elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.
RULES
Understand We're All Human. Respect the staffers as well as your fellow members and guests. We all have flaws, tempers and quirks. Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.
EPOCH is PG-13. Proboards’ Terms of Service:
Sex; When you get under the clothes, fade to black.
Violence; Do not go into extreme nauseating detail.
Cursing; This is so fucking allowed, but don't go overboard.
Suggestive Content; In avatars, signatures and templates can attract the wrong kind of attention. So be careful.
Ciro Accardi arrived at Symphonia Labs. He was panting and seemingly in a rush. Banging on the door, he didn't even wait for the Breeder to answer. Impatiently, he slipped a note under the door. In crude writing, it read:
I heard you breed? Specifically, I want that there Shieldon you have. Do me good and I'll do ya good as well. I'll be back here in a week.

Crux was gone without notice. He quietly departed back into the night, not wanting to make contact with any passerby's in Pewter City.

The Fossil Professor didn't answer the door himself - instead, a Spiritomb opened the door with a bit of Psychic prowess, looking around annoyedly. Seeing the note, the Forbidden Pokemon took the paper and went to the Laboratory's study, where the Professor was reading a book. Arthur took the paper from Morgana, adjusting his glasses to better read the scrawl on the paper. An annoyed look which somewhat matched the look of the Spiritomb took his face,
"What am I, some service wench for him to abuse? Whoever he is, he better learn manners - I'll do the breeding. Morgana, put this in the list, if you would." Muttered the Professor, before handing the paper to his Spiritomb.

Opening the door and peering in, Jason was surprised to find the egg waiting for him in an incubating case. He looked around, searching for the Professor. Attached to the case was a quickly scrawled note, stating the price. More than willing to pay for it, Jason pulled his wallet out from his back pocket and laid 20 dots on the desk for the Professor, along with his name and phone number should he need to contact him. Buying the Sableye egg for 20 dots.

The Professor walked by a few hours later, Egg gone. He worried for a minute - had someone broken into the Laboratory? However, he quickly noticed the money next to where the Egg was. The Professor guessed that he must have come and picked up his Egg? Had Arthur left the door open? That seemed illogical. Perhaps it was one of the Pokemon. Oh well, at least he got paid - that guy, Jason, should learn to not come into people's Laboratories without permission from now on, though. It was, quite honestly, plain rude to come in unannounced like that.

Like before, Crux came without word or courtesy. He slipped in at the wake of night and discreetly left the payment on the table. Finding the right egg, he grabbed it and had vanished as secretly as he had arrived.
Arthur would find a small "Thank you" note tacked to his door in the morning.
I understand there was no rare tax, but I figure I owe you a sizable tip.

Once again, they take the Egg, they don't even bother waiting for him - it seemed kind of rude, but at least they paid, and they seemed grateful. Still, though - was Osiris opening the door for them and letting them in? Perhaps it was Morgana, or Phantasma. They too liked to hang around the entrance hall - although, he had a hunch feeling that it was his Alakazam. Osiris spent almost all the time in his libraries, reading up as much as he could - it wouldn't surprise the Professor if he was working part-time as a door opener. Nonetheless, you'd think the Pokemon would at least call Arthur down. Yes, he could just blast a thief with Psychic, but that wasn't very Osiris.

The Professor looked softly to the blue screen, showing his due breeding and planned breeding. The first list was empty - his lack of breedable Pokemon made sure that he was unable to breed much without outside help. But he had his own mission - to breed a Grimer for a friend of his. A detective - how strange it was to think of a Detective as a friend! Considering his dislike for Pier... No, he didn't like even thinking the name. That woman... Why must she be his co-worker? Why must she be the one who works in his area? Why couldn't it be anyone else?

Kat strolled into the lab, gawking at all of the fancy equipment. It was similar to the thing Aeon's brother put in the basement, but it was different, too. But the machinery wasn't the reason she was there. Walking past it, though still gawking a bit, she headed to the office, peeking in the door. "Hihi, I'm here for the eggy~"
