However, all of his weight is muscle from the extensive workout and training that he does almost religiously. His hair is brown and medium length. His eyes are ocean blue in color and seem to shine with a mysterious quiet glow. His arms and legs are extremely cut and his muscle tone shows quite clearly. His chest and stomach are also ripped with muscle and extremely cut. There are also several large scars on his chest and lower stomach which appear to be made by some sort of blade. Aidan's face is thin and seemingly well structured. His right arm is almost entirely covered by an intricate black tribal tattoo, that spirals up past his shoulder and to his neck. He is always seen barefoot. PERSONALITY Serious and attentive to the core. Aidan is always aware of his surroundings and is ready for combat at any given moment. His combat prowess is incredible, which is most likely why he is feared by many regular people despite his age. His serious personality often makes him come off as somebody who nobody could possibly get along with. But he can be reasoned with, having experienced much loss in his life has made him bitter towards others. In contrast to his punk-like appearance, Aidan is surprisingly mature and cool-headed. He's not afraid of taking responsibility, unlike some others that will try to avoid being held accountable when the consequences are dire. Aidan acts upon intelligence and reasoning. He is a very complex person to the eye, an he is indeed one. He never could be a simple person, due to his history that shrouds his friends with mystery and wonder. Although he may act on intelligence and reasoning, he does occasionally make a foolish mistake and lets his anger and sorrow consume him, however this is only occasionally; and he has 'lost the will to cry'. He never breaks down before anyone, simply because he has not the ability. He has cried his share of tears in his past. And believes it is now his time to stay strong, and prevent another person from going through and enduring what he endured. Although he might not cry and he may always obtain his cool when the sorrow and anger does consume him, he tries his boniest to be alone, so others don't see it. Aidan is often seen being rather quiet and reserved. He speaks when necessary, and usually the words range from sarcastic and witty to serious and commanding. His voice a rather baritone proportion, it is quite easy to mistake his comments or outspoken thoughts for imperative statements. One should be careful when judging this, however; when Aidan believes that any situation is being pulled out of context, he will heighten his intellectual prowess and literally attempt to verbally rend any who would stand against his word. Thus, it proves to be a pet peeve to oppose him during his time of explanation. Most else will either go ignored or unheeded, the patron usually choosing rather quickly that which is irrelevant and that which holds some bearing to his situations. On and off the battlefield, he is most often a cool-headed and calm strategic type of person. Cold and methodical are also apt titles for this trainer, although he cares deeply for his pokemon, he believes no good thing comes easy and that training is important. He is the type of person who takes in the entire situation, and weighs the consequences before making a decision. In the past, his fellow "friends" have criticized him for what they perceive as indecisiveness or his unwillingness to charge head-long into a battle. He, however, could not care less what others opinions of him are, he knows that his caution has enabled him to survive where others have perished. Once decided on a course of action, he will calmly carry it out without hesitation or mercy. Amongst his friends, he is talkative to an extent, not so forth coming with conversation himself but has no trouble speaking when spoken to. Never an overachiever, but isn't what you would call laid back either, he is the type of person who believes that actions speak louder than words and that one should always be doing something.
Ambitions: His main ambition is just to grow stronger in all aspects of his life. Mental prowess, Training, and Strength building. There is always room for improvement. HISTORY Aidan Alexander was born to a poor family in the CLearwater slums of Wizen City. His life started off hard with his mother dying during child birth. His father, overcome with grief, turned to drinking to dull his pain. In doing so, he began to see Aidan as the reason his wife passed, and he filled his heart with hatred for his own son. Aidan was frequently beaten and scolded by his abusive and alcoholic father. Even for small things that weren't really his fault. Regardless of his situation, he toughed it out. Although, he frequntly had to resort to stealing and trickery in order to get food so he could eat. As his father, wasted what little money he had on booze. Aidan eventually made friends in the slums. It was these friends who gave him the courage to escape from his father's wrath. And he fled one night to the small abandoned building