Welcome to Harmonic Labs, where the music never ends. Home and place of work to Professor Bailey Finnigan, the red headed man does his research on Sound and Communication and how it pertains to people and pokemon alike. It is here where the voices of Humans and Pokemon are finally understood and cared by one man. A man who has dedicated his time to hoping to build a bridge to cross that gap between human and Pokemon speech, so that one day, all forms of life can communicate with one another easily. Achieving such things may seem impossible, but with the research Bailey is doing, one can make the impossible possible.
The lab is also home to the region's only completely sound proof room. It has been tested hundreds of times, and not even the loudest attack of an Exploudred was capable of being heard within its cushioned walls.

Filled with youth and energy, Bailey Finnigan is the Professor in charge of Harmonic Labs. Often called "Professor DJ" for his work with sound, the young red head uses his unique ability to work with sound and communication in order to further his research. This fire headed man is always read to listen to what any passing trainer needs.
ASSISTANT
The one thing that the League has continuously failed to provide for the Professor of Sound is an assistant. With Bailey having to do all his own paperwork, answer emails and phone calls, and return letters he barely finds time to work on his research.SOUNDTRACK

Located on the third level of The Sphere, an indoor biome that is diverse as the pokemon that inhabit it provides the breeding grounds for the lab. The areas can range from swamps to volcanic lava springs. A small stream runs through the biome, leading to a freshwater lake. On the opposite side of the biosphere is a saltwater lake for sea pokemon.

HARMONIC LAB'S SERVICES
With a lab full of equipment ranging from the fabled Fossil Revival machine down to a simple calculator, Harmonic Labs has plenty services to offer trainers, coordinators, breeders, and civilians alike. The only request by Professor Finnigan is that you call ahead first or, at the very least, ring the intercom so he has time to stop whatever it is he was working on at the moment.

THE SPHERE
A large building shaped like a sphere, located in the heart of Wizen City, is where Professor Finnigan calls home. The first floor, a reception area, has an empty chair with a top notch computer sitting at the counter. The building, a lab, has yet to hire an assistant. There is an elevator, with emergency stairs in the corner, that can take you to any of the floors except for the fifth floor, which requires a key card to access. The next floor is the average pokemon Professor's lab; A healing machine similar to those used at Pokemon Centers is there, along with a super computer, various beeping machines, and shelves filled with books about pokemon. The third floor is a biosphere: extravagant biomes fill it and is where the breedings occur. The third floor is also a lab, however, this one is lined with sound proof lining as it is Bailey's research lab on sound. The highest floor is the Professor's living area. With the entire living area being surrounded by glass, Bailey can observe the going ons of Wizen City from the luxury of his couch. The basement levels are used for storage as well as for detecting earthquakes and other natural vibrations. EXPERIMENTS
As Professor of Sound, it can be expected that most, if not all, of Bailey's experiments involve sound. Whether it's letting some of his pokemon blast away at a new invention or him recording his own voice and realining the vocal patterns to produce something pokemon can understand, it all takes place in his sound proof lab.
That's not to say his area of study is easy. If an experiment or hypothesis fails, it's back to drawing board to figure out what went wrong and if he can fix that variable.
POKEDEX & STARTER POKEMON
The Pokedex is an incredibly powerful and versatile device that has been entrusted to a few Professors around Nue to give out as they see fit. Bailey is in possession of three Pokedex and while they are nearly identical to the ones the other Professors, they only respond to one another. Respond as in when all three are in the same location, they will beep. It should also be noted that each pokedex has a trainer register and finger print scanner, meaning they only work with the trainer registered to them.As the Professor of Sound, Bailey is more interested in the Pokedex Holders, the people who receive the Pokedex, in recording the various sounds of the pokemon they encounter.
As is custom with giving out a Pokedex, or it least that was the custom in Bailey's home region, he also gives out a starter pokemon to the pokedex holders.

MUSIC LESSONS
Always one to give to the community, Bailey offers music lessons every Wednesday from 5 pm to 7 pm. These lessons are open to the public as a whole and his wide array of musical instruments can be used by anyone. However, Bailey loves working with children and offers private lessons to those who request it.
