She's here again, this time walking and not riding her Sawsbuck, or accompanied by any of her Pokemon, interestingly enough. After all, she rarely is this defenseless,
This time though, she really is defenseless. Just, walking around. Maybe she's testing, like, testing if this region is truly safe, or maybe she's trying to force herself to know that she's in a peaceful times now, finally. Either way, she felt empty, a little jarring, and every step she takes felt as though as she's gong to be attacked any moment. Every step, and she felt ready to release any one of her Pokemon, if only not to feel so damn naked.
Maybe that's why she chose the safari zone. Besides Pokemon ,at least she knows there won't be human attacking her, she hoped. Maybe she wants to experience how is it like for normal trainers to go through this. Feel safe and adventurous and daring.
A rustle sounded near her, and instinctively, she froze, before turning around, a pokeball already in her hands, ready to be released.
Not that they are entirely harmless, of course, and this one is actually growling at her, so maybe she went to near to its territory or mate, perhaps? Maybe she aggravate it in one way or another?
Either way, the leaf on its head is starting to glow, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that its going to attack. Such a reckless sweetheart.
The moment those Magical Leaves flew out her Ninetales are out, and those leaves disappeared in a flash of fire, Will-O-Wisp taking care of it easily and harmlessly. The Chikorita seemed surprised, before growling one last time and bounding back to the bushes, disappearing before the two of them could react any further.
"Well," Stellar patted Sae, the Ninetales purring, "That settles it, doesn't it?" She suppose she just can't avoid taking out her Pokemon, and Sae should enjoy the air anyway. Here they go, walking a little more ahead, letting the Ninetales stop once in a while and sniffing around.
Such a curious place after all.

There are times when it proves why Sae, despite her size and seemingly great ability to fight, is still younger than the rest of the team.
The Ninetales suddenly let out a pained howl, loud enough to make Stellar jumped and put on a defensive stance. The Ninetales staggered back, one paw rubbing at her nose.
For a moment, Stellar waited and expected something sneaky, possibly poisonous, that had caused that kind of reaction to Sae.
Then, it appeared.
One couldn't call Larvesta tiny, per say, but it certainly camouflaged in the Safari's bushes well enough, despite it's colors and size. The bug Pokemon was hissing, and there was injuries on it's body. Possibly, it was attacked by some bird types or something, for food, perhaps? Stellar knew better than to doubt that reason, and Sae's sniffing around must have made it panic.
The Larvesta screeched slightly, before retreating a bit, but it's finding difficulty to move. The whole situation is reminding Stellar of a time when she had saw something similar.
She was willing to do the same to this one, though. She could catch it, then bring it to the Center to heal, then possibly release it once more. There's no way she's letting the Pokemon run around still injured like that.
Let's make it quick.
"Sae, Toxic, then knock it out quickly with Hex."
The Ninetales immediately perked up, with a childish expression, wanting to hurt the Larvesta slightly for hurting it earlier, but a disapproving stare from Stellar, whom she consider mother, made Sae let out a soft whine, before a grumble.
Then, the silver fox lunge, diving forward and spitting a glob of Toxic at the Larvesta, who couldn't' move fast enough to dodge. Now that the Toxic is seeping in, the Larvesta shot a barrage of needles towards the Ninetales, wanting to use Leech Life, but a non evolved Pokemon, and a badly poisoned one at that, is easy for Sae to dodge herself, and slammed her tails at the Larvesta, glowing with the purple energy of Hex.
The wail that the Lavesta produce sounded a little like dying, and Stellar felt so guilty, even as she leaned forward and tapped the pokeball she had against the Larvesta's body.
Now, to see if it gets caught.
