I'VE GOT THE GUTS TO SAY ANYTHING The day was extremely hot today, Amber didn't remember hearing about the extreme hot weather on the news before they came out today. However, they couldn't just turn around now. Today was their last day and last hunt. She made sure to bring plenty of water for her and her Pokemon. The only ones she brought out today was Mystic and Dracondra again. However, a new addition joined them today. A blue Houdoom walked beside Amber, enjoying the heat as they turned the corner into the Badlands. While Mystic and Dracondra went their separate ways, the Houndoom stayed near Amber. Nyra was a new addition to the team, only being bought recently from a retiring breeder. Amber had a thing for canine like Pokemon, they came in second behind Dragons. Not only that but she also had a Houndoomite with her, which meant that she was the third to have a mega evolution on her team.
Dracondra was the first to get one, the Mega Stone hasn't left her band around her head since. Amber also had a Ampharosite, which meant there was a Mareep in training. Nyra came in third. And Amber was hoping to find a fourth one today to add to the team.

I'VE GOT THE GUTS TO SAY ANYTHING Surprisingly, they had found something of interest only 30 minutes into their search. Nyra had pulled out a small sphere, holding it in her mouth and walking over to Amber. The girl held her hand out, taking the sphere from the Houndoom and holding it up to the sun. The gem was a different color this time, one similar to the Ampharosite she had tucked away in her bag. However, this one had some differences. No doubt that it did belong to a electric type, but which one? And was it one she owned? She thought long and hard about it, trying to remember her hours of studying what sort of mega stones were out there. Eventually, she came to the conclusion that it was a Manectite. And luckily enough, she had a Electrike at home. Pocketing the mega stone, she told Nyra to go get the other two and meet her back at the Pokemon Center.
