The Milky Way is a medium sized ranch located on the coast of Vermillion City. Low hanging and unassuming electric fences surround the ranch on three sides, leaving only the seafront unguarded. A small dock and netted area for young pokemon can be found back here.
Operating hours range from 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday. Breeding requests after these times or on the weekend can be placed in the provided drop box.

It was a beautiful, sunny morning. The birds were out and singing, there were no beached and rotting Wailords to contend with, and Fux's Vulpix was quietly sunbathing on a patch of sand. Today would have been peacefully quiet, had it not been for the lover's quarrel between her Wooper, UTI, and her Psyduck, "The Moist Maker." The poor Psyduck was busy being smacked around by the Wooper's tail. It was something she often did when she was fed up with the male pokemon, for reasons that Fux could still not comprehend. Perhaps UTI was just naturally abusive.
"Save that behavior for the bedroom, you two," she said as she separated the two pokemon. The look in the Psyduck's eyes were vacant, but Fux was certain she could detect more than a hint of horror and silent pleading from him. This little guy knew what was about to happen - hadn't she planned this out in advance and told him to perform adequately? Soft screams of duckish terror came from behind the black curtain where breeding was done. The Vulpix outside briefly turned her head towards the sound, and upon identifying the racket, drifted back to sleep.
