POKEMON THE VIP LIST
JAVERT male bisharp Javert is Altair’s first pokemon, given to him as a gift for joining his former gang, The Wild Buccaneers. He finally evolved after defeating scores of Corsola that were swarming an area. Javert is the definition of stoicism. Very little is able to phase this pokemon, especially after evolving into Bisharp. His attitude is as tough and as unyielding as his steel-typing, and he is the strict taskmaster and authority figure to counterbalance Quixote’s dreaminess and Altair’s niceness, especially in his team and ranch, where discipline is often needed. Unlike his namesake though, he isn’t focused on justice in the least. Instead he’s focused on his trainer’s wellbeing about all else, as he considers Altair his blood brother after everything they’ve been through together. He’s also very fight crazy, though you’d never know it considering his usual stoicism. One curious thing about him is that he loves to dance just as much as Altair does, if not more. He’s not nearly as fond of the singing though, since he prefers action over words. Egg Group: Human-like Ability; Defiant Assurance Iron Defense Metal Burst Night Slash Torment	EVITA female mienfoo Evita was received as a gift from Shelby and his younger siblings as a congratulations gift for a successful opening night for the play Spring Awakening. On the outside, Evita seems sweet and amicable at first, though rather formal and serious. In truth, the sweet exterior hides a devilish cunning more suited to a Dark type than to a Fighting type. She is a master actress, manipulator and politician, being able to sway almost anyone into obeying her whim with a few words and actions. If Javert is Altair’s hand, then she is his face, the one that helps project a good reputation and attitude towards other people by using adorable actions and a silver tongue. Unsurprisingly, she loves fighting almost as much as Javert does, though she does prefer to use more diplomatic tactics first. As she’s often the one seen with Altair when he is in his stage persona of Walter Heydrich, she is a great singer and quite a good dancer too, though not as good as Javert in some respects, especially in breakdancing. QUIXOTE male karrablast Altair first met Quixote as a kid at his grandfather’s ranch in Driftveil City, but he didn’t become his pokemon until years later when he returned as an adult, when the Karrablast asked to be part of his team. Out of his first three, Quixote was the first he met and the last he obtained. Quixote is the cheerful dreamer. He is filled with many goals and aspirations, though his main one is becoming a knight like in those old books that Altair used to read to him. He is brave and chivalrous, though with a playful edge as he loves going out on imagined adventures with Altair’s other pokemon and fighting imaginary monsters and dragons while saving damsels in distress, like a kid. People tend to underestimate this slightly-flighty dreamer, but they would be very mistaken as his fighting style is the only thing unknightly about him, with its vicious style that is completely unlike his normal friendly demeanor. Quixote is an amazing singer and actor, and a decent dancer. Out of Altair’s first three pokemon, he’s definitely the born performer. CYRANO male murkrow Found in the forests of Orre, Cyrano is the first pokemon that Altair legitimately caught after battling, and the second to be caught in any fashion at all. Cyrano is without a doubt a family man. He’ll do anything to protect those he considers his family, whether or not they are of blood or of fire-forged bonds, as long as they have earned his loyalty. Break it though, and he’ll break you and leave you for the fishes. However, he is terribly arrogant and territorial, akin to a mafia boss. He also has this unusual habit of pairing people and pokemon he think are compatible up as romantic partners, which is why he loves being a breeder’s pokemon so much. It gives him the power to make any kind of matches he wants to see and make it work, and even get a little something himself on the side. He’s a very good actor and a decent singer, but don’t ask him to dance. He’s terrible at it. Mediocre at best. Egg Group: Flying Ability; Insomnia Astonish Haze Pursuit Wing Attack	EPONINE female lampent Eponine is a Litwick that was caught by Altair in a swarm back in Unova. However, they had actually first met years ago back when he was part of the Wild Buccaneers, where he had saved her from a couple of his friends but then left her to fend for herself afterwards despite her pleas. Altair got her to forgive him a few days after he caught her though, and now she’s become very attached to him.
