1.) NPCs may have no more than four Pokemon at any given time, and none of them may be Rare or Legendary. 2.) Only one Pokemon may be fully evolved for each NPC. 3.) Each Pokemon is limited to four moves, and must follow game standards. For example, no Pokemon may have more than two egg moves, and both must come from the same parent. 4.) Each NPC Pokemon is limited to two moves per post. 5.) NPC Pokemon may not have Hidden Abilities unless the species in question has appeared in a site swarm. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis with canon Pokemon where explicitely stated or where highly probable. 6.) Exceptions exist to the above rules - canons will have full access to their Pokemon and known moves, and will follow standard battle rules. 7.) Special cases such as Gym Proctors and Mega Mission NPCs may have more than one evolved Pokemon and may use Rares, and will follow standard battle rules. 8.) Special permission may be obtained from staff for exemption from rules, but these cases will be closely monitored and controlled to ensure fairness. Recruiting NPCs for Teams This can be done any number of ways, but all methods must adhere to the above rules. While canon teams will obviously have at least a handful of members starting out, original teams must obtain NPCs through In Character recruitment threads - similarly, canon characters cannot be recruited unless player controlled, and thus are unavailable as NPCs aligned with a team.
