This week in the adventures of Ferris, it was her Excadrill's turn to get in a little training - the mole had ventured out with the supervision of Keelah the Lucario, and the ground-type was eager to get to digging. The Lucario was less enthusiastic about the whole ordeal, but she simply chalked it up as a chance to meditate and relax. The Aura jackal found a smooth rock upon which to sit and proceeded with the process of muscle relaxation.
Trakeena, however, went to digging immediately - a single spin and she was breaking dirt, etching out an initial pit from which to plow out whatever she could get her claws on. That done, she started to shovel out mounds of dirt, using the spaces in her claws to filter goodies out. NOTES/LYRICS/WHATEVER HERE |

The Excadrill paused mid-dig to pick at the lump before her. It looked like a vase, and smelled like a vase. The ground-type picked up the object and shook it - sounded like an old vase full of dirt. There was only one real way to tell if it was a vase, though.

Well, it shattered like a vase, too, and Trakeena was quick to cover it up with dirt. No evidence and all that, right? Well, that was what some of her companions would do... so it could work for her, especially when she immediately tunneled away to the underground to search for more loot and other goodies that might be sitting around, lying in wait. ( WORDS ) xxx ( TAGGED ) @name ( MUSE ) here There wasn't much more digging to do before the Ground-type found what she was looking for; rather, before she found another one of those curious marbles. Unlike the previous one, it lacked the eternal cold on the inside; rather, just holding onto the small orb gave Trakeena a sense of rage and anger. These sensations were small in their comings and goings, but it was rage nonetheless, and Trakeena was mighty uncomfortable with that sensation, so she burrowed up for the surface with the gem in her mouth.
Pop! goes the mole as she appeared on the surface near the broken vase, still unsure if she wanted to look at that mistake. The Excadrill set the marble down next to the cold one before looking at them and comparing... eh, seemed like they were nice enough, but she could always use more. Trakeena went back into the earth below to find more... NOTES/LYRICS/WHATEVER HERE |
