elcome Adventurer to EPOCH! A Pokemon Sandbox Rp set in the original region of Nue. Everything you need to know will be in the Guidebook and PokeDex 101!
EPOCH uses the Manga and is built on the Original ideas suggested by our members.
We are more than just a Pokemon RP, we're a friendly community with a goal on being a memorable experience for those that look in.
Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. If you find yourself content with being an asshole EPOCH and its members will not tolerate you.
RULES
Understand We're All Human. Respect the staffers as well as your fellow members and guests. We all have flaws, tempers and quirks. Be patient with one another, but if issues involving other members come up please don’t just grin and bear it. Contact a staff member, informing them of what's going on so they can address and resolve the situation. The staff won't know what's bothering you unless you tell them.

Sex; When you get under the clothes, fade to black.
Violence; Do not go into extreme nauseating detail.
Cursing; This is so fucking allowed, but don't go overboard.
Suggestive Content; In avatars, signatures and templates can attract the wrong kind of attention. So be careful.
Well, he was up and walking now, doing just fine, the twitching was over with. They finally got some walking done and just as soon as he started to feel better..
"I was working in the lab, late one night" Oh... by Groudon.. no... For some reason, he had the urge to sing. Now Daxton was a man to sing.. when he was alone.... away from everyone... and really bored.. but there were people here and he had NO clue WHY he had the urge to sing this song.. "fuck.... When my eyes beheld an eerie sight... For my monster from his slab, began to rise, And suddenly to my surprise" His Lucario and Chimchar were now looking at him, kind of frightened.
"Josh. I have no idea what's going on man.. but please tell me you aren't feeling this too.." He asked almost panicked. "He did the mash, he did the monster mash
The monster mash, it was a graveyard smash
He did the mash, it caught on in a flash

From my laboratory in the castle east
To the master bedroom where the vampires feast
The ghouls all came from their humble abodes
To get a jolt from my electrodes" THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP. He tried yelling at it in his head, but it didn't work. He could only sigh in shame and look over to Josh again, wondering if he was starting to get the same feeling. Maybe it was just Daxton... maybe that jolt really fucked with him.

Luckily for Josh, he was a ghost. What this entailed is that things like curses and sound waves effected him none. And since his Pokemon couldn't process English and speak it in turn, they were uneffected as well, as he was sure was the same for Daxton's. The end result? Poor Daxton was alone to suffer from the mash! The monster mash!
"Dude, I didn't know you sang" he joked with a cheeky grin. "When did you become such a fan of the classics?" he jabbed, the grin widening. Ah, payback was here and payback was a BITCH, it seemed. Daxton made fun of him for being a ghost... Seems the tables had turned. He was the one laughing now!
Lightning's paranoia first changed to a look of confusion, but when he saw Josh laughing, he started laughing as well. In his Pikachu way, of course. "So, think Lightning shocked you a bit too hard?" Josh joked.
3 spaces forward a shadow falls over you. When it passes you find yourself 5 spaces back, where a curse then befalls you. One of you is now unable to speak and must communicate through interpretive dance. This lasts 4 posts.
He got defensive when a shadow passed, growling, but when the shadow disappeared, his growling stopped as well. He staggered some, wheezing, trying to speak. Great, just fucking great. First, electrocuted, second, singing a stupid song and now he can't speak?! What's worse, it that he seemed to had forgotten all sign language he knew, and the only thing that came to his head was to communicate through dance. Oh, Groudon, no. Not another fucking curse!
Daxton tried desperately to speak but no words came out, so he held up his hands and made a face as if he was groaning in misery. He covered his mouth, basically trying to tell josh to shut-up. While he bounced gracefully towards the path in a pirouette, with a "SO DONE" face. He wasn't proud, and was kind of annoyed that his Chimchar was LAUGHING at him. Auxru just walked up and started pushing Daxton forward... whom continued to try and communicate with Josh.

[One more turn before Josh's ghostiness wears off]
Ghost Josh and the Pokemon looked up when a shadow passed them by from above. Since Josh wasn't a ghost, he felt there wasn't much else they could do to him, and didn't seem as phased as his alarmed Pokemon were. Of course, then they looked over at Daxton to make sure he was alright. And he wasn't talking. Actually, he was dancing.
"Uh, are you okay?" he asked, blinking. "Did you like, hit your head or something when I wasn't looking" he said, trying not to laugh. But he couldn't resist. He just couldn't stop laughing. If he wasn't dead already, he'd bust his guts laughing. Even the Pikachu and Wartortle were laughing as they walked, and floated... And danced, in Daxton's case.
As Daxton tried to communicate with him, he blinked. "Uh... Sign language?" he asked. "Uhh... You gotta pee?" he asked. "Your foot hurts? You're doing the monster mash? You wanna dance?" he asked.
Daxton's bad luck didn't seem to come to an end, since he was leading the way, some weird ass creature crashed down in front of him and knocked him to the ground. He landed wrong on his shoulder and cursed his carelessness. Team Magma members were supposed to be prepared for the worst and here he was, being knocked across the ground and hurting his shoulder the way he did. He felt a painful pop when he tried to get up and cried out. Daxton was actually in a lot of pain, and it was showing in his slurring and his shout.
Auxru immediately got ready for a fight, and let out a cry, letting the strange thing know that he meant business. Azar though, had no damn clue what that thing was and jumped off of Auxru's shoulders, hiding behind him.
"What the hell is that thing?" Daxton roared out, over the other Pokemon's strange noises.