where his friends were all staying. They accepted him with open arms and gave him his first pokemon, a Growlithe. For the first time in his life he realized what kindness was. One day, while Aidan was taking a walk a gang raided his friends' hideout. By the time he arrived back home, the entire building was engulfed in flames. Devastated at the loss of his new family, he fell to his knees and broke down. With tears of anger rolling down his face, he slowly got to his feet and went off in search of the individuals who had officially taken the only good thing he had. As he walked along the dirty streets, having no clue where to start or what to look for. He stopped when he saw a group of punks harassing a woman. He called out to them and they looked back at him. Giving the woman time to escape. "Leave that woman alone." Aidan said as his hands clenched into fists. His growlithe snarled from it's normal place on his left. "What are you going to do about it kid?" the one in the center asked as he stepped toward Aidan. It was obvious that he was their leader. He stepped up until he was almost nose to nose with Aidan. "I want to know something. There was a fire, about 6 hours ago. Do you know anything about it?" he asked as he glared up at the man. Fear wasn't something he knew. When your entirely early childhood involved getting beat up two or three times a day. You quit knowing what fear is. "Kid...your not too bright. And yeah, maybe we do know something about that. What's it to you?" the leader asked as he shoved Aidan hard. The leader of the gank probably outweighed Aidan by about 80 pounds and he was sent sprawling in the dirt. He landed hard on his right arm and he heard an audible snap as the bone let go. White hot pain shot through his arm, as he gritted his teeth. He opened his mouth to say something, but the leader spoke first. "Beat him down, teach him a lesson. He doesn't need to go around talking about bad thing. That's how people get hurt." he said as the rest of the gang closed in on Aidan punching and kicking him. I'm sorry guys..I couldn't do anything in the end. I just wanted to be able to avenge you all... he thinks as he looks though the haze caused by his multiple head wounds. He could feel sticky blood running down the side of his face. But suddenly, something happend... A flash of fire and something appeared. Through the haze, Aidan couldn't see clearly what it was. But he thought it looked like a pokemon. One he'd seen before, back at his old hideout. It darted around the street, dodging the thugs punches and kicks with ease before sending them flying with well placed kicks from it's legs. Blaziken.... it was his last thought before he lost conciousness. When he came to, he was lying in a bed, in a room that he did not recognize. As he tried to sit up, he realized that he couldn't and he fell back down to the bed. Looking to his right. He saw his things lying on a table next to him. Beside his usual items, were two pokeballs. One he knew contained his Growlithe, and upon further inspection, he realized the other contained the Blaziken that had once belonged to the young man who had taken him in. Upon his death, he willed everything he had to Aidan. Not that he had much. But Aidan decided in that moment, as he laid in this strange bed that he would become a pokemon trainer and do everything he could to help other trainers. He vowed to also stop the gang violence and try to clean up Wizen City. He trained hard over the next several years, learning from his pokemon and using his newly gained knowledge to try to clean up the city. He eventually became an advocate for clean streets in the city and got accepted into the Pokemon League as a Gym Leader, noting his affinity for fire typed pokemon. And this is where we find our dear Aidan Alexander. OTHER INFORMATION None RP SAMPLE RP Sample: (This is from another site I was on. With Oryan.) Strength of mind and spirit are equally important, and you must learn to control your emotions Aidan. He remembered the words the Maemayuo had told him as the two of them had stood in the middle of a clearing. He had been wondering where the dragon had been going with the training. He'd never considered sitting alone in the woods in a relaxed and calm state training. "It's not exactly easy..." Aidan muttered under his breath as he sat cross legged on the floor of dead leaves. He had been doing this for what seemed like hours and Maemayuo refused to give him any kind of physical training until after he mastered his spiritual training. Your spirit is strong Aidan. But your mind is very weak, you have been mislead previously, and you blame yourself for things that you couldn't have helped. It is not your fault that your love perished, and it isn't your fault that Sarah lost her parents. Do not think of such asinine things. Instead focus on protecting and finding out the truth. I know how your heart is. You think Maria may be alive now, and you worry about the young girl, Sarah, correct? Maemayuo asked him as it stared at him with it's silver eyes. "I...I don't know...Yeah...I