FAMILY Lucas is the result of a union between two very prominent, very large, families: the Courtwaters, and the Saughtterlys. The Courtwaters are a noble clan steeped in old money and real estate - a highly respected mainstay in the Kanto society columns. The Saughtterlys are of more recent wealth. Lucas' great-grandfather founded Saws-Mart and its byproduct, the Sawsbuck cafe chain. LOVERS Lucas mostly missed out on the dating scene, thanks to the whole gang thing. So, besides a few formal school functions and dinner here or there, he's pretty much been a (admittedly sought-after) bachelor. He is definitely not considering romance right now, what with being stranded in a foreign region with a veritable gang war waiting for him back home. ENEMIES Beware the Nice Ones, because Good is Not Soft, to put it in troper terms. Quickest way to get on his bad side? Hurt his friends, threaten his family - Lucas is good at forgiving and forgetting when the offense is against himself, but he doesn't forget it when you go after the people he's close to. His main problem right now is Dorothy Burton and the organization she's controlling. Other than that, the only people he's run afoul of are "rival" gangs that occasionally try to start mischief.

MIDNIGHT CITY

Something is at work in Saffron City, offering too-good-too-be-true jobs to the downtown's lower class, and somehow convincing them to drop their whole lives and leave town. Fortunately, Lucas' impromptu gang of vigilantes, dubbed The Campaign by local PD, is on the case. Unfortunately, whoever's working in the shadows knows who they are, where they live, and how to hit them hardest. With a highly intelligent and scarily resourceful enemy pulling strings behind other local gangs to discourage The Campaign from reaching the truth, it seems like they're fighting a losing battle. Maybe it's a good thing, then, that an Interpol task force has revealed itself to deal with the threat. Only, they've arrived a bit too late, and The Campaign, and Lucas, are on a collision course with a devastating turning point.

Things that aren't really set in stone anymore that we can use to explain how the finale goes.

+ The Gardevoir's exact intentions/purpose in the alley scene. Like it doesn't HAVE to have been all about the body swap at that exact moment. 
 
+ Dorothy's exact plan for how she wanted the finale to go. Getting Jared, Jerry, and Lucas there with the general intent to eliminate the first two is pretty solid but how she wants to do that and her endgame can be looked at.

LOTS OF QUESTIONS

1. For the finale, what's Jared's primary objective? Something immortality focused or psychic ability focused? If it's the former the mind rape may or may not be the top priority. He could have another procedure in mind.

2. How long is Lucas there before Jerry gets there? A couple of hours, a day, a couple of days?

3. And then at what point does Jerry get there? While Dorothy's still thinks she in control or after Jared's already taken over?

4. WHAT DOES JARED DO EXACTLY? HOW SUCCESSFUL IS HE? < See the fun thing with this is we can actually shoot for the impossible. Like something that would not work, that wouldn't be allowed to happen. Because plot-wise, it's not going to work. "Ohhey let's try to infuse Lucas with Pokemon DNA." I'm joking, but still, just because it's not gonna work doesn't mean Jared's not going to try it. So the sky's actually the limit to what Jared can be attempting. And then it fails and Lucas is left with damage of varying permanence.

5. Does Lucas almost die? Does he get possessed or whatever? How far along does the mystery procedure get? I dunno but there needs to be a major Power of Friendship Overcomes All moment.
