Belle sat quietly nomming on her ice cream, it was too hot, the weather was absolutely horrific, even the ice cream couldn’t keep her that cool. She continued to lick the ice cream with ace chilling in her lap, the bird pokemon wasn’t much a fan of the heat either but she was with Belle so she didn’t mind it.

The child continued to lick the ice cream until a scoop fell off the cone and onto Ace’s head, the pokemon flinched, Belle had looked to the cone and her bottom lip quivered as her eyes watered and she burst into tears crying her little heart out over the fallen ice cream.

Ace looked up with the ice cream on her head frowning and just a little annoyed, she should have known human children were messy eaters , before shaking the ice cream off her head. Ace started flapping her wings and chirped, she knew the best way to calm belle down was to distract her, Ace flew into the ruins near by and Belle stopped her tears she looked at ace and got up running after her “ACE where are you going” she yelled running to follow ace.

Belle continued to run through the ruins forgetting all about the fallen ice cream, she wondered what on earth was going through ace’s mind like that to run off on her own she continued to run in the ruins finally catching glimpses of ace, she yelled after her pokemon completely distracted and while she ran, she ran right past a relic vase, not even stopping to take a look at it.

Ace flapped her wings, belle was right on her tail feathers, her plan to distract the human child had worked pretty well, although just because she had been focused on belle’s mentality it didn’t mean to say she wasn’t focused on the physical mentality, the pokemon was keeping an eye out of threats while distracting her human. She knew soon belle would be completely distracted if not already. the young girl continued to follow after her pokemon catching up slowly.

Belle kept running, eventually catching up to her little ace who had perched itself on a statue on top of a peculiar orb, the girl picked up ace squish hugging it “Ace you scared me don’t you ever run off on me again okay, naughty naughty” she scolded the pokemon squishing it, Ace struggled to breathe, she knew belle was only showing her affection and had to make allowances because the girl was so young a child really, the pokemon affectionately pecked belle’s cheek and waddled up to her shoulders perching there.

Belle looked at her pokemon petting it, as ace raised her wing belle scratched under it knowing ace liked it, when she looked back to where she found ace she gasped and saw a peculiar stone “oh wow you laid an egg your gonna be a mama” belle squeeled excited, ace eyes widen, she did no such thing, she looked back to where she had perched to see a pecuilair stone. the young girl picked it up and realized it was just a stone “wait it’s some sort of rock, cool think ill keep it for now” she spoke. Ace gave a sigh and gently pecked belle’s head for scaring her like that having one child to care for was hard enough let alone her own.
