Ring Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding [Area 4]

Due to an oversight on Josh's part, it looked like it was time to hunt again. Josh apparently didn't have long to celebrate his victory on catching Tepig before finding this out, that the Fennekin that Izumi had been planning to help him with was unbreedable via request. It was a shame, of course, but Josh wasn't going to hold it against Izumi. She had almost as many Pokemon as he did, he couldn't hold her accountable on an oversight for just one. And so, with Pokeballs on his belt, and Lightning walking behind him, Josh would find himself once again in the Safari Zone. "Well, so much for that break" The blonde thought to himself as he would walk in. He knew that Izumi was out there looking for a Fennekin as well, and he couldn't help but appreciate that, considering she didn't have to go out and do it for him. But he couldn't just sit there and sulk and let Izumi do all the work. 

There went another good deal of dots, but Josh would hand in his Safari Tag and take the Safari Ball from the cute girl at the counter, before heading out. Lightning would trot along behind him, seeming happy that they would, hopefully, be catching a new friend sometime soon. The blonde took a breath as he would look around. He almost went to the wrong area, before realizing... The shuffling of the Safari Zone STILL confused the blonde haired Trainer. Sure, the environments themselves hadn't changed, but the Pokemon within them had. How the hell do they shuffle the locations of all the Pokemon anyway? How do you move them back and fourth? He had no bloody idea, but he wasn't sure if he would ever find out. It was probably just the power of imaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaginaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaation anyways. 

Into the Grasslands area, Zone 4, they went. The blonde let out a sigh as he would fix up his hair. This was going to be a long day.

Walking through the grasslands, Josh pondered a lot of things. The meaning of life. Where Pokemon come from. I mean, he knew where people came from. But where did Pokemon come from? Did god just kind of get bored and say "Hey! I'm going to create monsters that can potentially kill all the people with super powers! Nobody will dare try to capture them in tiny balls and make them fight each other, right? Riiight?". Then there were other questions to ponder. What did banana cake taste like? Bananas? Or cake? Was cornbread made more of corn or bread? Was Daxton Raimer really a woman? Was Chuck E Cheese's real name really Chuck? All of these questions would probably be never answered, but they walked through the Grasslands anyways in search of Fennekin. But like Tepig did for the first three threads, this didn't look good...

"Gee, I wonder what Izumi's up to?" Josh would ask the Pikachu, who would shrug casually.

Josh would notice some sort of fox in the bushes. Unfortunately, as it would burst out, Josh noted one thing. That wasn't a Fennekin, that was an Eevee!

Josh would shrug. While he was looking for Fennekin, he was also looking for Eevees, trying to nab all the Eeveelutions that he could. This worked fine, he supposed. But who to use...

"I got it!" Josh would respond as he took out a Pokeball. "Go, Scotty!" Josh would call as he would bring out his own Eevee. "Eev!" Scotty would let out as he would come face to face with the other Eevee, who took this as a challenge and would attack with Bite. "Dodge, Scotty! Remember our training!" Josh would call toward Scotty, who had been conditioned for speed and for dodging, as he would roll out of the way of the attempted Bite attack with great finesse. "Good, good! Roll to the side, get some distance, than go for Take Down!" Josh would call toward Scotty, who would nod and quickly roll away, to the other Eevee's confusion. Suddenly, Scotty would spring to his feet and charge headfirst, the sprint not seeming to hurt him at all after the conditioning and training they had done together at the training center along with Izumi, toward the other Eevee, nailing it head on with quite a bit of force as the other Eevee would tumble back in pain. Of course, Scotty would take recoil damage from this as well, though he would be okay, Josh knew. Scotty was strong. He'd be fine.

Both Eevees at the same time would try to use Charm, hoping to outdo the other. Unfortunately, the attacks only collided and cancelled one another out, but Josh saw this as an opportunity. Scotty was faster, and Josh knew this... "Scotty, Quick Attack!" Josh would quickly call and the Eevee would momentarily vanish from sight before re-appearing just in time to slam into the other Eevee. His speed was uncanny... Josh was impressed. "Alright, Scotty! Finish it off with Double Edge!" He would call as the other Eevee would be unable to recover in time before Scotty would recklessly throw himself at the other Eevee, knocking it out cold. Josh would quickly toss the Safari Ball at it...