Josh's Pokemon would put their guards up as the creature would appear, injuring Daxton in the process. Josh gritted his teeth. "I guess this is the only reason that being a ghost is somewhat okay" Josh said, trying to scratch his head but not being able to. "... On second thought..." He muttered, with a sigh.
As if on cue, Josh's paleness and see-through visage would fade into full color again, and he would fall to the ground. "Hey, I'm alive!" Josh said, raising his hand up. "Pika-Pi!" Lightning squealed in joy as he leaped into Josh's arms. He laughed a bit as he hugged him. "I missed you too" He said. But there was no time for joy, Josh had noticed that Daxton had been injured when the creature attacked, and he walked over. "You alright, pard?" He would ask, before looking over at the... Thing. He could only think of one word.
Daxton growled at the creature staring him down and looked over to Josh next to him. "Yea. I think I'll be fine. Taken much harder hits." He wasn't very happy with being knocked over and injured. Growling louder as the creature approached, he commanded his Lucario to blast it. Auxru jumped to the call and threw a quick Flash canon into the creatures face. Taking advantage of a quick opening. The strange thing reeled backwards and started shaking it's head, blinded by the flash and in some kind of pain from the hit. Auxru grabbed Daxton under his arms and began to pull him away from the Pokemon, although he made his master cry out in pain when he moved him by his armpits.
"Josh! Attack that damn thing!" He shouted out, eyes twitching from the jolts being sent through his body. He took his good hand and put it to his bad shoulder, feeling around for where he hurt it and if he broke anything. It felt like he may have just strained it. His Chimchar was now freaking out, hiding behind Auxru from the giant creature.

Well, that was obvious that Daxton wasn't happy with being injured. But with that creature still there, it was best they ran. "Daxton, I highly doubt we can kill it" He said as he helped Daxton get up. Daxton would attack the creature using his Pokemon, and Josh nodded. "Alright, Lightning, use Thunder Wave to stun it so we can run!" He called. "Pika!" Lightning responded as he loosed blue sparks, nailing the creature and stunning it for a bit. "Go!" Josh called as he would run, trying to pull Daxton with him as gently as he possibly could, with the Wartortle and Pikachu, and hopefully Dax's Pokemon as well, behind him.
Eventually, they would find their way to the space mentioned, and Josh looked back. "I think we lost it for now" Josh said as he cracked his neck. "Rest for a moment, that injury doesn't look good... Afterword, it's best we get moving"
Daxton nodded to Josh, holding onto his shoulder. "The pain isn't all too bad, in fact, it's going away." He wasn't all too worried, but that's mainly cause he couldn't see that he was turning into a ghost now. Auxru barked loudly and growled, making Azar cry out. Daxton raised an eyebrow out of concern. "What's the matter guys?" He spoke a little to soon and noticed that he was now a few inches off of the ground, and translucent. "AH! DAMMIT!"
Daxton was tired of getting hit with curses, he just looked at Josh and sighed. Guessing that this was what he gets for being such a dick head to all of those people he's met throughout his life. Well, if this was as bad as the Karma would get, he figured he could live with it. Now he just had to calm down a panicking Chimchar and a Lucario that had no affect on calming that Chimchar down at all. He looked at Auxru give up, holding Azar under his arm.

"Yeah, I can see why the pain would start going away" He stated flatly as he watched Daxton start to turn into a ghost. And just like that, the Magma Member had been turned into a spirit. "Oh, nothings wrong, Daxton" He joked, rolling his eyes when he started freaking out. "You're just a ghost. That's all. No big. Nothing wrong with being dead, right?" He would ask.
After Daxton had poked fun at Josh earlier when it had happened to him, he honestly had little to no sympathy for Daxton for his current predicament. "So, when the hell could Pumpkaboo just kill people?" He would ask, raising an eyebrow. "Seriously, it just seems so easy for them. And they do it without a care. At least here, it's not permanent" He said, taking a breath.
"Hey, Azar" Josh said, looking over at the Chimchar. "He'll be fine" He promised. "He's just... A bit under the weather for a little while"
4 spaces forward and there doesn't seem to be anything here. Yet. Keep going, quietly, because there are things moving in the woods. (This would have been a rescue space but no one needs rescuing.)
You were actually 24 spaces in, not 28. (You were on the pumpkin space.)
