APPEARANCE
Description: Kuto is a Teen girl of about 5’00, she has short blue hair and tends to wear clothes that cover a majority of her body. She has a slim figure, though again her clothes tend to hide this quite well, some may even say she seems to have no feminine features at all besides her face. He blue eyes tend to shine out from the rim of her blue paper-boy’s hat.
Her common outfit consists of her usual blue hat, a light blue blazer covering her white shirt, with brown shoes and Tartan pants. Other typical outfits include a basic shirt and black pants combo. A black jacket replacing her blazer, and finally a light blue shirt, with a yellow tie, and blue jeans.
While not many get to see it, Kuto is actually a very well developed young lady. She binds her chest, believing she’ll gain more respect when people aren’t staring at her bossom. She sometimes leaves her bindings at home if she’s not on the job, but this is rather rare.
Her overall frame is also rather strong. Her perfectionist attitude lead her to exercise whenever she can find the time, giving her body a defined toning.
PERSONALITY
Personality: Kuto is a perfectionist through and through. While she can be friendly she sees anything or anyone that can affect her work as a threat. She does not drink, go to parties, waste time shopping, waste time on celebrities, or waste time on uninteresting people. She has a rule when talking to people, if they do not show potential in the first few minutes, leave.
Finding them important to her work, her pokemon are her closest friends. At first it may seem like a trainer-pokemon relationship, but she truly cares for every member of her team, grooming, feeding, and caring for them whenever she’s not working one of her jobs or hobbies, which, believe it or not, leaves the pokemon with plenty of time to feel loved.
Kuto is naturally inquisitive, wanting the answers to any question that lays before her, which in a way brought her to her current job. It brings her an odd sense of joy, as well as a decent income to solve the problems brought to her.
If you make it into Kuto’s selective circle of friends, you can see she is a genuinely nice person, and can even be rather sociable. She’s very good at keeping a conversation interesting and fun, and while she may not be a party person she certainly knows how to enjoy herself, at least when she has company.
While she is a perfectionist, she is not in any way perfect, and an overconfidence in her skills can be her downfall.
Ambitions: As stupid as it sounds, Kuto wants to become an ace detective, the first you come to when you have a problem that needs solving. This has lead her to tracking the criminal organisations of the regions, hoping taking one down will get her name known.
Naturally, she also wants to perfect anything she tries, and while her detective work comes first, she wishes to become a great trainer, as well as a breeding expert.

HISTORY
History: Kuto comes from a pretty demanding household. Her parents are social climbers and demanded she live up to the standards the social hierarchy demanded of her. Wearing dresses, talking “properly”, table manners, never speaking unless spoken too, so on and so forth. Her perfectionist attitude stemmed from this somewhat, though it expanded beyond her parents desires, as she began to correct their guests, and even her parents at their gatherings. Not wanting her around to ruin their image, they sent her away to a boarding school so they could string lies of her success.
Little did they know she had great success, graduating a few years early, she used the funds her parents kept sending to find an apartment of her own, not letting them know about her new little life away from them until he time at school would have ended. Personally she didn’t like being associated with such leeches. She lives pretty well on her own and even started up her own private detective business. It didn’t go well at first, due to people laughing at her age, so she began doing most of her work behind the scenes, never approaching a client herself and instead sending them evidence she collected through emails, as well as instructions on how to use it in court.
She set up her own breeding business on the side, again using her parents funding to buy a ranch. It wasn’t too hard to save up enough to purchase the small area permanently, though she soon plans to save up enough on her own to expand her plot of land for the ranch.
Currently she’s working on gathering info about the major crime leagues, such as the rockets and team plasma. On one side, she wants to make her name as a detective, but on the other, she wants to show her parents up, and show them that the kid they brushed under the rug actually EARNED her name, unlike them.
