Their routine visit to the Badlands were today. But Amber's Pokemon seemed more interested in its newly acquired Mega Stone. However, instead of a plain bracelet or necklace, the Garchomp wore the Mega Stone in a headband. It was a red headband that Amber had specially made for Dracondra. The headband had the Mega Stone directly in the middle with the ties in the back. She felt pretty proud of herself since Amber had found it too. They had sparred many times with Theseus and Dracondra always seemed to easily beat him now. With that new power, Amber had to wonder what Dracondra and her could archive now.
Fang walked next to her and stared up, seemingly curious and almost jealous of the Garchomp's new found power. Amber shot a look at the Mightyena as she entered the digging site. "Don't start another figth, Fang. You know that you can't win. Even know." She said as she began her digging. The Mightyena grumbled in reply as he started digging his own hole. Dracondra quickly burrowed herself into the ground and the trio began their searches.

It had only been about twenty minutes, but Fang had already found something of interest. However, the item was heavily damaged and old. He stared at it for a moment before grabbing it in his mouth, pulling it out and flipping it on his head. The Mightyena happily barked and walked over to Amber, strutting his new found crown. Amber, who was taking a small break, noticed the Mightyena come up behind her and cross her arms. Dracondra paid no attention to him and simply continued to dig. Amber shook her head and pointed at the Mightyena. "Fang no, put that back. We're not taking that with us." She said sternly. Fang lowered his tail and whined. However, he knew that the thing would break soon anyway. He scoffed and headed back, putting the relic band back where he had found it. Amber shook her head but smiled a bit in amusement. If they weren't searching for Mega Stones she would have let him keep it, but she didn't feel like taking one of those bands when she could have found something better.

Almost an hour had passed before Amber had heard from either of her Pokemon. She sat down in a small pit of ground and took a drink of her water, placing the cap back on when she noticed some movement from the sand below. The Garchomp had surfaced and shook off the dirt and sand as she popped up from the ground. With a final shake, Dracondra held out her claw and dropped a small rock before Amber. She caught it in her hands as she held it up to the bright sun. It was a similar colored stone that mimicked the colors that Dracondra's had, but there was a different in the orange and yellows. She wasn't quite sure what Pokemon it had belonged to, but there was no doubt it was a Mega Stone. Amber stood up and dusted off the dirt, whistling for Fang to come back as she started towards the exit of the area, content with her find for the week.
