There's a reason this place is separated by a bridge and shallow dirty river where the occasional body surfaces and sports a strange green look now and then like it could be toxic.

While not all bad, some of the residents have just been shoved out of Wizen by commercial buyouts and forced to relocate. Unable to afford the new living high rises or were too late and the apartment building was filled by foreign occupants. The old heart of Wizen sits here in the shadows and after glow of the glamorous city. Mafia and gang run Clearwater is not a place to get lost in. Though there are some descent small shops, restaurants and odd little places you can go it is within your best interest you stick to the main street and venture in no further than the line.

The Line is a five foot wide strip of fading caution stripped paint runs across the main street and entirety of Clearwater. This line was put in place by the Wizen Police Department after 26 separate cases of young tourists went out looking for some night time adventure that Wizen apparently was lacking and never were found. The paint job is also clever in it's design. The yellow arrows depending on which side you're on pointing in the direction you need to go to find the main road again with the artistic W acting as a guidepost pointing to which way you need to head to get to Wizen. Whether or not the Clearwater residence have picked up on this hidden safety feature is partially unknown. Regardless, the gangs and mob have left the line be. Perhaps they just didn't want any trouble in the first place or that they really didn't want anyone crossing over who didn't know what they were doing. It's hard to say. One thing is for certain.
It's best not to dive too deep alone or without a trust worthy guide in Clearwater. It's a man made labyrinth on foot and partial maze to drive. You never saw anything like it until you've witnessed a high speed police chase suddenly come to a halt as an entire car disappears into a crowded market scene. It's common to see Wizen PD patrolling the streets and neighborhoods of Clearwater but that doesn't mean that they're always there to help. Corrupt cops lurk here and sometimes not even real ones. The Wizen PD in Clearwater are a mish-mash of good cop bad-cop who's a cop? and you're not a cop! If you're not sure of the right one? Look in the car and see if there's a teddy bear in it. Wizen PD are issued with custom Creat-a-Cubchoo's for the kids who get caught up in the trauma that is Clearwater living.

The Wizen PD aren't alone in their efforts to clean up Clearwater or Wizen itself. Biker gangs are frequent in both area's and Mafioso Bosses don't need the PD sticking their noses in where it don't belong. If a happy medium can be reached so be it. A mafia family has more important matters to worry about then the petty crimes that water down Clearwater's gutters. They want their territory taken care of just as much as the residence and PD do. So when something huge happens and the flashing lights arrive it's a real pain in the ass. The Biker gangs depend on their names and reputations of whether or not they're a help or hindrance to the Wizen PD as they are their own sense of justice. A league of thundering superheros that ride in like a storm and rumble out when they're jobs finished.

There's two markets in Clearwater, B 1 and Blackwater. B 1 is the chop shop where unlicensed surgeons, doctors, dentists earn a living healing and harvesting from the locals. A place where counter fitters, false ID creators, pirates of software and information brokers play. It's also a quick cash maker where you get connections and payout for jobs and missions that need done in Clearwater or Wizen.

Blackwater is the elusive location that only a few are privi to. It's a market and auction house of stolen goods. Political and Corporate Blackmail, organs, the trafficking of human beings, property, transportation, specifically bred pokemon who are trained with a purpose, stolen technology, kidnappings, uncollected ransom, illegal forms of gambling, currency exchange, the Ultimate Pawn shop called Beg Borrow and Stolen and the Pie shop. The climate of Wizen and Clearwater are consistent in the arid, dry desert atmosphere. Beautiful cloudless days where the sapphire sky is crowned with scorching heat are the norm 340 days a year. The other 25 a desperate need for rain that will finally flow in and quench the cracked earth and provide some relief but leaving a smothering, sticky humidity or worse debris flow and flash flooding. Sandstorms, razor winds and dust tornado's are normal happenings for this oasis along with violent thunder and lightning storms that send out the bravest of Thunderstone hunters to the sands to nab the fresh gems.

Clearwater Slum and Crime lord Central. A combination of litter filled canals and stacked shanty living making it known as the walled city to some. Where kids can be used as collateral or collectors and where you can get anything. If you know where to look. There's a reason this place is separated by a bridge and shallow dirty river where the occasional body surfaces and sports a strange green look now and then like it could be toxic.

While not all bad, some of the residents have just been shoved out of Wizen by commercial buyouts and forced to relocate. Unable to afford the new living high rises or were too late and the apartment building was filled by foreign occupants. The old heart of Wizen sits here in the shadows and after glow of the glamorous city. Mafia and gang run Clearwater is not a place to get lost in. Though there are some descent small shops, restaurants and odd little places you can go it is within your best interest you stick to the main street and venture in no further than the line. In the midst of the slums and crime rings lies a single building; long and wide, much like a factory or a warehouse. The building is kept clean of graffiti and stays well-lit, even in the darkest of nights. Signs and lights lead you right to the double-door entrance. Once inside, you'll find a place of refuge and respite from the outside world. The outer lobby is large, like a cafeteria, and acts as a makeshift home for people in need who have done no wrong. These souls can direct you further in, to the back room, to the gym floor. You cannot show up unannounced. Ferris requires that any challenger contacts her at least a week in advance, so that she may schedule their match.
The arena itself is grand and spacious - a full football field in terms of actual size! Both battle participants stand on raised platforms with guard rails, ensuring that they have an appropriate view of the battlefield in which their Pokemon fight. Four large screens coat the four walls of the dome, allowing for everyone to view vital battle statistics such as knockouts, remaining vitality, and the specialty rules in play.

Found within the prosperous west side of Tynntill, the gym outwardly seems like the average high school (if not a bit upper class), fitting in nicely with the rest of the community. It's open all day on the weekends and on school breaks. However, on school days, it's only accessible after 6 PM and before midnight.[break]
[break]Though its facade is promising, inside lies the wrecked ruins of a once-prominent academy, now thrown into disarray. The floors break and shatter, the walls are deformed debris, and the ceiling looks like it might collapse at any minute. The gloomy lighting provided makes it seem haunted, as if it were abandoned after some horrific accident. One can hear many estranged sounds, such as the dripping pipelines, the sparks of open wires, and... the sound of footsteps? [break]
[break]Challengers are given a map of the original school upon entrance, as well as a dim flashlight. The Gym Leader is lurking somewhere in the school, and the challenger must find the Leader. However, five animatronic Dusclops are hunting the challenger down, and will frighteningly drag the Challenger to the entrance if they fail to find the Leader in time. The challenge is as follows; find the Gym Leader, or the animatronics find you. Are you willing to step inside Hellion High?
