| PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS |
[li]Short pink hair:[/li] Pepper's hair is cut into a bob. It's often a little bit messy, but what can you do? Well, brush it, of course, but Pepper's not too obsessed with her appearance to be brushing it all the time. Sometimes she forgets all about it.
[li]Red glasses:[/li] Pepper sports a pair of red glasses and she isn't often seen without them. That would be because... she can't see without them. Her eyesight is awful.
[li]Small, delicate stature:[/li] Pep is short, standing at about 5'2. She's skinny as a rake (though, with the frumpy clothes she usually wears, it's hard to tell) and overall looks rather dainty and cute.
[li]Yellow eyes:[/li] She shares this trait with her mother. They're big and wide and innocent, not what one would expect of a future Dragon Tamer.

- Overeager:
[li]Assertive:[/li] The girl knows what she wants and will make every effort to get it, even if it means being a bit aggressive. She will not hesitate to stomp all over you if you're in the way of her goal, but at the very least, it's nothing personal. It doesn't quite match with her nonthreatening appearance, and she's been known to use that to get her way more than once. She's also rather blunt and will often say what's on her mind without really thinking about it.
[li]Clumsy:[/li] Quite frankly, Pepper can be quite a handful. She's clumsy in body and mind, having horrible balance and blurting out whatever's on her mind regardless of regular social conventions. Her physical capabilities are rather abysmal, but of course she's always willing to work on it and get better. Her social graces? Not likely to be improved any time soon.
[li]Romantic:[/li] Pepper loves storybook endings and fairy tales. She's got a yearning for adventure, and she'd love it if a prince(ess) on a white Ponyta galloped up to her and rode off into the sunset with her, though she's unlikely to admit it. Her crushes tend to be short-lived, though. She tends to forget that other people's dreams don't align with hers.

Ambitions: Pepper has two sets of goals for herself, one long-term and one she hopes to get done as soon as possible. 1) She wants to become an incredible Dragon Tamer with a full team of fully-evolved dragon types that can kick butt and 2) she wants to find out what happened to her mother.

However, her mother was away most days. All she knew was that she had a very important job to do when she wasn't helping her family to raise the Dragon-types. Pepper grew up with the knowledge that her mother was very important and cool, even though she had no idea why. Thankfully her aunt and uncle took care of her when her mother was gone for extended periods of time, but even they did not know exactly what it was she was doing. When she was home, Corinne Bellerose made sure to let her daughter know that she cared about her and would never abandon her like her father did.
About a year ago, Pepper saw her mother off the ranch, watching her leave, eager for her to come back so she could tell her all about how much she'd learned while she was gone. She waited a month, then two months. Four months had passed by the time she and her family had realized something was wrong. Corinne had never been gone this long with no correspondence before. They tried to reach her on her cell phone, but there was no answer. All they could do was hope, and wait. After half a year had passed since she'd last seen her mother, Pepper grew tired of waiting. She demanded answers from her aunt and uncle, and they complied.
They told Pepper that her mother worked for Interpol. They knew very little of the exact nature of her missions, and the best they could do was tell Pepper the region her mother had been headed to when she had left so long ago. It was the Nue region, a place they knew little about, and yet Pepper became determined to bring her mother back. She suited up, taking two of her closest Pokemon friends with her, and headed out. She was going to save her mother, and damn the consequences!
[From a Dragon Age RP I'm a part of]
She'd received a letter from her parents that day. The contents had not been out of the ordinary at all-- mostly they had written about how quiet the alienage had been since her brother and his wife had left to go do... whatever it was they were planning on doing. Something about 'an adventure'? It was a mystery to everyone but the two who had left. Vera herself didn't know what to expect, since it had been about a year since they'd left. It didn't matter too much, really, and she'd been trying not to worry about it since she had so many other things to worry about... like how the letter she'd received had been tampered with. She'd been going around camp, asking everyone if they'd done it, and no one would fess up. Then someone had casually pointed out that Priscilla was out hunting. Of course. Should have been my first guess.
So she'd picked her way carefully through the forest, trying not to alert any of the animals to her presence. Hunting was still important, even if the person doing the hunting constantly got on her nerves in every imaginable way. People needed to eat. It wasn't long before she found the other elf, busy preparing a hart that she'd recently felled. Iovera eyed it before she spoke up, taking a moment to admire the size. She's still a good hunter. Whatever else she does. If only they could fix her... attitude problems. "Hey, Priscilla," she said as nonchalantly as she could, inching up to stand behind her. "Would you happen to know anything about a certain letter I received from my family the other day?"
It would take a blind, deaf idiot to not realize that Priscilla harbored certain resentments. Actually, I think even a blind, deaf idiot could tell that. She wasn't looking forward to this confrontation if it was in fact Priscilla who'd been snooping, but she wasn't about to back down, either. I deserve at least a little respect around here, she grumbled to herself.
