While Bubbles and Algernon were searching the submerged part of the temple, and with Gaius and Scorpio flying up to the otherwise inaccessible upper part of the temple, all that was left was the ground floor. And that was what Thomas, Taze, and Ripper were all searching. The trio made their way through the temple corridors, looking out for treasure while heading towards their meeting place.
Taze crawled along the walls, shadowing his master and the dark-armored Scizor as the two cautiously made their way, looking out for any potential traps or even other treasure hunters, especially of the 'less than friendly' variety. Because the last thing Thomas wanted was to be mugged by some asshole who caught him by surprise. Thankfully, Taze was there, and ready to camouflage into the wall just in case someone tried to attack his master.
The group would find a gap in an otherwise dead end, and from the other side, they could make out a large boulder. So with caution, the group entered the room.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found Relic Statue! A stone figure made in a civilization about 3,000 years ago. A maniac will buy it for a high price.

What Thomas would see in the room thankfully wasn't a corpse, or a bunch of bones lying around. But instead, he did find the shattered remains of a Relic. He couldn't tell what the thing was exactly, but there were enough bits and pieces around to tell Thomas that it was one of the larger Relics. Not that it was anything Thomas was missing out on, as he wasn't here to dig for Relics.
The trainer noticed a rope dangling from the ceiling, along with a pit underneath it. The trainer cautiously walked up to the edge of the pit, and gazed down into it. The trainer could see that it was filled with water at this point, but nothing else concrete at this point. So the trainer recalled Ripper to his Pokeball, and looked to Taze.
"Taze, could you get to the other side for me? And while you're up there, could you check how strong the hold on that rope is?", he asked the spider, pointing to the rope made for clearing the pit.
With an eager nod, the electric spider crawled up the wall to where the rope was mounted from. Thankfully, whoever secured it did a good job. So with a cry assuring Thomas that it was all clear, Thomas backed up before making a running start to the rope, swinging to the other side of the pit.
"Thanks Taze.", Thomas said to the spider with a smile, before letting Ripper back out.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found Relic Vase! A vase made in a civilization about 3,000 years ago. A maniac will buy it for a high price.

The group would pass through a hallway before making it into the next room. The group couldn't find anything of value inside of the small room. However, the sight of a shattered vase on the ground, along with a key in the pile of the broken pieces of the Relic caught the trainer's attention. Thomas walked over to the thing, making sure the area wasn't booby trapped or anything. Upon realizing it was safe, the trainer grabbed the key, and made his way out the nearest doorway.
From there, the group would continue down yet another hallway. The hallway itself was littered with various carvings, most of them preserved thanks to this part of the temple being untouched by the elements. It would depict various interactions with the people and the area's Pokemon, whether they were the more peaceful interactions, dealings with rampaging Pokemon, or even battles with rival settlements for multiple reasons.
In any case, the trio approached an open doorway with caution, Taze taking point from the ceiling to scout out for any threats.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found Helix Fossil! A Professor of Paleontology or another Professor can revive this into an Omanyte

Rather than a death trap, a relic, or even a Keystone, Thomas would find something that would raise his eyebrow. He recognized the fossil from one of his tours in the Pewter Museum many years ago, something someone took him on in an attempt to take his mind off of the ordeal he had been through. It was a Helix Fossil, the remains of an Omanyte. The fossilized remains could be brought back to life thanks to the advent of modern technology, this much he knew for sure.
The question was, should he take the thing, or not?
After a moment of debating it to himself, the trainer simply left the fossil behind, knowing it wasn't in too much demand on the market, nor did he have plans to have an Omastar on one of his teams. And so the trainer left the fossil be, and continued down the passageway he had stumbled across.

The passageway would lead the trio to a dead end. Thomas looked around to make sure there wasn't a trap or anything for him to trip as he stepped closer, as he could spot an object on the floor. It was something he was very familiar with by now. A moon stone, an object used to evolve certain Pokemon, some of these were in his possession. This included Mittens, Elvis, and that Cleffa he was given, once she evolved into a Clefairy.
While it was no Mega Stone, it was at least something that the young trainer could actually use.
The trainer cautiously picked up the Moonstone and placed the thing in his bag, before turning to the two insects.
"Well, at least I could use this thing.", commented Thomas, smiling to the duo as he signaled them to follow him down the path they set out on earlier.
It was time to reunite with the others, and see what they found.
