FRIENDS & ALLIES
Jason, despite his past, is oddly enough likely to have a large number of these. Quiet, observant, fairly humble and seemingly impossible to anger or even irritate without an astounding degree of effort, Jason Tham is as kind as they come. Incredibly understanding and open minded in large part due to his own history, the man rarely ever judges or jumps to conclusions, understanding that there is often two sides to every story - and, given the choice, would much rather settle disputes with words and in a manner that works out for everyone involved. Due to his habit of wandering around when without anything better to do, it's not too unusual for him to be found in seemingly random places in public.
Richelle Jace - Ex, although still very good friends as she is one of the very few people aware of his former life and parted without hard feelings on either side.
ENEMIES
That being said, however, Jason's personality doesn't erase the things he has done, regardless of his feelings and personal regrets on the matter. While only a small handful of people are aware of his past, Jason Tham was formerly a Masked Child, an agent of Team Rocket employed almost exclusively as an assassin - a role that he more than excelled in. While Jason eventually fled Team Rocket at the earliest opportunity, mentally broken and exhausted by his role in the organization, it wasn't until years spent working for them and taking a number of lives. While the man was good enough to never leave enough evidence to ever prove that his targets had been indeed murdered rather than the victims of unfortunate accidents, it's entirely possible that someone whose life was touched by his past deeds may eventually piece things together and come looking to even the score. Or, conversely, another Team looking to claim his skills for their own - while Rocket is no longer looking to regain him as a member due to a deal brokered by Murdoc Nikter, that agreement by no means speaks for others.
Additionally, this somewhat complicates things in Jason's new workplace after being recruited by Engel Werner into Interpol, the man and organization ignorant of his past.
ROMANCE
Romance is an incredibly complicated topic when it comes to Jason. While not at all unaware of it, especially following his previous relationship, that was only possible due to a number of unique circumstances - namely his significant other being fully aware of his history and who he was. Due to the obvious issues that most people would have with that particular set of details, it's highly unlikely that this is going to become a significant facet of Jason's life again anytime soon, as the fact that he had nothing to hide from his ex was what allowed him to trust her completely and without reservation. That isn't to say that he is unavailable, however, but merely that it would be a long, uphill road.
ALTERNATIVE
Anything else goes here. Due to the duality of Jason's life up to the present, it's entirely possible that other plots and characters might fall in between any of the above categories, or span several of them. Many of Jason's Interpol coworkers will fall under this category due simply to Jason's weariness of them, and most "enemy" plots will likewise be more than a little complicated due to Tham's personal outlook and perspective.
