It was a calm morning, and Higato Den Gyoshi was enjoying a simple walk along the beach. While he was pleased with the recent capture of a few wingulls, we was still rather dissapointed with how little progress he had still made with his Day Care. It was almost turning into a futile effort.
"Oh Alexander, Do you think it was a good idea to actually create Gyoshi Gardens?" He looked down at his pawniard, who simply let out a "Pawn!" In response. "No, It's a decent spending venture. Maybe it just seems a little basic. People might have expected something bigger from none other than HIGATO DEN GYOSHI!" He called out with a sudden ego boost of gigantic proportions.
"Wait, what if it isn't that..what if..What if I'm losing fame. It's been a few months since my last film, and that was an unfortunately subpar film. Oh, I must know!" He said.

Oh, poor Higato. How unfortunate your luck was about to become, thy unfair and cruel world was about to show. Thou heartless you be.
But in the meantime, Josh was using the beach to help develop Ace, his Pidgeotto's strength. How? By seeing how high he could carry his Trainer. They had started that afternoon with easy exercises, and Ace had gotten better and better with flying with his Trainer hanging onto his talons. Which would be a good skill to have should he need to pull Josh out of a tight spot.
At the moment, they were flying a good ways up, having practiced longer times and higher heights every run. Josh was getting ready to let himself down when he realized he was about to crash into someone.
"Wait, Ace! Pull up! Pull up!" he called, but it was too late. He would crash, in mid-air, into Higato as Ace had gotten tired and needed to lower his altitude to replenish his energy. Sadly, he couldn't pull up in time, despite the urgency. Something to work on, he supposed.
"Urgh...." Josh muttered as he sat up and looked at the man he knocked over with a Pawniard. "Hey man, you alright?" he asked.
Ace would land beside Josh and crack it's neck, looking at his trainer with concern. "Pidgooooo!"
As the man began calling up, Higato had barely any time before he was knocked to the ground.
"What the hell?!" Higato groaned with annoyance upon regaining focus on the situation. He looked over at Alexander, who tried his best to help Higato up without accidentally stabbing him. "Thank you, Alexander," He changed from his annoyance to a calm mood in moments due to the Pawniards help.
"Now, who are you and what made you crash into me?" Higato looked over at Josh, getting up and looking around. no one seemed to be paying much attention, so the embarrassment of getting so easily knocked around wasn't so bad. That was at least good. If He kept a decent image right now, he could still help out Team Aqua. He couldn't let something like this hit him too hard. With a deep breath, He offered his hand out to Josh, offering to help him up in a way akin to the Pawniard.

He nodded in thanks as he took the man's offer to help him up. Once he was up, he dusted himself off and looked over at his Pidgeotto.
"Apologies, my friend" he said calmly to Higato as he patted the Bird Pokemon beside him on the head. "I've been helping my Pidgeotto with some strength training since this afternoon, and he's getting rather good at it, especially considering I'm 6'1. But he still has a lot to learn, which is kind of what caused us to crash" he admitted sheepishly.
"Are you alright?" he asked. "I didn't mean to cause you any harm, of course"
".... Oh, yeah! My name!" he suddenly piped up, remember he had asked who he was. "My name's Josh Dragomir, from Littleroot Town. I'm a Pokemon Trainer, just getting in some training at Slateport before we move on. And you?"
Higato was ready to lash out against Josh, but held back. If his popularity was actually as high as he hoped it would be no good to lash out at Josh. "Well, at least you're doing something worthwhile Josh. Training ones Pokemon is always a grand and fun time. I don't know much about Pidgeotto, but if I recall, it's one of the many Pokemon in the flying egg group," Higato went on, letting his words let him pass through any negative thoughts. and then the question struck.
"And you?"
That was the click. He didn't know who he was, he wasn't recognizable. His popularity was plummeting. "Why....i-isn't it obvious who I am? You've had to of seen my work before. I'm famous. I'm one of cinemas youngest stars who's actually been good, not like most child actors. My father is a playwright and director. Please, tell me you know who I am," Higato said, with his voice breaking randomly.

Ah, poor Higato. Josh had absolutely no idea who he was, but could tell from his body language that if he wasn't careful, he might get violent. The man seemed to have a confident, proud, maybe even arrogant air around him.
And then he spoke. Oh, THERE was the arrogance. And the ego, for sure. Josh kind of felt bad that he had no idea who this guy was... He seemed kind of heartbroken about it.
He blinked, and bit his lip, scratching his head. "... No, I'm sorry. I don't recognize you or have any idea who you are" he admitted, sighing. "You could start with your name though"
