It wasn't about what she did or did not find, it was about the fact that she was out here for a reason and that she couldn't quite figure out what it was. Ferris paused for a moment on the edge of the excavation pit, briefly wondering what her stress level would actually be if she had never quit smoking - never quit any of it, actually. No one really knew the bout of trouble she had been in once in her life, but it was still there, just buried deep in bureaucracy and battles and Pokemon.
She pursed her lips as her Excadrill and Shieldon continued to roam around in search of shinies. Not too long ago they had found something - a stone, like a shiny marble, that she had pocketed. Looked like it was either valuable or a toy, so the Stone Emporium in Kalos would serve her well as a way to find out which one.
She let out a low whistle, calling up both Trakeena and
Phalanx' attention. "You lot find anything else while you were down there?"
