It was time to continue searching these "badlands" as they were called by the locals. Papa seemed to enjoy the desert scenery, probably because it was what his own natural habitat was like, and Jason didn't mind the tan he was getting, although it would be annoying if he ended up with a farmer's tan. Taking his shirt off, revealing his beautifully sculpted body, Jason was ready for that sexy tan that he had been keeping up since he left the ship. It went along with his disguise, so who was he to stop it. Just in case, though, he had applied some sun tan lotion to keep him from getting burned and still having a great tan; Oh the joys of modern cosmetology medicine.
Walking for about ten minutes, the two came to a spot that looked like it wouldn't be too hard to dig at. Papa looked to Jason, who in turn gave him a nod. That was all the approval the Cacturne needed to start digging up at the sand. The buff hunk unfolded the lawn chair he had brought with him and reclined in it, allowing the sun's beams to hit his skin. Putting his hands behind his head as he relaxed, after putting his shades on, Jason enjoyed his little vacation.

Sleeping on the reclined lawn chair, Jason was completely unaware that Papa had, in fact, found something. Although it wasn't anything useful. The grass and dark type had been digging away, flinging the excess sand into a pile to his left, when he noticed something in the pile. A glint from the sand pile caught the Cacturne's attention. He needed a break from digging anyway, and walked over towards the large pile of sand. After shifting through it, he found where the glint was coming from; A Shiny Stone. It was disgustingly bright and seemed to sparkle of its own accord, even in the shade. Sneering, Papa tossed it back into the pile of trash and returned his attention to the hole.
The sleeping hunk of a man was enjoying his peaceful sleep as his own pokemon went ahead and went to work at the hole, expanding and deepening it. It was oddly relaxing for the desert pokemon and he didn't mind doing the work.

Once again, the terrifying cactus pokemon felt something smooth and spherical, similar to the last one he had found. Except for the colors that is. The last stone had been white, if his memory served correctly, as well as black. There might have even been some gray in there as well. This stone, however, had red in it! Some other interesting colors as well. Perhaps his trainer would find interest in this stone like he did with the other one. Taking the mysterious stone, Papa climbed his way out of the hole and refilled it with the sand. Then the Cacturne tossed the stone on to his trainer's lap, waking him.
"Ufgswrev eerr what?" Jason said, staring at the stone sitting on his perfectly chiseled abs. "Oh. OH! Good job, Papa!" The trainer said, giving a thumbs up to his pokemon. He had no idea what it was, but it had to be useful, right? Packing up his lawn chair, Jason and Papa left the desert with a stone in hand.
