FRIENDS: pepper's a willful young girl, and she's been in the region for several months now. unfortunately, she hasn't really set aside a lot of time for making friends and such. it hasn't really occurred to her that the best way to search for someone is to create contacts and get information from other people. if you'd like to be pepper's friend, it's not that hard, though! even if she starts out disliking you, she doesn't hold grudges, unless you're like... pure evil or something. she'll probably get along best with others of her age, just because she's a little childish and silly in a way that may grate on older adults.
ENEMIES: as previously stated, she's not a huge fan of people who are nasty just for the sake of being nasty. she doesn't like people who hurt pokemon, and she doesn't like people who hurt other people. she won't be shy about saying so, either. she's less likely to trust someone if they're on a team, and in fact may act comically suspicious of them if they are.
LOVERS??? oh boy. all of pepper's relationships have basically ended with "it's not you, it's me". she gains crushes fast and loses crushes fast. she's fairly oblivious if someone else likes her.