do...but this is a waste of time when I could be helping them! Why not let me go now? There is a better chance of finding them alive and well if we go now." Aidan said as his blue eyes locked onto the dragon's silvery ones. "Aidan...I want you to save them...believe me, I do. But I also want to protect you above all the others. And you are not ready...if you storm into the GPD now, you'll be killed quicker than you could imagine. As for Sarah, my senses tell me she is still alive. Now, if you wish to save them..you have to stop being a boy...and become a man. Train! One accomplishes more with their spirit and mind than with their body. The body can be broken, but the spirit cannot. If you train your spirit, you will find inner strength you never knew you possessed." the dragon said to him as it darted across the forest and stood directly before Aidan. Aidan needed no farther encouragement. Closing his eyes, he would try to empty the thoughts that continuously raced through his mind. It was difficult to do, especially with all the pain, sorrow, and loss he'd continuously experienced. Thoughts of his father and mother ran through his mind briefly before disappearing, as did the first time he'd met Maria when they were in the hallway at school together. A blinding flash of light, and he remembered pain as he saw the parents of Sarah get killed by the man who wanted the demon within him. Erruth and his false promise of resurrection for his love. A strange sound began to fill his ears, as his memories swirled and seemed to rush at him suddenly. He opened his eyes and realized that Maemayou was staring at him with a look that seemed to be concern. It took him a second to realize that the strange noise had been him screaming. He was panting loudly, tears rolled down his cheeks, and sweat poured down his face. "I don't think I can do this Maemayuo. I'm afraid to let go of my mind and my thoughts. There is something in me. A demon of immense power. I fear that if I let go, it will take control. I cannot risk that, too many people will die..." Aidan said as he wiped sweat and tears from his face. "You can do it Aidan. I believe in you. Do not be afraid of the demon. It fears you far more than you fear it. Believe me, I can see into your heart." Maemayuo said as it slithered up Aidan's arm and came to rest on his shoulder. "Now, empty your mind. I want you to think of nothing. Just listen....hear the cicadas and the other animals? Let those sounds fill your head and your spirit. Close your eyes young one, and become one with your surroundings...." Aidan took several deep breaths in and out and closed his eyes lightly. He breathed with deep calm breaths and allowed the sounds of the forest to fill him up. His mind went blank and the thoughts stopped before they could get started. It felt absolutely amazing. He opened his blue eyes and looked straight ahead at the tree that was about 30 yards away. "Excellent Aidan...maintain control...be strong in mind and spirit. Show me what you can do!" Maemayuo said as he slither tightly around Aidan's left arm. Without warning, Aidan darted forward and slammed his right fist into the tree, his fist sinking all the way through the tree, and coming out the other side of it. Pulling it free, he would swing his left leg in a roundhouse kick at the hole he just punched, breaking through the wood that held it aloft. The tree tumbled to the ground with a loud crashing noise that scattered birds and other wild animals. "Nicely done. But there is still much to practice...." The thoughts from his training with Maemayuo still echoed clearly through his mind as he continued along the path. The spiritual training had helped him more than any of the other things the dragon had shown him. He thought of everything that had happened in the past 5 hours. Finding out his father was alive, and that he'd been looking for him, had been a wonderful thing. In fact, it only strengthened his resolve to find Sarah and Maria faster. Thanks father...I won't forget about any of the things you've done for me...once all of this is over. If it ever is, I'll take Sarah to meet you... he thinks as he lowers his hands from the back of his head and smiles at the thought. The young girl would probably get along well with his father. She was a bright ray of hope in the darkness that clouded the Ultiverse. It was one of the reasons he felt the desire to protect her so strongly. The other was because he kind of looked after her in a fatherly or brotherly fashion. He'd grown to care for the girl in the short span of time that he'd known her. Maybe it was because he felt completely responsible for everything that had happened to her. That he was responsible for shattering her perfect world. But then again, maybe it's because you have to have someone to fight for... you cannot always fight for yourself. I swore to myself that I would protect her, and that's what I plan on doing. Aidan thinks as he suddenly decides that eating can wait. He wanted to find the girl as soon as possible. Then, we can sit down and eat together... |
