elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.

Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.

Personality: Nikita is very centered on her own life and self. Her daughter Trixy is the product of what was once thought to be true love but he ran out on her too late to cancel having the baby leaving her with the baggage of being a mother alone. While she tried Nikita does not enjoy being a mother and wants money and fame hiring sitters until Skylar came into her life. Skylar was the rough guy with the sweet words and came with a daughter of his own old enough to be a built in baby sitter saving Nikita money in the long run. Their love is fleeting and purely for scratching the itch.

Personality: Blunt bastard with a soft spot for gingers Skylar refused to spend his life working in the mines of Pyrite. Soon as he had enough money to buy his first motorcycle he was getting the hell out of there. He met Cinnamon on his first circuit run and they had a few wild nights before he left again. When he came back through he found her still waiting on him. Needless to say he made sure to stake claim in that slice of pie and took her with him on the circuit. No one touched Blue's Cinnamon and no girl messed with Cinnamon's Blueberry. 3 years into their free bird travels with the Sons of Steelix Cinnamon became pregnant and while Sky hustled to get a solid homestead before the baby arrived he was running out of time for a place and location for them. It was through one of the gangs parents that died who cut a deal with Sky to let him have the house. A god send for him as now there was a roof over his wife's head in a descent place. Of course during this time on the road Cinnamon with her morning sickness and picky food cravings wreaked havoc on him. Though he had to admit it was rather cute to see her chowing down on canned peaches with a fork every time he turned around. Cinnamon loved her peaches and it's what spawned Brandy's 'true name". Brandy for the drink they had on their first date and Peaches because of the cravings.
Sky stuck around for two years but he was getting the itch to ride and so when the Sons of Steelix rolled back into town Cinnamon told Skylar good bye and that she'd see him in a year. Sending him off to cure the need to move around. With a heavy excited kiss and a fevered I love you Skylar set out back on the road with his fellow bikers. He continued to travel around and would stop back regularly to check on Cinnamon and Peaches if he was within 100 miles of them.
Tragedy struck when Peaches was six years old. She was home watching cartoons with one of the neighbor kids when the police came to the door and asked her where the adult was. Peaches said working at the Trolly and the officers exchanged looks asking for her dad. She had no idea what had happened to her mother It took five hours of contacting every available officer and bar in Orre to find Skylar and by midnight the entire Sons of Steelix were riding into town. Skylar was upset in both disbelief and pissed to the point he couldn't see straight. His Cinnamon was gone and all that greeted him at the door now was a female Officer Jenny who was holding the hand of Peaches who had stayed up waiting for mom to come back with her blanket.
Skylar broke and held onto Peaches unable to explain why Cinnamon wasn't coming back home anymore. The Sons of Steelix getting the information from locals of what happened before flocking out and covering the area looking for the one responsible for the robbery. One night after Peaches was put to bed Skylar left with the S o S out into the desert where they had the one responsible for the robbery and death of Cinnamon. The punishment was carried out. To this day the police have suspicions but no knowledge of what happened and the culprit on their records still states at large. The Sons of Steelix and Skylar know better though.
Skylar had little choice but to stay at home with Peaches but with traces of Cinnamon all around the house he needed the support of the guys to get through this. For the next several years Peaches grew up with the Sons of Steelix as her family. From birthday parties with leather bound brutes to her first "bike ride." Skylar however wasn't the same anymore, the loss turning him into a hopeless drunk and full of rage wanting to turn back time.
The older Peaches got and the need for women talks came about drove him to the edge. Plus with every year the more she looked like her mother and he couldn't stand it. Every time he looked at her it hurt and so he tried to fill the void by giving her a new mother. It wasn't a Cinnamon though and this one came complete with stripper high heels and a little sister for her to play with. It was only after a few moths of making sure Peaches was going to be all right that Skylar left for the road once more and checking back in a random to see how she was doing.
Pokemon: Steelix called Chockblock Age is 75 Chockblock was a gift from one of the gang when he rose up in rank. It's the second oldest Pokemon in the Sons of Steelix.
Sissy's little Sister Face claim: Menma Name: Trixy Manhattan Don (5-7yrs) Alias: Woo Woo Occupation: Little sister Family: Mother Nikita Don (34), Step-sister? Brandy 'Peaches'(17),
Hometown: Nimbassa Unova, currently in Obsidian City, Orre
Personality: Trixy or better known as Woo Woo is the neglected daughter of Nikita Don. Growing up on the TV and being semi taught right from wrong Trixy is a spoiled brat used to getting her way just by screaming, having a tantrum, or throwing herself down on the floor holding her breath. Though she typically doesn't care who you are or what you're doing she had little grasp on the real world and how it's supposed to work thanks to her mother skipping over that part. A little slow on things she cries a lot whenever she's told No by her mother and often gets spanked for it before being sent off to her room she shares with Peaches to stay out of sight. Having Peaches move in with her was the best thing ever though she's trying to get used to rules and not to get into her make up or tear into her drawers or jewelry. Still Woo Woo loves her new bigger sister to the point she'll go anywhere with her and do anything for her because she pays attention to her.
Pokemon: Mime Jr. this will never evolve but it likes to hang out with Woo Woo as her favorite toy that her mom gave her on a whim. It's name is JayJay.
Personality: Territorial when it came to her man and ever loving when it involved her baby. She was a bikers dream girl. Funny, sweet and patient who knew how to ride and throw a punch or kick the shit out of someone. A young mother turned diner waitress who met the maker too soon in a robbery. The botched job leaving behind her baby girl and husband to struggle growing without her even though she watches from the clouds.

