap this, what are they, calling in for reinforcements?!” she hissed a few moments later; quickly recalling the two ‘mopns back into their respective Pokeballs, and then looking around at the sizeable amount of stones that now littered the floor.
In another flash of red light, she sent out two more ‘mons—these two had been practicing in the art of “combination attacks”; and after the flash of red light faded—it showed up as Riku, her Zweilous; and Sora—who had finally evolved and was now a fierce, proud Bravary. “Heh. Sora, wait for my command, okay?” she said, whistling the “attention” tune that Riku quickly heard; and then snapped to a front-and-center pose. After letting the now-familiar elegy rip through the air, the two heads inhaled and took a deep breath; and she then looked over to Sora, who was standing guard—“Get your Air Slash attack ready and fire it off after Riku lets his attack go, okay?” she said in his direction, to which Sora squawked out, “Braviary!” along with a flap of his wings.
“Zwei!” came the cry from Riku as the blast of draconic energy was released from the individual gaping mouths; and at that same moment, Sora began flapping his wings and then summoned up a cross-shaped scythe of air, which he shot out right after the Dragonbreath attack. The draconic energy took on the seeming “sharpness” of the Air Slash attack, and the joined attack raced through the darkness; before hitting a section above them; causing several of the rock-and-gem hurlers to fall down from their positions and land in a pile on the ground. “So we have no choice… take them out is the only way we have to go,” she said, quickly whistling the same tune that Riku picked up on; and then Sora began flapping his wings once again in preparation for another combined attack…
Exhaustion was already creeping in on his Pokemon, taking hold of them preventing them from working at their fullest potential he would be able to pick up on the creeping exhaustion that was taking them over, Typhlosion was letting heavy pants escape her, while Poliwrath allowed his hulking arms to hang at either side in a lazy manner. It was obvious that this was leading nowhere, the horde of Salbeye seemed near infinite so to try to thin their numbers in this way would prove to be a wasted effort on their part, taking notice of Azi’s change of Pokemon, he would find himself only reinforcing his decision. Raising both hands he held a Pokeball in each this resulted in a red beam shooting out to take hold of Poliwrath, and Typhlosion with that the two were recalled back to their respective Pokeballs, ”Azi! Call back your Pokemon, we’re getting out of here!” he called back as he tossed two Pokeballs into the air, the spheres opened releasing a dazzling flash of light. With the fading of the bright lights came two Pokemon, one a titanic serpent that glowed with reflective light from the nearby cave, the sheer presence of the Steelix seemed to hold the Salbeye back as they hesitated to charge. The other was Xatu, following after Bunji the Pokemon approached close to both Azi, and Bunji, with that the male would focus his crimson eyes on the girl ”Call back your Pokemon, we won’t win this uphill battle, we need to get out now” he said to her as he placed a hand on her shoulder.
Once the girl had made her choice whether she recalled her Pokemon or not he planned to get them out of here, ”Steelix! Level this entire cave, make sure none of them make it out of here!” his voice boomed with the words that would ring into his Pokemon’s ears, with a nod the gigantic serpent prepared to execute the order it was given. ”Xatu teleport us to the outside now” he said, with that the bird Pokemon would focus the psychic energy that it would harness from deep within creating a cloaking veil of energy around himself, then releasing it in a single flash that touched the two trainers around him. When the purple flash faded the group would find themselves on the outside, with heavy breaths Xatu would seem to slouch over having exerted himself with that stunt, returning him to his Pokeball his trainer would give him a much deserved rest.
Deep within the cave Steelix remained energy gathering within its mouth as it released it all in a single beam that shot upward towards the natural ceiling of the cave the beam would strike the rock hard ceiling creating a violent reaction, this resulted in the sharp rocks to come down all around. Not only that but with their hiding places becoming so unstable the Salbeye though unaffected by the beam, found themselves plummeting to the ground, needless to say the chaos that was being wreaked inside of the cave was enough to send the Pokemon all fleeing. Yet in the end, from the very depths of the cave the Steelix emerged his head popping out from the very same entrance that both Bunji, and Izumi once used to enter. The steel Pokemon would shake some rubble off of its head before looking down at Bunji, and Izumi with a smile over his lips the crimson eyed trainer was pleased with the outcome, returning Steelix to his Pokeball he turned over his shoulder at Izumi.
”Guess we’re done?” he said just then hearing the cave entrance thunder violently as the weak ceiling of the cave came down caving in the entrance.

Right at the moment Riku let out the next blast of draconic energy, Sora then followed it up with a furious fluttering of wings, and soon after the Dragonbreath attack shot out, the Air Slash roared along behind it and then the two attacks combined once again, shooting towards another area of the cave—when she suddenly head his voice from out of nowhere; that they were losing this uphill battle; what the hell was going on?! It appeared to be an endless horde, more and more Sableye were appearing after the front rows had fallen—did it really have to end this way?! Quickly grabbing the two Pokeballs that housed her Zweilous and Braviary, she recalled the two in a bright flash of red light and let out another screech as the mighty Steelix made its reappearance—and then she understood what was about to happen.
“Bun, what the hell are you…” she barely had time to complete the sentence as she felt this weird sensation of being whisked away; and then a heartbeat later she was standing outside the cave, wondering what the hell had just happened. She looked around in time to see a portion of the entire structure cave in (no pun intended) and then watched in silence as the entire structure gave way just a few moments later—she was about to screech at him with regards to the Steelix’s whereabouts, when it made its appearance, like a flower poking out of the earth—albeit a collapsed cave instead—and then just shook her head as he called it back into the Pokeball. “Some things have to really end in violence, eh?” she said, resisting the urge to bap him across the head. “Well, at least we’re done…” she trailed off, kicking some sand away in the process. “C’mon, let’s get out of here…” she trailed off.
