Standing at the doors of a set of ruins found in the debris, Kuto was more than a little intimdated by the old structure before her. Having recently moved to the Nue region with the knowledge that the teams had been resurging here, she was surprised to see what would come of following the new rumors of the mega stones, and the information her benefactor Yumi Tasukai had given her. Apparently, rather than digging in this region, many would find their gems in the past through exploring od ancient ruins. No matter how many times they were explored, they always seemed to find more.
"*Well master, you did come to Nue for a challenge. Surely this is something that can be classed along those lines?*" Glint gave only a small smile as he began to walk through the giant stone doors, Kuto forcing a sigh of exasperation and annoyance as she was also forced to follow him inside.
Kuto had to admit, while the badlands certainly seemed a less intimidating place to explore, it was hardly as impressive as the ruins that lay before her. In many books she had read of such places, they would always remark them as being "Untouched by time", or "holding strong today", but neither did the truth justice. What truly lay before her and her Sableye was a room of old, broken slabs making up the walls and tiled floors of this once great construct. Moss grew from between the cracks, and a clear pool had formed where rain water had came in but had nowhere to escape to.
"Well I must say, gems or no gems, I look forward to seeing what this has in store for me now."
With Glint hopping up to her shoulder she began to make her way into the old structure, a part of her wondering if it was likely to come crashing in on the two of them, and hoping to arceus it would not.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found LEFTOVERS! You found some leftovers from the previous diggers, clean it up and keep in mind the recyclables!
Tossing out the pokeball of her metang, the blue computer pokemon swirled around in the spot, using it's minor ability to levitate to float before Kuto. His eyes darted left, right, diagaonally, everywhere they could while still facing his trainer to take in his surroundings, analyzing it with his super computer brain.
"Wondering why we're here?" The metang gave a quick nod, as did Kuto, easily able to predict his thoughts despite his huge brain, stepping closer to give the cold metal of his head a gentle petting with a warm smile. "We're here to search for those mega stones that red head is always begging us for. With our new start in Nue we need to get as many as we can find as fast as we can. Afterall our new apartment isn't going to pay for itself now is it?" The Metang shook his head, and knowing his trainer's wishes, lowered himself to her feet so she could climb aboard, waiting for her to sit comfortably before flying off to the deeper parts of the ruins.
Dig Dig Dig . . . What's this?! Congratulations, You've found a RELIC VASE! A vase made in a civilization about 3,000 years ago. A maniac will buy it for a high price.
Riding along the back of Seymour, the robot like pokemon took his trainer through the tunnels, caves, and hallways that had been both built into, and formed in these ruins over time. Evidence of ground type pokemon was clear, showing her that there was a chance of running into some danger on some future trips. "Keep moving Seymour, and remember, eyes open." The metang gave a nod, with no reason to stop his search, being one of the few pokemon in Kuto's control who could understand why this was potentially important to the.
In time, Glint himself would attempt to catch up, leaping up atop seymour and yawning as he stretched beside Kuto, the run up to him being a bit troubling on his tiny legs, rubbng his diamond eyes behind his monocle. "*Have we found anything master?*" "Not as of yet my loyal glint, but in time, I'm sure we'll pick up something. Be it a mega stone or otherwise, we'll be making a profit."