Butterfly Love legend
Zhu Yingtai is the ninth child and only daughter of the wealthy Zhu family of Shangyu, Zhejiang. Although women are traditionally discouraged from taking up scholarly pursuits, Zhu manages to convince her father to allow her to attend classes in disguise as a man. During her journey to Hangzhou, she meets Liang Shanbo, a scholar from Kuaiji (present-day Shaoxing). They chat and feel a strong affinity for each other at their first meeting.
They study together for the next three years in school and Zhu gradually falls in love with Liang. Although Liang equals Zhu in their studies, he is still a bookworm and fails to notice the feminine characteristics exhibited by his classmate.
One day, Zhu receives a letter from her father, asking her to return home as soon as possible. Zhu has no choice but to pack her belongings immediately and bid Liang farewell.
Months later, when Liang visits Zhu, he discovers that she is actually a woman. They are devoted to and passionate about each other and they make a vow to the effect of "till death do us part". The joy of their reunion is short-lived as Zhu's parents have already arranged for her to marry Ma Wencai, a man from a rich family. Liang is heartbroken when he hears the news and his health gradually deteriorates until he becomes critically ill. He dies in office later as a county magistrate.
On the day of Ma and Zhu's marriage, strong winds prevent the wedding procession from escorting the bride beyond Liang's grave, which lies along the journey. Zhu leaves the procession to pay her respects at Liang's grave. She descends in bitter despair and begs for the grave to open up. Suddenly, the grave opens with a clap of thunder. Without further hesitation, Zhu throws herself into the grave to join Liang. Their spirits turn into a pair of butterflies, emerge from the grave, fly away together and are never to be separated again.

Soil Samples and Leaves- From anywhere or you have specific things like under a certain tree, or beneath an oddish or from a certain field etc.
Papers - What sort of papers? / What would they entail? Just needs some specifics so I can hash up stories and reseaons.
Groceries - Does he want them left in the Office at P.B. Research?
9 Million Dweeble - I support this. How did you want to work this out of where they're at or are they just 'behind' P.B. Research? Can they eat Saltine crackers? He needs to have all this NPC pokemon / animals but they need to have like ONE quirk that means they're all his and it's like if you shake a chip bag or something they'll swarm the not so Disney princess style. There's probably a room that has a fridge that actually has some food in it and not science; its probs the closest thing to a break room they have. There would be things like a microwave under a microwave.
the soil samples will usually be from anywhere unless its something special. like, any soil from Bayonada will do for the bayonada samples, but if theres a special tree found or a new cave he'd want a sample from it specifically.
probs his long-winded research papers on why the ground was purple that day and whatnot. the really thought-out stuff no one actually wants to read.
I think all the little pokemon being addicted to Saltine crackers is fun

Plot Idea: Legendary plot. Best friend/love interest went missing on the mountain searching for a legendary, and is now presumed dead. Either they're not really dead or there's a chance of bringing them back, person visits as a ghost or is revived temporarily, Dorsey has to do this or that to make it permanent/to find them. Alternatively just finally get closure if they are dead or if they can't stay.
Plot Idea: Legendary plot. Searching for/encounters legendary with someone. Stuff happens. Mostly this song.
Happily adopted? Adopted father could be the one missing on the mountain in some versions of the plot.
