elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.
RULES
Understand We're All Human. Respect the staffers as well as your fellow members and guests. We all have flaws, tempers and quirks. Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.
EPOCH is PG-13. Proboards’ Terms of Service:
Sex; When you get under the clothes, fade to black.
Violence; Do not go into extreme nauseating detail.
Cursing; This is so fucking allowed, but don't go overboard.
Suggestive Content; In avatars, signatures and templates can attract the wrong kind of attention. So be careful.

"YES OUR TEETH AND AMBITIONS ARE BARED! BE PREPARED!"
Yumi sat in one of the Lumiose Cafes, enjoying her break while Thomas was setting up his business up in the new region that had recently become open to tourists, businessman, or just people looking to settle down and make a happy little life on their own or with a family. With a coffee in one hand and a newspaper in the other, she was justing enjoying her time with Ko-ken sat against the leg of her chair.
"Lets see here...Tourney continues after 3 months...new suspected magma activity? Wonder if that weird orange mask guy ended up coming back." She gave a small shrug, sipping her coffee and suddenly spitting it out all over the paper, scrambling to dry it off and make sure she's read that last line correctly. Once she was certain, there was no hesitation, she grabbed Ko-ken by the wrist and rushed off to the badlands, her newspaper flying into the wind, but a certain soggy coffee stained page sticking to the table.
"Gem collectors scream about new Gems in Kalos badlands!"

Ko-ken was dragged along, confused and with his trainer tugging on his hand all the way to the barren badlands, trying his best to ask what was going on, but only with Yumi shouting at him that they didn't have a moment to lose. Screeching to a halt at the foot of one of the caves, she truned to him, taking his hands in hers and jumping with a giddy expression.
"New gems Ko-ken! New gems were discovered in here! Forget all the megas we've battled and seen on the news! These ones are brand spaning new and we can get them before anyone else!"
Ko-ken took a moment to process it all, but ultimately, he just sighed, throwing his face into his falm with a long annoyed groan. The hunt for these things had been tiring in the past, and perhaps it was somewhat more annoying simply because he had yet to find a way to match any of the megas they had added to the roster. He snapped his hands back with a glance to the floor, growling softly, though Yumi herself had never understood his hate for these gems.
"You...you still gonna help?" He gave a slow solemn nod.

With another pokemon out, her little battle favorite blaziken, she began using her ignited talons to light the path into the caves. Sure it meant that with every step she took the lights would brighten and dim in a constant pattern, but it was easy enough to adjust to given the time.
"Okay guys you know what we're on the lookout for. Those little gems are bound to be here somewhere, old or new, we're keeping an eye out for them, okay?"
Tequill gave a nod, but her eyes glanced at her teacher. While she could never beat him as a blaziken, she knew full well his despision of the mega form she could so easily decimate him with. His head remained low, seeming to search for the gems, but clearly displeased with the situation as a whole. Not something she could relate with, but something she fully understood, unlike Yumi.
