”Another fossil, huh? You know that’s not what I’m looking for bud.”

Achilles was grimacing, already expecting a tongue-lashing or something similar for failing when the other two hadn’t. Fortunately for it, Zernebog loved to defy expectations.

”But that’s fine. I already have something like that but I’m sure that someone else might be interested in it or something.” The white haired trainer commented as he continued to stir his soup pot. ”Someone like that Symphonia guy might be interested since he’s a paleontologist in all, so it’s not a complete loss. Go place that in the tent then join the others in waiting for Hera and the food.”

Achilles cheered right back up and went into the tent with a new spring in his step, happy that he wasn’t berated for failing like he might have been like the times right after he had met the wretched red alien from Sevii. Thank Arceus that his trainer really mellowed down nowadays or this might’ve been really scary.

Meanwhile, Zernebog just chuckled and continued stirring while wondering where Hera was and if he needed to have someone track her down. Sigh. The perils of having newbies dig to find more nice stuff.

Meanwhile, Hera was in the middle of her most hated enemy- dirt. Heap upon heap of dirt surrounded her from all sides like some sort of haphazard bunker. She wanted to do nothing more but punch away the dirt in frustration, but her electric punches were useless against all of these… these… heaping piles of dirt.

So why did Hera hate dirt so much anyways? It is because dirt is a manifestation of her typing’s greatest enemy – Ground. Specifically, the ground-type. Plus there was something about being turned into a female that made her so dirt-conscious. It drove her crazy to be so dirt-conscious but there was nothing she could do about it.

Stupid candy. Stupid impulsiveness. Stupid hormones. Stupid things. ARGH!

Hera glared at the strange fossil shaped like that blue dinosaur’s head with a lot of contempt. She really wasn’t in the mood for this kind of Tauros excrement right now. Sigh. Maybe Zernebog wouldn’t mind if she took a break as long as she didn’t make an ass of herself or try to nuke something.

Heh. Nuke something. Now there was an idea! Maybe she could nuke this stupid helmet-looking rock for shits and giggles. It would so make her day….

Hera sighed. She wanted to throw the stupid purple rock because it reminded her of that damned Achilles' stupid face and his stupid young, reckless demeanor that reminded her of herself back when she was in her rightful gender. However, Zernebog would be so angry if she just threw a Mega Stone away... even if he already had this one. Heck, it was the same one that the stupid Achilles was wearing!

Still, she could understand business sense and greed. She used to steal electricity off of the streets after all, so it was kind of the same thing. Only, you know, more honest and stuff. Besides, she learned her lesson about stealing things. The consequences of stealing that one candy still stared at her in the face everyday when she looked at the mirror, shiny metal stuff, or pristine water. Maddening stuff, to say the least.

Well, at least she had something to show for her efforts. Hopefully Zernebog would appreciate it or else she'd clock him, trainer or no.
